As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic ventilation valve with the oil vapor recovery function for the steel floating roof mainly comprises a valve body 1, a valve cover 2, a valve rod 3, a guide pipe 4, an oil vapor collecting pipe 5, an oil vapor collector 6, a condensation baffle 7, a condensate return pipe 8, a top breather valve flange 9, a flame arrester 10, a breather valve 11, a corresponding support structure and the like.
The valve rod 3 is positioned in the center of the valve cover 2, and the azimuth angle of the oil-gas collector 6 and the condensate return pipe 8 on the valve cover 2 is 120 degrees.

As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the condensate return pipe 8 should be inserted at least 250mm below the floating plate to ensure liquid seal and secondary volatilization of condensate; the lower edge of a rectangular hole-shaped condensate return channel of the condensate return pipe 8 is flush with the lowest point of the conical bottom plate of the oil-gas collector 6, so that collected condensate is ensured to completely return; the oil and gas collecting pipe 5 extends into the position below the valve cover 2 by 50mm at most, so that the oil and gas can smoothly enter the oil and gas collector 6. The condensate return pipe 8 is provided with a plurality of rectangular hole-shaped condensate return channels for collecting condensate to enter the condensate return pipe 8.
The oil vapor collector 6 is internally welded with a condensation baffle 7, a gas circulation channel is reserved, the oil vapor is rapidly conducted and cooled to be liquid under the baffle 7 after meeting the large-area metal condensation baffle 7, and liquid drops are collected on a conical bottom plate at the bottom of the oil vapor collector 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixed end of the condensation baffle 7 should be arranged at the oil vapor inlet side to ensure the oil vapor to fully disturb the flow and condense; one end of the condensation baffle 7 is welded with the cylinder of the oil-gas collector 6, the other end of the condensation baffle is fixed on the cylinder of the oil-gas collector 6 through angle steel, and the condensation baffle 7 is arranged at one half of the height of the oil-gas collector 6 and reserves an enough gas phase circulation channel.
After the automatic ventilation valve for the steel floating roof with the oil and gas recovery function is installed, all welding joints are required to be subjected to kerosene leakage detection.
When the air vent valve is installed, the air vent valve is in an open state; when the floating disc rises, the valve cover 2 and the anti-static valve body 1 are sealed to close the vent valve; when the floating disc descends to the bottom of the tank, the valve rod 3 firstly contacts with the bottom of the tank, the valve cover 2 is automatically jacked up to open the vent valve, and the overpressure or vacuum generated in the space below the floating disc when the storage tank is put into use and exhausted is effectively avoided through the actions.
