技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火防烟高性能门。
背景技术
防火门要求在火灾来临时能够抵抗一定时长的大火,要求门扇本身需加强防火性能外,门扇与门框间的缝隙也应做防火处理,通常通过加设防火密封条在高温环境下膨胀密封以防止门缝蹿火和涉烟。但是大多数防火密封条为扁平的条状,嵌设在门框安装槽内,遇热膨胀对门缝进行封堵,但是膨胀需要一段过程,此时部分毒烟已经渗入室内,影响防火防烟效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种防火防烟高性能门,密封性强,结构稳定,能够防火防烟气泄漏、防撞击。
本发明提出一种防火防烟高性能门,包括门扇和门框,所述门框的一侧设有与所述门扇边缘适配的凹槽,所述凹槽包括对门扇正面进行挡止的挡止面,以及垂直于所述挡止面的限位面,所述挡止面与限位面垂直相交处设有防火防撞条,所述防火防撞条包括条状的主体,所述主体内填充有防火材料,该主体嵌设在所述限位面内,且主体表侧向外延伸有第一防撞边和第二防撞边,所述第一防撞边垂直于所述主体且与所述挡止面紧贴,第一防撞边的边缘朝向主体倾斜设置有一弹性折边;所述限位面和/或挡止面上嵌设有若干防火条。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的在门框与门扇配合的凹槽的拐角处安装防火防撞条,第一防撞边与弹性折边正对门扇的正面,弹性折边能够在关门时对门扇进行缓冲挡止,防与门框剧烈撞击,且关门后弹性折边与门扇正面边缘紧贴;关门时第二防撞边先与门扇正面接触,起到缓冲的作用,由于第二防撞边具有弹性,在门扇正面撞击后弹性弯曲,与门扇侧面紧贴;主体内的防火胶遇火高温能够膨胀5-20倍对门缝迅速封堵防止蹿火和涉烟,通过第一防撞边与第二防撞边对门扇两侧边缘紧贴密封,能够在主体膨胀过程暂时阻挡火灾产生毒烟气泄漏进屋内,提高防火门的防火防烟效果,更加安全可靠;日常使用时,防撞击及密封性起到良好的隔音效果。
2、本发明的门框两侧均设有防火条,遇火高温能够膨胀对门扇与门框、门框与墙体间的缝隙进行封堵防止蹿火,加强防火性能。
3、本发明的门扇,门胚采用植物纤维板,植物纤维板主要由植物纤维颗粒组成,植物纤维颗粒为通过回收废旧木材、木屑、农业植物秸秆等进行粉碎加工利用,原材料容易获得,成本低。结合无机防火胶在保证板材阻燃性能的前提下,达到无毒害污染。且多层植物纤维板与多层胶合板边条配合,门胚结构稳定。

参见附图1-5,一种防火防烟高性能门,包括门扇1和门框2,所述门框2的一侧设有与所述门扇1边缘适配的凹槽21,所述凹槽21包括对门扇1正面进行挡止的挡止面211,以及垂直于所述挡止面211的限位面212,所述挡止面211与限位面212垂直相交处设有防火防撞条3,所述防火防撞条3包括条状的主体31,所述主体31内填充有防火材料,该主体31嵌设在所述限位面212内,且主体31表侧向外延伸有第一防撞边32和第二防撞边33,所述第一防撞边32垂直于所述主体31且与所述挡止面211紧贴,第一防撞边32的边缘朝向主体31倾斜设置有一弹性折边34,所述弹性折边与第一防撞边的夹角为45°。第一防撞边32、第二防撞边33和弹性折边34为弹性塑胶材质。
关门时,第一防撞边32与弹性折边34正对门扇1的正面,弹性折边34能够在关门时对门扇1进行缓冲挡止,防与门框2剧烈撞击,且关门后弹性折边34与门扇1正面边缘紧贴;关门时第二防撞边33先与门扇1正面接触,起到缓冲的作用,由于第二防撞边33具有弹性,在门扇1正面撞击后弹性弯曲,与门扇1侧面紧贴;主体31内的防火胶遇火高温能够膨胀20倍以上对门缝进行封堵防止蹿火和涉烟,通过第一防撞边32与第二防撞边33对门扇1两侧边缘紧贴密封,能够在主体31膨胀过程暂时阻挡火灾产生毒烟气泄漏进屋内,提高防火门的防火防烟效果,更加安全可靠;日常使用时,防撞击及密封性起到良好的隔音效果。
所述限位面212和挡止面211上嵌设有一防火条4。所述门框2于所述凹槽21相对的一侧设有两条所述防火条4,该侧用于与安装面(通常为墙体)连接。所述防火条内填充有防火材料。防火条遇火高温能够膨胀对门扇1与门框2、门框2与墙体间的缝隙进行封堵防止蹿火,加强防火性能。
所述门扇1包括门胚和设于门胚正面与背面的面板11;所述门胚包括植物纤维板12和围设在植物纤维板12外围的边条13。所述植物纤维板12由植物纤维颗粒与防火胶混合压制而成;所述防火胶用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的30%。所述防火胶,按重量份包括以下组分:立德粉2份,氧化镁115份、硅酸镁3份、硅酸钠12份、硼酸2份、硫酸镁溶液55份,所述硫酸镁溶液的浓度为波美度17-25°Bé。所述植物纤维板12包括多层,通过所述防火胶粘合。所述防火防撞条主体内填充的防火材料以及防火条内填充的防火材料均为所述防火胶。成型后的植物纤维板12用沸水煮4小时,再用70℃烘干20小时且重复煮水与烘干操作两次,结果为门胚板材不离层、不脱胶,结构稳定。植物纤维板12结合无机的防火胶在保证板材阻燃性能的前提下,达到无毒害污染。
所述边条13围设在植物纤维板12外围,所述边条13为多层胶合板,所述多层胶合板包括多层横向纹理木片和纵向纹理木片,所述横向纹理木片和纵向纹理木片间隔设置且通过防火胶粘合。
边条13与植物纤维板12通过连接条14连接。边条13与植物纤维板12上设有连接槽,连接条14嵌入一连接槽内形成榫头,榫头再与另一连接槽(卯)插接,且连接缝通过防火胶填充,结构稳定,组装操作简单。
本方案的防火防烟高性能门的门扇与门框间,门框与墙体间,门扇的门胚本身等防火结构的设置,使防火门的防火性能优异,达到甲级标准(耐火1.5h)。此外,还具有密封性好,防涉烟,防撞隔音等性能。

1.一种防火防烟高性能门,包括门扇和门框,其特征在于,所述门框的一侧设有与所述门扇边缘适配的凹槽,所述凹槽包括对门扇正面进行挡止的挡止面,以及垂直于所述挡止面的限位面,所述挡止面与限位面垂直相交处设有防火防撞条,所述防火防撞条包括条状的主体,所述主体内填充有防火材料,该主体嵌设在所述限位面内,且主体表侧向外延伸有第一防撞边和第二防撞边,所述第一防撞边垂直于所述主体且与所述挡止面紧贴,第一防撞边的边缘朝向主体倾斜设置有一弹性折边;所述限位面和/或挡止面上嵌设有若干防火条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述门框于所述凹槽相对的一侧设有若干所述防火条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述防火条内填充有防火材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述弹性折边与第一防撞边的夹角为45°~50°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述门扇包括门胚和设于门胚正面与背面的面板;所述门胚包括若干层植物纤维板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述植物纤维板由植物纤维颗粒与防火胶混合压制而成;所述防火胶用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的10%~50%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述门胚还包括围设在植物纤维板外围的边条,所述边条为多层胶合板,其与植物纤维板通过连接条连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防火防烟高性能门,其特征在于,所述多层胶合板包括多层横向纹理木片和纵向纹理木片,所述横向纹理木片和纵向纹理木片间隔设置且通过防火胶粘合。
