Abstract

本发明公开了一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,包含以下步骤:选用绿茶嫩枝作为提取物原料;通过高分子方法将绿茶嫩枝中的茶多酚、氨基酸提取出来;将提取物加入至纤维素纤维中得纺织原液;将纺丝原液置于熟化工序中降解;通入二硫化碳后得到纤维素磺酸酯;将黄化后得到的物料送入脱泡桶内脱泡;脱泡后的物料经过漂洗后,送入脱硫工序;再然后送入纺丝车间进行纺丝;对纺丝后的物料进行烘干、切断即得新型纤维;将新型纤维通过高压细水流的水刺头进行水刺处理,得绿茶膜布初品;绿茶膜布初品烘干消毒后得绿茶膜布成品。本申请制得的绿茶膜布兼备绿茶纤维及纤维素纤维的优点于一身,在保持纤维素纤维优良纺织性能的基础上具有抗氧化、预防衰老等作用。

一种绿茶膜布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,应用于美容养护技术领域。
背景技术
面膜是人们日常生活中的常见用品之一,随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对面膜的质量要求越来越高,更为关注面膜补水美白、抗衰去皱的能力,对高端面膜的需求逐步提升。绿茶膜布是一种集天然植物纤维和绿茶优点于一身的新型膜布,在保持纤维素纤维优良纺织性能的基础上赋予其抗氧化、预防衰老、美容护肤等保健功能,与市面上的茶概念面膜有显著区别,市场上的茶概念面膜仅是在精华液中添加茶提取物,膜布上没有创新。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明公开了一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)选材:选用外形条索壮实,色泽翠绿,鲜香持久,叶底嫩绿肥厚柔软的绿茶嫩枝作为提取物原料;
2)提取:通过高分子方法将绿茶嫩枝中的茶多酚、氨基酸提取出来;
3)配置纺丝原液:将步骤2中提取到的茶多酚、氨基酸加入至纤维素纤维中得纺丝原液,三者的质量比为2~2.5:1:1;
4)熟化:将纺丝原液置于熟化工序中降解,初始温度为40~45℃,熟化温度为50~55℃;
5)黄化:将熟化后纺丝原液送入黄化工序,通入二硫化碳后得到纤维素磺酸酯;
6)脱泡:将黄化后得到的物料送入脱泡桶内脱泡,脱泡20~35h,脱泡温度为20~25℃;
7)脱硫:脱泡后的物料经过漂洗后,送入脱硫工序,脱硫剂选择浓度为6~10g/L的氢氧化钠溶液;
8)纺丝:对脱硫后的物料进行水洗,然后送入纺丝车间进行纺丝;
9)烘干、切断:对纺丝后的物料进行烘干、切断即得集茶叶纤维和纤维素纤维优点为一身的新型纤维;
10)水刺:将步骤9所得的新型纤维通过高压细水流的水刺头进行水刺处理,得绿茶膜布初品;
11)对步骤10所得的绿茶膜布初品进行烘干消毒,得绿茶膜布成品。
进一步地,上述步骤10中烘干温度为100~120℃。
采用本技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本申请制得的绿茶膜布兼备绿茶纤维及纤维素纤维的优点于一身,在保持纤维素纤维优良纺织性能的基础上具有抗氧化、预防衰老、美容护肤等作用,且绿茶膜布中自带清新茶香,无需在添加任何香精,同时膜布中还含有绿茶中所携带的功效性物质,可节省面膜精华液的配方成本。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
本发明公开了一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)选材:选用外形条索壮实,色泽翠绿,鲜香持久,叶底嫩绿肥厚柔软的绿茶嫩枝作为提取物原料;
2)提取:通过高分子方法将绿茶嫩枝中的茶多酚、氨基酸提取出来;
3)配置纺丝原液:将步骤2中提取到的茶多酚、氨基酸加入至纤维素纤维中得纺丝原液,三者的质量比为2:1:1;
4)熟化:将纺丝原液置于熟化工序中降解,初始温度为40℃,熟化温度为50℃;
5)黄化:将熟化后纺丝原液送入黄化工序,通入二硫化碳后得到纤维素磺酸酯;
6)脱泡:将黄化后得到的物料送入脱泡桶内脱泡,脱泡30h,脱泡温度为22℃;
7)脱硫:脱泡后的物料经过漂洗后,送入脱硫工序,脱硫剂选择浓度为8g/L的氢氧化钠溶液;
8)纺丝:对脱硫后的物料进行水洗,然后送入纺丝车间进行纺丝;
9)烘干、切断:对纺丝后的物料进行烘干、切断即得集茶叶纤维和纤维素纤维优点为一身的新型纤维;
10)水刺:将步骤9所得的新型纤维通过高压细水流的水刺头进行水刺处理,得绿茶膜布初品;
11)对步骤10所得的绿茶膜布初品进行烘干消毒,得绿茶膜布成品。
实施例二:
1)选材:选用外形条索壮实,色泽翠绿,鲜香持久,叶底嫩绿肥厚柔软的绿茶嫩枝作为提取物原料;
2)提取:通过高分子方法将绿茶嫩枝中的茶多酚、氨基酸提取出来;
3)配置纺丝原液:将步骤2中提取到的茶多酚、氨基酸加入至纤维素纤维中得纺丝原液,三者的质量比为2.5:1:1;
4)熟化:将纺丝原液置于熟化工序中降解,初始温度为42℃,熟化温度为54℃;
5)黄化:将熟化后纺丝原液送入黄化工序,通入二硫化碳后得到纤维素磺酸酯;
6)脱泡:将黄化后得到的物料送入脱泡桶内脱泡,脱泡35h,脱泡温度为25℃;
7)脱硫:脱泡后的物料经过漂洗后,送入脱硫工序,脱硫剂选择浓度为10g/L的氢氧化钠溶液;
8)纺丝:对脱硫后的物料进行水洗,然后送入纺丝车间进行纺丝;
9)烘干、切断:对纺丝后的物料进行烘干、切断即得集茶叶纤维和纤维素纤维优点为一身的新型纤维;
10)水刺:将步骤9所得的新型纤维通过高压细水流的水刺头进行水刺处理,得绿茶膜布初品;
11)对步骤10所得的绿茶膜布初品进行烘干消毒,得绿茶膜布成品。

1.一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
选材:选用外形条索壮实,色泽翠绿,鲜香持久,叶底嫩绿肥厚柔软的绿茶嫩枝作为提取物原料;
提取:通过高分子方法将绿茶嫩枝中的茶多酚、氨基酸提取出来;
配置纺丝原液:将步骤2中提取到的茶多酚、氨基酸加入至纤维素纤维中得纺丝原液,三者的质量比为2~2.5:1:1;
熟化:将纺丝原液置于熟化工序中降解,初始温度为40~45℃,熟化温度为50~55℃;
黄化:将熟化后纺丝原液送入黄化工序,通入二硫化碳后得到纤维素磺酸酯;
脱泡:将黄化后得到的物料送入脱泡桶内脱泡,脱泡20~35h,脱泡温度为20~25℃;
脱硫:脱泡后的物料经过漂洗后,送入脱硫工序,脱硫剂选择浓度为6~10g/L的氢氧化钠溶液;
纺丝:对脱硫后的物料进行水洗,然后送入纺丝车间进行纺丝;
烘干、切断:对纺丝后的物料进行烘干、切断即得集茶叶纤维和纤维素纤维优点为一身的新型纤维;
水刺:将步骤9所得的新型纤维通过高压细水流的水刺头进行水刺处理,得绿茶膜布初品;
对步骤10所得的绿茶膜布初品进行烘干消毒,得绿茶膜布成品。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种绿茶膜布的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤10中烘干温度为100~120℃。
