Abstract
本发明是一种防腐型高强度的抽油杆,包括抽油杆本体以及防腐涂层;所述抽油杆本体的成分为:C0.25%‑0.35%;Si0.2%‑0.3%;Mn0.4%‑0.7%;Cr0.8%‑1.2%;Mo0.17%‑0.25%;Re0.001%‑0.003%;Ni0.65%‑1.1%;Cu0.28%‑0.56%;P0.03%‑0.08%;S0.001%‑0.005%;V0.1%‑0.5%;Nb0.1%‑0.3%;Bi0.03%‑0.04%;Ti0.12%‑0.15%;Sn0.02%‑0.05%;稀土金属0.03%‑0.06%;其余为Fe。本发明解决了抽油杆防腐的问题,抽油杆本体的强度及性能好,使用寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及采油用抽油杆的研究开发领域,尤其涉及一种防腐型高强度的抽油杆。
背景技术
抽油杆是抽油机井的细长杆件,它上接光杆、下接抽油泵,起到传递动力的作用,因此对其强度具有很高的要求,而且防腐要求也很高。现在的抽油杆往往达不到强度及防腐的要求,导致使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种防腐型高强度的抽油杆。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种防腐型高强度的抽油杆,包括抽油杆本体以及包覆在抽油杆本体外的防腐涂层;
所述抽油杆本体的组成成分及其质量百分比为:
其余为Fe;
所述防腐涂层的组成成分及其重量份数为:
所述抽油杆本体中的稀土金属为Ce、Y、Sc的混合物,其中Ce、Y、Sc的重量比为3:2:5。

所述所述抽油杆本体中的C是以下贝氏体、铁素体和奥氏体的混合体形式存在。
所述防腐涂层的厚度为2-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明包覆有防腐涂层,解决了抽油杆防腐的问题,抽油杆本体内Cu可以增强金属材料的韧性,Ti可以起到细化金属材料的铸造组织和焊缝组织的作用,Mn可以提高金属材料的强度、硬度和耐磨性,稀土金属能够降低有害物质的含量,总体的抽油杆本体的强度及性能更好,使用寿命更长。
