Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic recycling and transferring device for a transfer case, wherein the automatic recycling and transferring device for a transfer case includes a mounting frame 1, an input rail 2, a stop mechanism 3, and an output rail 4; the mounting frame 1 comprises a first mounting frame 11 and a second mounting frame 12 which are connected; the input rail 2 is obliquely arranged on the first mounting frame 11, the outlet end of the input rail 2 is arranged at the joint of the first mounting frame 11 and the second mounting frame 12, and the input rail 2 is used for conveying the turnover box 5 to the second mounting frame 12; the stopping mechanism 3 comprises a first rotating shaft 31 arranged corresponding to the outlet end of the input track 2, a first rotating bracket 32 hinged on the first rotating shaft 31, and a stopping bracket 33 corresponding to the first rotating bracket 32 and arranged on the second mounting frame 12, wherein one end of the stopping bracket 33 close to the first rotating bracket 32 is matched with the second mounting frame 12 to form a mounting through hole (not shown) for passing through the turnover box 5, the first rotating bracket 32 and the stopping bracket 33 are used for bearing the turnover box 5 with articles, and when the articles stored in the turnover box 5 are taken out, the first rotating bracket 32 is also used for rotating around the first rotating shaft 31 so that the turnover box 5 slides down through the mounting through hole; the output track 4 is obliquely arranged on the mounting frame 1 corresponding to the mounting through holes, and the output track 4 is used for conveying the turnover box 5 to the outside.
In the technical scheme of the invention, since the automatic recycling and conveying device for the turnover box comprises a mounting frame 1, an input rail 2, a stopping mechanism 3 and an output rail 4, and the mounting frame 1 comprises a first mounting frame 11 and a second mounting frame 12 which are connected, the stopping mechanism 3 comprises a first rotating shaft 31 which is arranged corresponding to the outlet end of the input rail 2, a first rotating bracket 32 hinged on the first rotating shaft 31, and a stopping bracket 33 which is arranged corresponding to the first rotating bracket 32 and is arranged on the second mounting frame 12, the turnover box 5 with articles can be placed at the inlet end of the input rail 2, when the turnover box 5 is conveyed to the outlet end of the input rail 2, the bottom of the turnover box 5 is abutted with the first rotating bracket 32, and due to the influence of the gravity of the articles stored in the turnover box 5 and the turnover box 5, the turnover box 5 gradually presses down the first rotating bracket 32 and moves towards the stopping bracket 33 until one end of the bottom of the turnover box 5 is abutted with the first rotating bracket 32, and the other end of the turnover box 5 is abutted with the stopping bracket 33; after the workman of production line takes out the article in the turnover case 5, the pressure effect of empty turnover case 5 to first rotation support 32 weakens, triggers first rotation support 32 and upwards resets, turnover case 5 loses the support of first rotation support 32 one side for turnover case 5 can pass the installation through-hole landing that corresponds first rotation support 32 formation and export on track 4, export track 4 again with turnover case 5 transportation to outside, thereby can realize carrying out automatic transmission and empty turnover case 5 to the article that turnover case 5 deposited and retrieve automatically, reach liberation manpower and improve work efficiency's purpose.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the first rotating bracket 32 includes a connecting rod 321 rotating around the first rotating shaft 31, and a first support rod 322 and a second support rod 323 separately provided at both ends of the connecting rod 321, the first support rod 322 is provided at an end of the connecting rod 321 near the mounting through hole, the connecting rod 321 includes a power arm provided at an end of the first rotating shaft 31 near the stop bracket 33 and a resistance arm provided at an end of the first rotating shaft 31 far from the stop bracket 33, and a product of a gravity force and a power arm length of the first support rod 322 is smaller than a product of a gravity force and a resistance arm of the second support rod 323. That is, the initial state of the first rotating bracket 32 is that the first rotating bracket 32 is inclined and the first supporting rod 322 is positioned obliquely above the second supporting rod 323 because the product of the gravity and the power arm length of the first supporting rod 322 is smaller than the product of the gravity and the resistance arm of the second supporting rod 323 under the condition of not being acted by the circumferential packing pressure; in addition, when the first support bar 322 is used to abut and support the turn-around box 5 storing articles, the first support bar 322 is rotated downward, the second support bar 323 at the other end of the first rotating bracket 32 is rotated upward, so that one end of the bottom of the final turn-around box 5 abuts against the first support bar 322, the other end abuts against the stop bracket 33, and the turn-around box 5 is inclined at this time, so that the operator of the production line can take out the articles in the turn-around box 5; after the articles stored in the turnover box 5 are taken out, because the product of the gravity applied to the second support bar 323 and the resistance arm is greater than the product of the gravity applied to the first support bar 322 and the length of the power arm, the gravity applied to the first support bar 322 at this time includes the gravity applied to the first support bar 322 and the power arm itself and the gravity applied to the empty turnover box 5, so that the second support bar 323 rotates downward, and simultaneously drives the first support bar 322 at the other end of the first rotating support 32 to rotate upward, the empty turnover box 5 loses the supporting function of the first support bar 322 on the first support bar 322, and thus falls down and can pass through the installation through hole, and the first rotating support 32 returns to the initial state.
Further, the stopping mechanism 3 further includes a limiting portion 324 disposed on the first rotation shaft 31, and the limiting portion 324 is configured to limit a rotation angle of the connecting rod 321 around the first rotation shaft 31. In the present invention, the limiting portion 324 may be disposed at one end of the first rotation shaft 31 near the second support bar 323, and may be disposed above the first rotation bracket 32 to limit the upward rotation angle of the second support bar 323, may be disposed below the first rotation bracket 32 to limit the downward rotation angle of the second support bar 323, and may be disposed above and below the first rotation bracket 32 to limit the rotation angle range of the second support bar 323. Meanwhile, the limiting portion 324 may be disposed at one end of the first rotating shaft 31 near the first supporting arm, and may be disposed above the first rotating bracket 32 to limit the upward rotation angle of the first supporting rod 322, or disposed below the first rotating bracket 32 to limit the downward rotation angle of the first supporting rod 322, or disposed above and below the first rotating bracket 32 to limit the rotation angle range of the first supporting rod 322.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, the stopping mechanism 3 further includes a mounting bracket 35 disposed on the first mounting frame 11 corresponding to the input rail 2, and a second rotating bracket 34 disposed on the mounting bracket 35, the second rotating bracket 34 includes a second rotating shaft 341 disposed on the mounting bracket 35, and a first limiting rod 342 hinged to the second rotating shaft 341, and when the first rotating bracket 32 is used for carrying the turnover box 5 storing the articles, an end of the first limiting rod 342 adjacent to the second mounting frame 12 abuts against the second supporting rod 323 to limit the movement of the turnover box 5 carried by the first limiting rod 342. Two turnover boxes 5 for storing articles can be sequentially placed at the inlet end of the input track 2, and when the first turnover box 5 is abutted with the first support rod 322 and gradually presses down the first support rod 322, the second support rod 323 rotates upwards and is abutted with one end of the first limit rod 342, which is close to the second mounting frame 12, so that the first limit rod 342 is driven to rotate upwards and extend out of the input track 2, and the second turnover box 5 is abutted with the first limit rod 342, so that the second turnover box 5 is limited to continue moving; after the workman of production line takes out the article in the first turnover case 5, first bracing piece 322 upwards rotates, first turnover case 5 loses the supporting role of first bracing piece 322, thereby reach on the output track 4 through the installation through-hole, simultaneously second bracing piece 323 downwards rotates, first gag lever post 342 loses the supporting role of second bracing piece 323, second turnover case 5 that deposits the article can continue to push down first gag lever post 342 on the input track 2 that the slope set up downwards and be close to the one end of second mounting bracket 12, second turnover case 5 gets rid of the spacing effect of first gag lever post 342, in order to continue to move to the one end and the first bracing piece 322 butt of second turnover case 5, the other end and stop bracket 33 butt. In the present invention, it should be specifically noted that, in an initial state in which the first limiting rod 342 is not supported by the pressure of the turnover box 5 and the second supporting rod 323, the first limiting rod 342 is disposed obliquely, and one end of the first limiting rod 342, which is close to the second mounting frame 12, is located obliquely above the other end of the first limiting rod 342, and one end of the first limiting rod 342, which is close to the second mounting frame 12, extends out of the input rail 2.
Specifically, the second rotating bracket 34 further includes a second limiting rod 343 disposed at an end of the first limiting rod 342 remote from the second mounting frame 12, and the second limiting rod 343 is configured to abut against the mounting bracket 35 to limit the movement of the first limiting rod 342. That is, when the first stopper rod 342 is in the initial state, the second stopper rod 343 can abut against the mounting bracket 35 to restrict the movement of the first stopper rod 342.
In addition, the number of the mounting brackets 35 and the second rotating brackets 34 is plural, and the plurality of mounting brackets 35 and the plurality of second rotating brackets 34 are respectively and sequentially arranged on the first mounting frame 11 along the input track 2, and the second limiting rod 343 of the former second rotating bracket 34 is used for abutting against the free end of the first limiting rod 342 of the latter second rotating bracket 34 along the transmission direction of the input track 2. The plurality of turnover boxes 5 storing articles can be placed at the inlet end of the input track 2 in sequence, and when the first turnover box 5 moves to the position that one end of the bottom of the first turnover box is abutted with the first supporting rod 322, and the other end is abutted with the stop bracket 33, the plurality of second rotating brackets 34 respectively limit the plurality of turnover boxes 5 behind the first turnover box 5 so that the first turnover box does not move forwards any more. In this process, the first turnover box 5 presses down the first support bar 322 and moves to the stop bracket 33, and the second turnover box 5 also gradually presses down one end of the corresponding first limit bar 342 close to the second mounting frame 12, so that one end of the first limit bar 342 close to the second mounting frame 12 abuts against the second support bar 323, and at the same time, the second limit bar 343 at the other end of the first limit bar 342 far from the second mounting frame 12 rotates upwards and abuts against the free end of the first limit bar 342 of the next second rotation bracket 34, so as to limit the movement of the third turnover box 5, and the plurality of second rotation brackets 34 are correspondingly arranged as described above, so as to limit the movement of the following turnover box 5, and of course, the second limit bar 343 of the last second rotation bracket 34 does not necessarily play a limiting role. When the first support rod 322 unlocks the empty first turn-around box 5 located on the stop bracket 33, and the first turn-around box 5 moves to the output track 4, the second turn-around box 5 gradually moves away from the corresponding first limit rod 342 and towards the first support rod 322, and in this process, the corresponding first limit rod 342 of the second turn-around box 5 is not pressed down by the second turn-around box 5, that is, the end of the first limit rod 342 near the second mounting bracket 12 rotates upwards, the end of the first limit rod 342 away from the second mounting bracket 12 rotates downwards, at this time, the free end of the first limit rod 342 of the second rotating bracket 34 adjacent thereto cannot be supported by the second limit rod 343, so that the third turn-around box 5 gets rid of the limit effect of the second rotating bracket 34 corresponding thereto, and the plurality of turn-around boxes 5 are also separated from the limit effect of the second rotating bracket 34 corresponding thereto as described above.
Further, the second rotating bracket 34 further includes a guide rod 345 disposed at an end of the first limiting rod 342 remote from the second mounting frame 12, and the mounting bracket 35 is provided with a guide sleeve 344 matching with the guide rod 345. The guide rod 345 on the first limit bar 342 can move up and down in the guide sleeve 344 on the mounting bracket 35 to perform a guiding function.
In addition, the stop bracket 33 includes a bracket body 331 provided on the second mounting bracket 12, and a first abutting lever 332 provided on the bracket body 331. When the container 5 with the articles stored therein moves to the stop bracket 33, the side wall of the container 5 abuts against the first abutting rod 332 to restrict the continued movement thereof.
More specifically, the output rail 4 includes a first output rail 41 and a second output rail 42, the first output rail 41 being provided obliquely to the second mounting frame 12 corresponding to the mounting through hole, and the second output rail 42 being provided obliquely to the first mounting frame 11 corresponding to the first output rail 41. In the present invention, the inclination angle of the first output rail 41 may be larger than that of the second output rail 42 so that the empty tote 5 can be transferred to the second output rail 42 as soon as possible.
In addition, a second abutting rod (not shown) is provided at the outlet end of the first mounting frame 11 corresponding to the second output rail 42. I.e. when an empty transfer box 5 is transferred to the outlet end of the second output track 42, it abuts the second abutment bar to limit its continued movement.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but rather is intended to cover any equivalents of the structures or equivalent processes disclosed herein or in the alternative, which may be employed directly or indirectly in other related arts.
