As shown in fig. 3-7, the ball head connection anti-loosening mechanism includes a steel wire rope 2, a locking ring 3, a ball head anti-loosening part 4, a first spring 8 and a locking limiting device 9, the ball head connection 1 is divided into two parts, one part of the ball head anti-loosening part 4 is provided, the other part of the ball head anti-loosening part is provided with a second four through holes 16, one end of the first spring 8 is fixed inside the second through hole 16, the other end of the first spring 8 is fixed with one end of a second sleeve 15, the other end of the second sleeve 15 is fixed with the ball head anti-loosening part 4, the locking limiting device 9 is arranged inside the second sleeve 15, the locking limiting device 9 is fixed with one end of the steel wire rope 2, the other end of the steel wire rope 2 is arranged inside the ball head connection 1, and the other end of the steel wire rope 2 is provided with the locking ring 3. When the connecting ball head 1 and the connecting device are connected, the steel wire rope 2 is pulled downwards and buckled on the locking ring 3, the locking limiting device 9 is retracted inwards due to the action of force (figure 7), and the connecting ball head 1 is retracted to keep a ball shape and embedded into the connecting device under the action of the spring I8. The steel wire rope 2 and the lock ring 3 are loosened, the pressing block 5 is tightly attached to the ball head anti-loosening part 4 under the action of the locking device 10, and the connecting ball head 1 keeps a spherical shape.
Case two: when the locking device 10 works abnormally, the resistance strain gauge 6 deforms abnormally, the alarm circuit detects the abnormality, the connecting device works abnormally, and the ball head locking mechanism is connected to act.
State 1: the alarm circuit detects abnormality, and the alarm device sounds to remind a driver and passengers in front; meanwhile, the connecting ball head anti-loosening mechanism acts, as shown in fig. 3, the pressing block 5 moves rightwards, a gap is formed between the pressing block 5 and the connecting ball head 1, the anti-loosening ball head part 4 is ejected rightwards under the action of the first spring 8 and is tightly attached to the pressing block 5, the locking limiting device 9 is ejected outwards to the maximum stroke (the end part of the second through hole 16), the first spring 8 is limited to rebound, and the connecting stability of the connecting ball head 1 and the connecting device is guaranteed. As shown in fig. 8, in this state, the force-receiving structure diagram of the locking stopper 9 realizes the functions of extending the anti-loosening head 4 and clamping the pressing block 5 by extending the wire rope 2.
State 2: when the automobile runs to a safe position, a driver and passengers pull the steel wire rope 2 to buckle the lock ring 3, withdraw the ball head anti-loosening part 4, connect the ball head 1 to restore the ball shape and take out the ball head, overhaul the locking device 10, and continue to move forwards when the resistance strain gauge 6 is deformed normally and the tension is normal after repair is finished; when the steel wire rope is reused, the steel wire rope 2 and the locking ring 3 are loosened. As shown in fig. 9, in this state, the force structure diagram of the locking limiting device 9 is used, and the functions of contracting the anti-loosening head part 4 and loosening the pressing block 5 are realized through the contraction of the steel wire rope.
As shown in fig. 10, the flow chart of the anti-loosening pull type recreational vehicle connecting system during working firstly judges whether the locking device 10 works normally, if the locking device 10 works normally, the steel wire rope 2 is pulled to the locking position to buckle the locking ring 3, so that the connection of the connecting ball head and the connecting device is realized, the locking ring 3 is released, the spring I8 is compressed, the connecting ball head 1 maintains a spherical shape under the action of force, the resistance strain gauge 6 deforms normally, the pulling force is stable and normal, and a driver and passengers drive normally. If the locking device 10 works abnormally, an alarm is triggered, a driver and passengers stop to repair the locking device 10, meanwhile, the pressing block 5 is clamped at the connecting device shell 7, the anti-loosening ball head part 4 pops out rightwards, the pressing block 5 is clamped under the action of the locking limiting device 9, and the connecting ball head 1 and the pressing block 5 are maintained to be tightly supported. When the locking device 10 is repaired, the locking device 10 can be detected to be operated again after normal operation.
