The trailer type motor home does not have an independent driving system, and needs to be connected with a traction vehicle through a connecting device, and the traction vehicle provides driving force for running. The pulling type caravan generally adopts a mode of a central shaft, and is different from a general full-trailer vehicle, so the pulling type caravan is also called as a sojourn central shaft trailer. Therefore, the trailer type caravan has the advantages of simple structure, low gravity center and small self weight of the trailer with the middle shaft. Meanwhile, the safety performance of the caravan is also paid more attention, and the connection stability and safety of the connector of the pull type caravan are ensured, so that an important research direction is provided. The anti-loosening facility adopted by the existing connector is connected by a traction wire, so that the anti-loosening connector is not stable enough and has an unobvious effect. The pre-warning measure after the clamping device loosens under the special condition can not be well considered by the caravan connecting system.

Fig. 1-4 are schematic diagrams of the overall structure of an anti-loose pull type caravan connecting system, which comprises a connecting device and a connecting ball head 1, wherein the connecting ball head 1 is embedded in the connecting device. The connecting device comprises a pressing block 5, a resistance strain gauge 6, a connecting device shell 7, a locking device 10 and a locking handle 11, a connecting ball head 1 and the pressing block 5 are sequentially arranged inside the connecting device shell 7, the matching position of the pressing block 5 and the connecting ball head 1 is set to be arc-shaped, the pressing block 5 is in contact with one end of a second spring 12, the other end of the second spring 12 is in contact with the connecting device shell 7, the second spring 12 is arranged in a groove inside the connecting device shell 7, and a first sleeve 13 is arranged on the connecting device shell 7 outside the second spring 12 and used for limiting circumferential displacement of the second spring 12; a resistance strain gage 6 is arranged on the second spring 12, and the resistance strain gage 6 is connected with an external alarm circuit through a lead (the alarm circuit is in the prior art); a first through hole 14 is formed in the connecting device shell 7 at the contact position of the pressing block 5 and the second spring 12 and used for fixing the locking device 10, a locking handle 11 is coaxially arranged outside the locking device 10, and the locking handle 11 can rotate around the locking device 10.
The first condition is as follows: when the locking device 10 works normally, the resistance strain gauge 6 deforms to a certain extent, the alarm circuit detects normally, the connecting device works normally, and the connecting ball head 1 keeps a stable contraction state.
State 1: as shown in fig. 1, the locking handle 11 is lifted upwards, the locking device 10 locks the pressing block 5, and the ball head 1 is pressed and fixedly connected;
state 2: when the locking handle 11 is released, the locking device 10 releases the pressing piece 5, and the pressing piece 5 is separated from the connecting ball head 1, so that the connecting ball head 1 can be taken out, as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3-7, the ball head connection anti-loosening mechanism includes a steel wire rope 2, a locking ring 3, a ball head anti-loosening part 4, a first spring 8 and a locking limiting device 9, the ball head connection 1 is divided into two parts, one part of the ball head anti-loosening part 4 is provided, the other part of the ball head anti-loosening part is provided with a second four through holes 16, one end of the first spring 8 is fixed inside the second through hole 16, the other end of the first spring 8 is fixed with one end of a second sleeve 15, the other end of the second sleeve 15 is fixed with the ball head anti-loosening part 4, the locking limiting device 9 is arranged inside the second sleeve 15, the locking limiting device 9 is fixed with one end of the steel wire rope 2, the other end of the. When the connecting ball head 1 and the connecting device are connected, the steel wire rope 2 is pulled downwards and buckled on the locking ring 3, the locking limiting device 9 is retracted inwards due to the action of force (figure 7), and the connecting ball head 1 is retracted to keep a ball shape and embedded into the connecting device under the action of the spring I8. The steel wire rope 2 and the lock ring 3 are loosened, the pressing block 5 is tightly attached to the ball head anti-loosening part 4 under the action of the locking device 10, and the connecting ball head 1 keeps a spherical shape.
Case two: when the locking device 10 works abnormally, the resistance strain gauge 6 deforms abnormally, the alarm circuit detects the abnormality, the connecting device works abnormally, and the connecting ball head anti-loosening mechanism acts.
State 1: the alarm circuit detects abnormality, and the alarm device sounds to remind a driver and passengers in front; meanwhile, the connecting ball head anti-loosening mechanism acts, as shown in fig. 3, the pressing block 5 moves rightwards, a gap is formed between the pressing block 5 and the connecting ball head 1, the anti-loosening ball head part 4 is ejected rightwards under the action of the first spring 8 and is tightly attached to the pressing block 5, the locking limiting device 9 is ejected outwards to the maximum stroke (the end part of the second through hole 16), the first spring 8 is limited to rebound, and the connecting stability of the connecting ball head 1 and the connecting device is guaranteed.
