技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体为一种耐磨无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布,无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。一般的无纺布采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。目前市场上的无纺布的耐磨性较差,作为鞋垫使用时较易于产生磨损,且较易于因吸收汗水而降低使用寿命。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐磨无纺布,具备耐磨性较高,能够抗老化,且减少了汗水对无纺布的影响等优点,解决了目前市场上的无纺布的耐磨性较差,作为鞋垫使用时较易于产生磨损,且较易于因吸收汗水而降低使用寿命的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述耐磨性较高,能够抗老化,且减少了汗水对无纺布的影响目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐磨无纺布,包括无纺布基层,所述无纺布基层的上表面与吸附层的下表面粘接,所述无纺布基层的下表面与防滑底层的上表面粘接,所述无纺布基层的材料包括聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯,所述无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,所述无纺布基层的各成分质量占比为:聚苯二甲酰苯二胺15%-30%,橡胶软化剂3%-5%,聚酰胺纤维15%-30%,聚丙烯35%-70%。
优选的,所述吸附层采用的材料为竹炭与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的竹炭纤维,且吸附层由竹炭纤维通过维纺织机纺织制成,所述无纺布基层与吸附层之间的粘合剂为缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂粘合剂。
优选的,所述防滑底层采用的材料包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和色母粒,所述色母粒的直径小于5mm,且色母粒的含水量小于0.05%。
优选的,所述无纺布基层外表面设置的憎水涂层为含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂,喷涂含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂制得的涂层表面具有超疏水效果,水接触角达到150°以上,滚动角小于10°。
优选的,所述防滑底层的下表面均匀设置有多组防滑纹,所述防滑纹的构成可以为多组矩形凹槽、多组斜向交叉的凹槽或多组环形凹槽。
优选的,所述无纺布基层的制备方法为将聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯熔融后挤出,然后将挤出的熔体拉伸而形成连续长丝,并将长丝铺设成纤维网,纤维网再经过热粘合加固成无纺布基层。
优选的,所述橡胶软化剂为物理软化剂,且橡胶软化剂为由链烷烃、环烷烃、芳烃、沥青物质和含氮有机碱所组成的混合物。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种耐磨无纺布,具备以下有益效果:
1、该耐磨无纺布,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚酰胺纤维,使得无纺布基层的耐磨性较高,提高了无纺布基层的使用寿命,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚苯二甲酰苯二胺,使得无纺布基层的抗老化性能较高,并且使得无纺布较易于耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀,通过无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,使得水接触到无纺布基层表面时,会因为涂层的憎水作用而滑落。

具体的,防滑底层采用的材料包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和色母粒,色母粒的直径小于5mm,且色母粒的含水量小于0.05%,通过设置有防滑底层,且防滑底层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,使得无纺布的防滑性能较高,且提高了无纺布的弹性和耐磨性,通过色母粒的颜色变更,提高了防滑底层色彩的多样性。
具体的,无纺布基层外表面设置的憎水涂层为含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂,喷涂含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂制得的涂层表面具有超疏水效果,水接触角达到150°以上,滚动角小于10°,通过无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,使得水接触到无纺布基层表面时,会因为涂层的憎水作用而滑落。
具体的,防滑底层的下表面均匀设置有多组防滑纹,防滑纹的构成可以为多组矩形凹槽、多组斜向交叉的凹槽或多组环形凹槽,通过设置有多组防滑纹,提高防滑底层与接触面之间的摩擦力,使得无纺布的防滑性能较高。
具体的,无纺布基层的制备方法为将聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯熔融后挤出,然后将挤出的熔体拉伸而形成连续长丝,并将长丝铺设成纤维网,纤维网再经过热粘合加固成无纺布基层,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚酰胺纤维,使得无纺布基层的耐磨性较高,提高了无纺布基层的使用寿命,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚苯二甲酰苯二胺,使得无纺布基层的抗老化性能较高,并且使得无纺布较易于耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀
具体的,橡胶软化剂为物理软化剂,且橡胶软化剂为由链烷烃、环烷烃、芳烃、沥青物质和含氮有机碱所组成的混合物,通过设置有软化剂,增加了胶料的塑性,降低胶料粘度和混炼时的温度,改善分散性与混合性。
将本实施例制的无纺布随机加持在马丁代尔耐磨仪内,进行测定耐磨性测试,测试条件为:温度27℃,相对湿度65%,样品形状为直径140mm的圆形。测试方法为将试样按一几何图形轨迹磨擦,图形刚开始为一直线,接下来变得越来越宽并形成为一个椭圆形,之后又变窄,最后沿原直线相对方向又形成一直线,通过对耐磨前后试样重量的变化来评定,其重量的减少基于测试前的重量为基础以百分率表示,将试样沿上述轨迹重复磨擦直至规定的圈数,测试结果如表1所示

实施例2
一种耐磨无纺布,包括无纺布基层,无纺布基层的上表面与吸附层的下表面粘接,无纺布基层的下表面与防滑底层的上表面粘接,无纺布基层的材料包括聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯,无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,无纺布基层的各成分质量占比为:聚苯二甲酰苯二胺20%,橡胶软化剂4%,聚酰胺纤维25%,聚丙烯51%。

通过表1-4可以看出,本发明的耐磨无纺布耐磨性能高于现有的无纺布,并且根据实施例3制的耐磨无纺布,其耐磨性能优于实施例1和实施例2,能够较好的适用于鞋垫制作。
综上所述,该耐磨无纺布,该耐磨无纺布,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚酰胺纤维,使得无纺布基层的耐磨性较高,提高了无纺布基层的使用寿命,通过无纺布基层内设置有聚苯二甲酰苯二胺,使得无纺布基层的抗老化性能较高,并且使得无纺布较易于耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀,通过无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,使得水接触到无纺布基层表面时,会因为涂层的憎水作用而滑落,通过设置有防滑底层,且防滑底层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,使得无纺布的防滑性能较高,且提高了无纺布的弹性和耐磨性,通过设置有吸附层,且吸附层为竹炭纤维,使得无纺布具有较好的气味和汗水吸附能力,并且使得无纺布具有抗菌抑菌功能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨无纺布,包括无纺布基层,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层的上表面与吸附层的下表面粘接,所述无纺布基层的下表面与防滑底层的上表面粘接,所述无纺布基层的材料包括聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯,所述无纺布基层的外表面设置有憎水涂层,所述无纺布基层的各成分质量占比为:聚苯二甲酰苯二胺15%-30%,橡胶软化剂3%-5%,聚酰胺纤维15%-30%,聚丙烯35%-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述吸附层采用的材料为竹炭与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的竹炭纤维,且吸附层由竹炭纤维通过维纺织机纺织制成,所述无纺布基层与吸附层之间的粘合剂为缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述防滑底层采用的材料包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和色母粒,所述色母粒的直径小于5mm,且色母粒的含水量小于0.05%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层外表面设置的憎水涂层为含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂,喷涂含氟硅的超低表面能丙烯酸树脂制得的涂层表面具有超疏水效果,水接触角达到150°以上,滚动角小于10°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述防滑底层的下表面均匀设置有多组防滑纹,所述防滑纹的构成可以为多组矩形凹槽、多组斜向交叉的凹槽或多组环形凹槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层的制备方法为将聚苯二甲酰苯二胺、聚酰胺纤维、橡胶软化剂和聚丙烯熔融后挤出,然后将挤出的熔体拉伸而形成连续长丝,并将长丝铺设成纤维网,纤维网再经过热粘合加固成无纺布基层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐磨无纺布,其特征在于:所述橡胶软化剂为物理软化剂,且橡胶软化剂为由链烷烃、环烷烃、芳烃、沥青物质和含氮有机碱所组成的混合物。
