Abstract

本发明涉及一种PTFE复合过滤材料及其制备方法和使用方法,属于空气净化技术领域,该过滤材料从下往上依次由无纺布层1、PTFE过滤层2、无纺布层3和PTFE过滤层4组成。该过滤材料中,位于表面的PTFE层,由于其具有光滑、憎水性能,使过滤材料具备了水洗和反向清灰能力,降低了过滤材料的更换频率,提高了产品使用周期,降低了使用成本。四层结构中以表面PTFE层起清灰的作用、四层的整体结构共同起过滤的作用,通过多层阻力、效率组合以及特定的制备工艺,使该过滤材料即使在表面PTFE层局部破损的情况下,其整体结构的过滤效率也不至出现大的影响,实现低阻高效。该过滤材料制备工艺简单,且对环境污染小,适合工业化生产。

一种PTFE复合过滤材料及其制备方法和使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种PTFE复合过滤材料及其制备方法和使用方法。
背景技术
PTFE过滤膜材料过滤效率高,阻力低,在高效及超高效过滤领域具有独特优势,但随着科技的进步,企业对净化材料的要求越来越高,既要求滤料有高效甚至超高效的过滤特性,又要求材料具有高的容尘量,从而降低使用成本,因此,如何提高PTFE过滤材料的容尘量,提高PTFE过滤器的使用寿命成为行业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种PTFE复合过滤材料;目的之二在于提供一种PTFE复合过滤材料的制备方法;目的之三在于提供一种PTFE复合过滤材料的使用方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
1、一种PTFE复合过滤材料,所述PTFE复合过滤材料从下往上依次由无纺布层1、PTFE过滤层2、无纺布层3和PTFE过滤层4组成。
优选的,所述PTFE过滤层2和PTFE过滤层4的过滤等级为F9-U15。
优选的,所述无纺布层1和无纺布层3为PET无纺布层、PE无纺布层、PP无纺布层、PET/PE双组分无纺布层或PET/PP双组分无纺布层。
2、所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料的制备方法,所述方法如下:通过胶复合工艺或热复合工艺将无纺布层1、PTFE过滤层2、无纺布层3和PTFE过滤层4依次复合后形成所述PTFE复合过滤材料。
优选的,所述胶复合工艺具体为:对所述无纺布层1的一面施胶,将所述PTFE过滤层2放置在所述无纺布层1的施胶面上,利用压辊压制;对所述无纺布层3的两面施胶,将所述无纺布层3放置在所述PTFE过滤层2上,将所述PTFE过滤层4放置在所述无纺布层3上,再利用压辊压制,即可;所述施胶均采用雾化施胶。
优选的,所述胶复合工艺中使用的胶为常温水性胶或高温热熔胶。
优选的,所述常温水性胶为丙烯酸、聚氨酯或环氧乙烷中的一种或多种的混合;所述高温热熔胶为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚酰胺、聚氨酯中的一种。
优选的,所述热复合工艺具体为:首先将所述无纺布层3置于温度为130-180℃的热辊上,接着将所述PTFE过滤层4放置在所述无纺布层3上,利用压辊压制,获得结构I;然后将所述无纺布层1置于温度为140-220℃的热辊上,接着将所述PTFE过滤层2放置在所述无纺布层1上,再将所述结构I以所述PTFE过滤层4在上,所述无纺布层3在下的方式放置在所述PTFE过滤层2上,再利用压辊压制,即可。
3、所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料的使用方法,将所述PTFE复合过滤材料的PTFE过滤层4作为迎风面,朝向大气方向,无纺布层1为背风面,朝向净化对象。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种PTFE复合过滤材料及其制备方法和使用方法,该PTFE复合过滤材料具有四层结构,以PTFE层作为过滤层,无纺布层作为支撑层,位于表面的PTFE层,由于其具有光滑、憎水性能,使复合过滤材料具备了水洗和反向清灰能力,在使用的过程中,吸附于PTFE层表面的粉尘会自动掉落一部分,使用一段时间后,只需要将过滤器进行反吹或者水冲,就可以去掉大部分的灰尘,降低了复合过滤材料的更换频率,提高了产品使用周期,降低了使用成本,充分发挥了PTFE的独特优势,实现了空气过滤低阻高效、更换周期长的目的。另外,四层结构中以表面PTFE层起清灰的作用、四层的整体结构共同起过滤的作用,同时,通过多层阻力、效率组合以及特定的制备工艺,使该过滤材料即使在表面PTFE层局部破损的情况下,其整体结构的过滤效率也不至出现大的影响,实现低阻高效。具有四层结构的PTFE复合过滤材料,相比具有两层结构的PTFE复合过滤材料,具有更高的吸附效率,相比具有六层结构甚至高于六层结构的PTFE复合过滤材料,其在能保证具有较高吸附效率的同时,制造成本更低。该PTFE复合过滤材料制备工艺简单,易操作,且对环境污染小,适合工业化生产。

实施例1
一种PTFE复合过滤材料,该PTFE复合过滤材料的结构示意图如图1所示,由图1可知,该PTFE复合过滤材料从下往上依次由无纺布层1、PTFE过滤层2、无纺布层3和PTFE过滤层4组成;其中,无纺布层1和无纺布层3均为PET无纺布层,PTFE过滤层2的过滤等级为F9,PTFE过滤层4的过滤等级为U15。
其制备方法如下:
对无纺布层1的一面以雾化施胶的方式施聚氨酯胶,将PTFE过滤层2放置在无纺布层1的施胶面上,利用压辊压制;对无纺布层3的两面以雾化施胶的方式施聚氨酯胶,将无纺布层3放置在PTFE过滤层2上,将PTFE过滤层4放置在无纺布层3上,再利用压辊压制,即可。
实施例2
一种PTFE复合过滤材料
一种PTFE复合过滤材料,该PTFE复合过滤材料的结构示意图如图1所示,由图1可知,该PTFE复合过滤材料从下往上依次由无纺布层1、PTFE过滤层2、无纺布层3和PTFE过滤层4组成;其中,无纺布层1和无纺布层3均为PET/PE双组分无纺布层,PTFE过滤层2的过滤等级为H10,PTFE过滤层4的过滤等级为H14。其制备方法如下:
首先将无纺布层3置于温度为140℃的热辊上,接着将PTFE过滤层4放置在无纺布层3上,利用压辊压制,获得结构I;然后将无纺布层1置于温度为200℃的热辊上,接着将PTFE过滤层2放置在无纺布层1上,再将结构I以PTFE过滤层4在上,无纺布层3在下的方式放置在所述PTFE过滤层2上,再利用压辊压制,即可。
测试实施例1和实施例2中PTFE复合过滤材料及现有产品(由重庆宝曼新材料有限公司生产的产品编号为BMF25301的PTFE复合过滤材料,该产品为常规U15等级产品,产品结构为3层,从下往上依次由无纺布层、PTFE过滤层和无纺布层组成)的相关性能,结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例1和实施例2中PTFE复合过滤材料相比目前市场现有产品低阻高效,且容尘量大。

1.一种PTFE复合过滤材料,其特征在于,所述PTFE复合过滤材料从下往上依次由无纺布层(1)、PTFE过滤层(2)、无纺布层(3)和PTFE过滤层(4)组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料,其特征在于,所述PTFE过滤层(2)和PTFE过滤层(4)的过滤等级为F9-U15。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料,其特征在于,所述无纺布层(1)和无纺布层(3)为PET无纺布层、PE无纺布层、PP无纺布层、PET/PE双组分无纺布层或PET/PP双组分无纺布层。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法如下:通过胶复合工艺或热复合工艺将无纺布层(1)、PTFE过滤层(2)、无纺布层(3)和PTFE过滤层(4)依次复合后形成所述PTFE复合过滤材料。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶复合工艺具体为:对所述无纺布层(1)的一面施胶,将所述PTFE过滤层(2)放置在所述无纺布层(1)的施胶面上,利用压辊压制;对所述无纺布层(3)的两面施胶,将所述无纺布层(3)放置在所述PTFE过滤层(2)上,将所述PTFE过滤层(4)放置在所述无纺布层(3)上,再利用压辊压制,即可;所述施胶均采用雾化施胶。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶复合工艺中使用的胶为常温水性胶或高温热熔胶。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述常温水性胶为丙烯酸、聚氨酯或环氧乙烷中的一种或多种的混合;所述高温热熔胶为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚酰胺、聚氨酯中的一种。
8.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热复合工艺具体为:首先将所述无纺布层(3)置于温度为130-180℃的热辊上,接着将所述PTFE过滤层(4)放置在所述无纺布层(3)上,利用压辊压制,获得结构I;然后将所述无纺布层(1)置于温度为140-220℃的热辊上,接着将所述PTFE过滤层(2)放置在所述无纺布层(1)上,再将所述结构I以所述PTFE过滤层(4)在上,所述无纺布层(3)在下的方式放置在所述PTFE过滤层(2)上,再利用压辊压制,即可。
9.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种PTFE复合过滤材料的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述PTFE复合过滤材料的PTFE过滤层(4)作为迎风面,朝向大气方向,无纺布层(1)为背风面,朝向净化对象。
