The working principle of the invention is as follows: straw is fed into a straw feed hopper 2c through a first conveyor belt 1 and falls into a crushing box 2 from the straw feed hopper 2c, a first motor 2d rotates to drive a fourth belt wheel 2e to rotate, the fourth belt wheel 2e drives a third belt wheel 2b4 to rotate through a belt, the third belt wheel 2b4 drives a fine grinding roller pair 2b1 and a second belt wheel 2b3 to rotate, the fine grinding roller pair 2b1 realizes opposite rotation through a second gear pair 2b2, the second belt wheel 2b3 drives a first belt wheel 2a3 to rotate through a belt, the first belt wheel 2a3 drives a coarse grinding roller pair 2a1 to rotate, the coarse grinding roller pair 2a1 realizes opposite rotation through a first gear pair 2a2, the straw is ground into small blocks through the coarse grinding roller pair 2a1, the crushed straw is ground into powder through a fine grinding roller pair 2b1, the crushed straw is discharged into a stirring device 5 from a crushed material outlet 2g, and the second motor 5e drives a stirring shaft to rotate through a transmission shaft 5f, 5g of stirring paddle rotates to stir the powder to uniformly mix the raw materials for making the carbon, the raw materials for making the carbon are discharged into an extrusion forming device 7 from a raw material outlet 5d for making the carbon, the third motor 7c drives the rotating shaft 7b to rotate through belt transmission, the feeding blade 7g1 rotates to enable the raw material to move rightwards, the raw material enters the extrusion cavity 7h, under the continuous extrusion action of the extrusion blades 7g2, the raw material is extruded into a cylindrical shape in the forming tube 7i, and is discharged from the open end of the forming tube 7i, the forming tube 7i is heated by the carbonizing device 8, the surface of the columnar finished product is quickly carbonized at high temperature, the silicon carbide material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and difficult deformation, the forming tube 7i can be continuously carbonized, the structure of the finished product is stable and difficult to loosen due to the carbonization treatment, the fourth motor 9a rotates to drive the cutter 9b to rotate, the cutter 9b cuts the carbonized columnar finished product at equal intervals, and the finished product falls on the second conveying belt 10 to be conveyed after being cut.
