The anti-riot motor 12 is installed at the lower part of the right front of the casing 1, and the anti-riot motor 12 is fixed together with a motor support seat 13 at the lower part thereof by bolts. The anti-riot motor 12 is of a double-spindle structure at two ends, and a set of sanding assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side. The main shafts on the two sides of the motor can be respectively provided with a polishing wheel or a polishing belt structure component. The sand grinding components at two sides extend into the dust removing areas at two sides in the shell 1, and the dust removing areas at two sides have the same structure and are symmetrically distributed. The dust removal area is provided with a deflector 6. The upper part of the guide plate is a water mist area of the water circulation system, and a spray head is arranged at the water mist area to generate a water curtain or water mist. The upper part of the water mist zone is provided with a water pipe, the front end of the water pipe is connected with a spray head, the rear end of the water pipe is connected with a water pump 26, and the water pump is connected with a clean pool. The upper part of the guide plate 6 is provided with a groove-shaped rain curtain structure 5, the rain curtain structure 5 is arranged below the water pipe 4, and the outlets of the water pipe 4 in the dust removing areas at the left side and the right side are respectively provided with a ball valve. The water delivery pipes 4 on the two sides are connected to a water pump 26 through a main pipeline after being converged in the middle, and the water pump is arranged on a bracket at the lower part of the shell. The water pump 26 is connected with a clean tank at the rear part of the shell 1, a three-stage filtering water tank 17 is arranged beside the clean tank, water from the dust removing area enters the three-stage filtering tank from a water outlet at the rear side of the sedimentation tank after being precipitated and purified by the sedimentation tank, coarse filtration, semi-fine filtration and fine filtration are respectively carried out, and water filtered by the three-stage filtering water tank 17 flows into the clean tank. The clean pool is provided with a floating ball type water level switch for water level control, and when the water level is lower than a set water level line, a water inlet electromagnetic valve connected with an external water source is opened, so that the whole system is supplemented with water.
A rectangular opening, namely a dust removal opening 31, is formed in the lower part of the guide plate 6, and an air filtering area is arranged below the guide plate and the rectangular opening. The inside of the air filtering area is provided with a plurality of layers of partition plates 27, and the upper part of the air filtering area is provided with a negative pressure fan 18. The multi-layer separators are arranged in at least 2 layers and staggered to extend the dust passage time. The multi-layer partition board is arranged on a supporting board 41 in the shell or at the bottom of the guide plate 6, square holes which enable the water curtain to flow downwards into the sedimentation tank are arranged on the supporting board, and the square holes are vertically corresponding to the dust removal openings 31. When the negative pressure fan arranged on the upper part of the shell rotates, dust in the dust removing area is sucked into the air filtering area through the dust removing opening, and enters the air inlet of the fan through the multi-layer partition board, and clean air is discharged to the outside of the machine under the driving of the fan. The air inlet and the air outlet of the negative pressure fan 18 are respectively provided with a set of dustproof filter screen 16, and the dustproof filter screen 16 is of a honeycomb structure. The filter screen with the honeycomb porous structure can effectively prolong the dust passing time and achieve better filtering effect. The sanding and dedusting integrated machine is used for air inlet from a sanding wheel and a sanding belt.
When the machine works, dust generated in the dust removing area is sucked into the dust removing area under the action of air negative pressure generated by the rotation of the fan 18 and passes through the dust removing opening at the lower part of the guide plate 6, rain curtains or mist particles are arranged at the dust removing opening, the rain curtains or mist particles are generated by the rain curtain groove 5 at the upper part of the guide plate 6, the dust passing through the dust removing opening is deposited in the deposition pond at the lower part of the machine shell after being soaked by the rain curtains or mist particles, the rest dust is discharged to the outside of the machine through the two layers of multi-layer partition plates 27 and the two layers of dustproof filter screens 16, and the air dust content discharged to the outside of the machine after sand grinding is extremely low after passing through the multi-layer filter system, so that the requirements of national relevant standards on air discharge are completely met.
Fig. 2 is a diagram of the shaft side structure of the whole machine in fig. 2. As can be seen from the figure, the water pump 26 is installed beside the clean pool at the rear of the casing, the water pump 26 is connected with the water pipe 4, the water pipe 4 extends to the dust removing area at the front end of the machine, and the water pipe is connected with the spray head. The rain curtain groove is provided with a row of comb-shaped multiple tiny water grooves. When the shower nozzle works, water generated by the shower nozzle flows into the rain curtain groove above the guide plate 6, after the rain curtain groove is full of water, the shower nozzle automatically overflows to generate a plurality of tiny rain curtains, and the shower nozzle flows downwards along the guide plate to form a rain curtain at the dust removing opening of the guide plate 6. After passing through the rain curtain, the dust generated by sanding can be fully mixed and precipitated with fine water drops, so that the purpose of filtering is achieved. As the preference, the shower nozzle of water curtain system can be replaced by high-pressure shower nozzle, and this rain curtain structure also can be produced by high-pressure shower nozzle, and high-pressure shower nozzle is under the effect of high-pressure plunger pump, produces up to 6 MPA's high pressure in the front end of shower nozzle to spray water smoke in shower nozzle department, this water smoke granule is extremely tiny, and the diameter is little as 20um, and the effect of combining with the dust is better this moment. The water curtain flows out from the lower part of the guide plate 6 and then is converged in a sedimentation tank at the lower part of the machine shell, an outlet of the sedimentation tank is connected to a three-stage filtering water tank 17, and three-layer filtering devices are arranged in the three-stage filtering water tank 17, and are respectively a polypropylene spray filter element (PPF) 23, a softening resin filter element 24 and a granular activated carbon filter element (UDF) 25. The three-stage filtering water tank 17 can filter fine particles such as dust and paint in the water, and clean water filtered by the three-stage filtering water tank 17 flows into a clean pool at the lower part of the water pump 26.
Figures 3 and 4 are an isometric and cross-sectional view of the belt assembly. The sanding assembly will be described in detail with this figure 2. The anti-riot motor 12 is of a double-spindle structure, and the efficiency is higher. The main shafts at the two ends can be symmetrically provided with a sanding driving wheel 15 respectively, and the two ends of the motor can be provided with two structures of a sanding wheel and a sanding belt. The material of the sanding wheel 15 may be either cloth wheel or a sanding material such as white corundum or green silicon carbide.
The tensioner 21 is located above the baffle. The tensioner is arranged on a supporting shaft through a bearing, and the supporting shaft is arranged on a motor supporting seat 13.
The outer sleeves of the main shafts at two ends of the motor are provided with sanding connecting seats 14, the upper parts of the sanding connecting seats 14 are provided with adjusting arms 10, and the sanding connecting seats and the adjusting arms are connected together through bolts. An adjusting sleeve 9 is arranged in the adjusting arm 10, the adjusting sleeve 9 can slide along with an adjusting screw rod 20 in the adjusting arm 10, a key groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the adjusting sleeve 9 for preventing relative rotation of the adjusting sleeve and the adjusting screw rod, two bolts are arranged on the adjusting arm 10 and are propped in the key groove of the adjusting sleeve 9, and the adjusting screw rod is locked. In addition, an adjusting screw rod 20 is sleeved in the adjusting sleeve 9, a hand wheel 11 is arranged at the end part of the screw rod, the adjusting screw rod 20 is driven to rotate when the hand wheel 11 rotates, and the adjusting sleeve 9 stretches and contracts in the adjusting arm 10 under the action of two spirals on the adjusting arm 10. Thereby realizing the tensioning of the abrasive belt. One end of the adjusting sleeve is welded with a flange, the end face of the flange is provided with two threaded holes, and the abrasive belt angle adjusting mechanism is connected with the flange through the threaded holes. It can be seen from the figure that the other end of the adjusting sleeve 9 is provided with the angle wheel seat 7, the flange 37 of the angle wheel seat 7 is symmetrically provided with two circular arc grooves 36, the corresponding position on the flange of the adjusting sleeve 9 is provided with two threaded holes which are connected together through bolts 38, and after the bolts are loosened, the flange 37 of the angle wheel seat 7 can be easily adjusted in angle, so that the angle of the angle wheel is adjusted, and the abrasive belt 22 is prevented from deviating when in work. The sanding structure can meet the requirement of sanding the flat surface of the workpiece.

in the water circulation system, a water spray nozzle adopts a common spray nozzle or a high-pressure atomization spray nozzle to generate a water curtain or water mist; when the water spray nozzle adopts a common spray nozzle, a rain curtain groove (5) and a guide plate (6) are arranged in the shell, the rain curtain groove is provided with tiny comb-shaped notches which are arranged side by side, the guide plate is connected to the lower part of the rain curtain groove, the guide plate is obliquely downwards arranged, the lower end of the guide plate is provided with a dust removing port, the dust removing port is positioned below a sand light wheel or an abrasive belt, and an air filtering area generated by a sedimentation tank and a negative pressure fan is arranged below the dust removing port; the water spray nozzles spray water into the rain curtain grooves, and a plurality of fine water flows out of the notch of the rain curtain grooves flow downwards through the guide plates and fall from the dust removal openings to form a rain curtain which is mixed with dust and is precipitated; when the water spray nozzle adopts a high-pressure atomizing nozzle, the generated water mist particles are sprayed to the sanding mechanism and the lower part of the sanding mechanism and are combined with dust to deposit; the cleaning pool is also connected with an external water source through a water inlet pipe and a water inlet electromagnetic valve;
in the dust removing system, a plurality of layers of partition plates (27) are arranged and fixed in the shell, the partition plates are arranged at the position where negative pressure wind of the negative pressure fan passes, namely an air filtering area, and at least 2 layers of partition plates are arranged in a staggered manner; the negative pressure fan sucks the dust into the air filtering area, the multi-layer partition board prolongs the passing time of the dust and blocks the dust to fall down; the air inlet and the air outlet of the fan are provided with dustproof filter screens which are of honeycomb porous structures;

in the sanding mechanism, a motor adopts a double-output-shaft explosion-proof motor, two ends of the motor are respectively provided with an output shaft, one end of the motor is provided with a sand wheel, the other end of the motor is provided with a sand belt component, or two ends of the motor are provided with sand wheels with different precision, or two ends of the motor are provided with sand belt components with different precision; two ends of the motor extend into the dust removing areas respectively, and the dust removing areas at two sides have the same structure and are symmetrically distributed;
in the water circulation system, water spray nozzles, a rain curtain groove, a guide plate and a dust removal port are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side in the shell; the water delivery pipes of the water spray nozzles at the left side and the right side are respectively connected with an electromagnetic valve, and the water delivery pipes at the left side and the right side are connected with a water pump through a main pipeline after being converged; when the sanding mechanism on one side is started, the electromagnetic valve on the side starts water supply and water spraying;
