Abstract
The invention discloses a foundation liquid with lasting oil control, which is characterized in that oil control is realized by utilizing the combination of nylon-12 (nylon powder), polymethylsilsesquioxane (silicon bomb), silica/triethoxyoctylsilane (silicon powder) and caprylyl glycine, the nylon powder, the silicon powder and the silicon bomb can absorb sebum secreted by skin on the surface of the skin, and the caprylyl glycine can inhibit excessive secretion of the sebum, so that oil control is realized from the inside of the skin, and the inside and the outside are combined to achieve a good oil control effect. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the foundation liquid with lasting oil control, which has simple flow and is beneficial to industrial production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a foundation liquid with lasting oil control and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The makeup-holding effect of foundation products is a difficult problem which puzzles everyone, and along with the continuous improvement of the requirements of people on the persistence of foundation products, the oil-control foundation liquid is more and more pursued by consumers.
An oil-controlling air cushion BB cream and its preparing process (application No. 201710467999.4) disclose that silica powder, silicon elastomer and methyl methacrylate cross-linked polymer are used to control oil, and its principle is to absorb the sebum secreted by skin without controlling oil from the inside of skin.
An oil-control sunscreen BB cream (application No. 201711231072.7) is disclosed, which uses silica powder and methyl methacrylate cross-linked polymer to control oil, and absorbs sebum secreted from skin without controlling oil from the inside of skin.
The foundation liquid disclosed by the application number 201810040229.6, which utilizes the very high oil absorption capacity of aluminum starch octenyl succinate and polymethylsilsesquioxane, and is prepared by combining cassava starch, has a good oil control effect.
In summary, the above three prior arts all rely on the powder product to absorb the oil secreted by the skin to control the oil, and all stay on the surface, and do not control the sebum secretion from the inside of the skin. Indeed, foundation products are lacking in both internal and external simultaneous oil management.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a foundation liquid with lasting oil control, the foundation liquid utilizes the combination of nylon-12 (nylon powder), polymethylsilsesquioxane (silicon bomb), silica/triethoxyoctylsilane (silicon powder) and caprylyl glycine to control oil, the nylon powder, the silicon powder and the silicon bomb can absorb sebum secreted by skin on the surface of the skin, and the caprylyl glycine can inhibit excessive secretion of the sebum, so that oil control is performed from the inside of the skin, and the inside and the outside are combined to achieve a good oil control effect.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the oil-control durable liquid foundation, which has simple process and is beneficial to industrial production.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the oil-control durable liquid foundation comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of emulsifier; 20-60% of oil raw materials; 10-25% of powder raw materials and coloring agents; 20-50% of water phase raw material; 0.1-1% of preservative; the powder raw materials comprise an oil control powder combination, and the oil control powder combination comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the oil control powder combination in the powder base solution: polyamide-120.1-10.0%; 0.1-8.0% of polymethylsilsesquioxane; 0.1 to 6 percent of silica/triethoxy octyl silane; the water phase raw material comprises caprylyl glycine, and the weight percentage of the caprylyl glycine in the liquid foundation is 0.01-1.0%.
Further, the emulsifier includes PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, polyglyceryl-4 isostearate.
Further, the grease raw material comprises cyclopentadimethyl siloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, cyclodimethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite, propylene carbonate, cyclohexasiloxane, propylene carbonate, cyclodimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, isododecane, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, and dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer.
Further, the powder raw material also comprises titanium dioxide; the colorant comprises iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black.
Further, the oil-control powder composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the liquid foundation: 123.0 to 9.0 percent of chinlon; 4.0-8.0% of polymethylsilsesquioxane; 0.1-6.0% of silica/triethoxyoctylsilane.
Further, the water phase raw material comprises water, butanediol, sodium chloride, caprylyl glycine, triethanolamine, xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, xylitol and glycerol.
Further, in the water phase raw material, the weight percentage of the caprylyl glycine in the liquid foundation is 0.01-1.0%.
Further, the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, ethylhexylglycerin and propylene glycol.

Further, in the step 1), heating to 55-65 ℃;
in the step 2), heating to 55-65 ℃; homogenizing for 2-4min after emulsification;
in the step 3), the second mixture is stirred and cooled to 30-40 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the oil-control lasting foundation liquid disclosed by the invention, the powder raw material is added in the formula to absorb excessive sebum on the surface of the skin, and the caprylyl glycine is added to inhibit excessive sebum secretion, so that the content of the sebum is reduced from an internal source, and the oil-control lasting effect is achieved, and the makeup effect is good.
(2) The preparation method of the oil-control-lasting liquid foundation disclosed by the invention is simple in process and beneficial to industrial production.

The present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment.
The oil-control durable liquid foundation comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of emulsifier; 20-60% of oil raw materials; 10-25% of powder raw materials and coloring agents; 20-50% of water phase raw material; 0.1-1% of preservative; the powder raw materials comprise an oil control powder combination, and the oil control powder combination comprises the following components in percentage by weight of a powder base solution: polyamide-120.1-10.0%; 0.1-8.0% of polymethylsilsesquioxane; 0.1 to 6 percent of silica/triethoxy octyl silane; the water phase raw material comprises caprylyl glycine, and the weight percentage of the caprylyl glycine in the liquid foundation is 0.01-1.0%.
As a further embodiment, the emulsifier includes PEG-10 dimethicone, cetyl polyethylene/polypropylene glycol-10/1 dimethicone, polyglyceryl-4 isostearate.

Moreover, the whole formula is matched properly, and the cosmetic effect is durable.
A preparation method of a foundation liquid with lasting oil control comprises the following steps:
1) mixing an emulsifier in the formula with a grease raw material in a formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, then adding a powder raw material and a colorant in the formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and heating to obtain a first mixture;

The preparation method of the oil-control-lasting liquid foundation disclosed by the invention is simple in process and beneficial to industrial production.
The following are specific examples of the present invention, and raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples can be obtained by purchasing them unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 3
A foundation liquid with long-lasting oil control is prepared from emulsifier, oil and fat raw materials, powder raw materials (including nylon-12, polymethylsilsesquioxane, silica/triethoxyoctylsilane), colorant, water phase raw material (including caprylyl glycine), and antiseptic (see Table 1 for details). The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing an emulsifier in the formula with a grease raw material in a formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, then adding a powder raw material and a colorant in a formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and heating to 60 ℃ to obtain a first mixture;
2) uniformly stirring the water phase raw materials according to the formula ratio, heating to 60 ℃, adding the heated water phase raw materials into the first mixture while stirring, emulsifying, and homogenizing for 3min to obtain a second mixture;
3) cooling the second mixture to 35 deg.C, adding antiseptic, and stirring.
Comparative examples 1 to 3
Comparative examples 1-3 differ from examples 1-3 in that: caprylyl glycine is not included in the formula, and the contents of chinlon-12, polymethylsilsesquioxane and silica/triethoxy octyl silane are different. The specific formulation is detailed in table 1.

the oil raw materials comprise cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite and propylene carbonate, and the mixing proportion is that the cyclopentadimethylsiloxane: disteardimonium hectorite: propylene carbonate = (50-80%): (10-30%): (5-15%);
the mixing proportion of the cyclopentasiloxane, the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer in the oil raw material is that the cyclopentasiloxane: dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer = (40-80%): (20-60%);
the mixing proportion of the xylitol-based glucoside, the dehydrated xylitol and the xylitol in the water-phase raw materials is as follows: dehydrated xylitol: xylitol = (40-60%): (25-30%): (2-20%);
the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, ethylparaben, ethylhexyl glycerol and propylene glycol according to the mixing proportion of phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, ethylparaben, ethylhexyl glycerol and propylene glycol = (47-53%): (13.5-16.5%): (9-11%): (9-11%): (8.5-21.5%).
Effect evaluation and Performance detection
The foundation liquids obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used for cosmetic effect test and oil control effect test, respectively. Wherein, the oil control test is carried out by adopting an MC7 skin tester. The test results are shown in table 2 below.

From table 2 above, example 2 is the best embodiment. It can be seen from the comparative examples that the higher the proportion of the oil-absorbing powder is, the better the proportion of the oil-absorbing powder is, and although the high proportion of the oil-absorbing powder can exert a good oil-controlling effect, the actual cosmetic effect is deteriorated. It can be seen from the examples that capryloyl glycine really plays a role in controlling sebum secretion, and can help the oil-absorbing powder to further improve the oil-controlling effect.

the grease raw materials consist of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, cyclomethicone, disteardimonium hectorite, cyclohexasiloxane, propylene carbonate, dimethicone, isododecane, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer;
the powder raw materials comprise an oil control powder composition and titanium dioxide; the oil control powder composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: polyamide-125.8%; polymethylsilsesquioxane 3.8%; silica/triethoxyoctylsilane 2%; the colorant is composed of iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black;
the water phase raw materials comprise water, butanediol, sodium chloride, caprylyl glycine, triethanolamine, xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, xylitol and glycerol, wherein the weight percentage of the caprylyl glycine in the foundation liquid is 0.5%.
2. The oil-control long-lasting foundation of claim 1, wherein said preservatives comprise phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, ethylhexylglycerin, and propylene glycol.
3. A method of preparing the oil-control long-lasting liquid foundation of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing an emulsifier in the formula with a grease raw material in a formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, then adding a powder raw material and a colorant in the formula amount, stirring and homogenizing until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and heating to obtain a first mixture;
2) uniformly stirring the water phase raw materials according to the formula ratio, heating, adding the heated water phase raw materials into the first mixture while stirring, emulsifying, and homogenizing to obtain a second mixture;
3) and cooling the second mixture, adding the preservative in the formula, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition.
4. The method for preparing the oil-control long-lasting liquid foundation according to claim 3, wherein in the step 1), the temperature is raised to 55-65 ℃;
in the step 2), heating to 55-65 ℃; homogenizing for 2-4min after emulsification;
