Description

The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified base makeup cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified base make-up cosmetic composition that has an excellent make-up finish and has a transparent feel, a moist feel without stickiness, and excellent stability.

Underlying cosmetics generally improve the skin finish of the liquid-cream-like foundation (so-called liquid type foundation) by making the skin paste and spreading easier, and making the liquid foundation easier to apply to the skin. Furthermore, it is widely used as a “pre-make” means for improving the makeup life (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The cosmetic finish is finished by overlaying a cosmetic mainly comprising a powder component (for example, a powder solid foundation (powder type, cake type, etc.) containing a small amount of oil in the powder). In this case, when a makeup base material or liquid type foundation is given a moist feel, the powder components such as layered fondness and powdered solid foundation do not adhere thinly and evenly, resulting in thickening or unevenness. There is a tendency to lose the transparency of the finish. Therefore, the development of a base makeup cosmetic that solves these problems has been demanded.

Base cosmetics have strong hiding power against wrinkles, acne scars, pores and the like with aging, and those that can be applied thickly are required by consumers (for example, see Patent Document 2), while uniforms that require a transparent feeling and a feeling of bare skin There are many customers who want to be thin. In the base cosmetics for the latter consumer, a method of reducing the blending amount of the surfactant and the dispersant is a method for producing a transparent feeling due to uniform thinning. Moreover, in any type of base cosmetic, a sticky tendency is observed when a moist feeling is required, and a method of reducing the blending amount of a surfactant or a dispersant is mentioned in order to improve the sticky feeling.

However, reducing the blending amount of the surfactant and the dispersant may decrease the emulsion stability and the powder dispersibility. Therefore, a thickener is blended in order to improve the emulsion stability and dispersibility. As this thickener, an amphiphilic polymer (associative thickener) is known (see, for example, Patent Document 3). The amphiphilic polymer (= hydrophobic modified polyether urethane) shown in Patent Document 3 is usually used in an oil-in-water emulsification system as described in [0008] of Patent Document 3 and the like. There is no known formulation in water-based emulsification systems.

In particular, recent base makeup cosmetics tend to contain fine particle powder such as titanium dioxide, which is an ultraviolet scattering agent, in order to protect the skin from ultraviolet rays. When blending such fine particle powder, more surfactant is required for powder dispersibility, emulsification stability, etc., and it is difficult to reduce the blending amount of surfactant, and improving stickiness was difficult.

Although Patent Document 4 describes an example in which a water-soluble polymer is blended in a water-in-oil emulsification system, stickiness and transparency have not been sufficiently obtained.

R 5 represents a straight chain, branched chain or secondary hydrocarbon group. Preferably, it is an alkyl group having 8 to 36 carbon atoms.
m is a number of 2 or more.
h is a number of 1 or more.
k and n are each independently a number of 0 to 1000.

The hydrophobically modified polyether urethane represented by the above formula (I) is, for example, R 1 -[(O—R 2 ) k —OH] m (where R 1 , R 2 , k, m are defined above). And one or more polyether polyols represented by: and R 3- (NCO) h + 1 (wherein R 3 and h are as defined above) or One or more polyisocyanates represented by two or more polyisocyanates and HO— (R 4 —O) n —R 5 (where R 4 , R 5 , and n are as defined above). A preferred example is a method obtained by reacting with an ether monoalcohol.

The charge ratio of the above three members is not particularly limited, but the ratio of the hydroxyl group derived from polyether polyol and polyether monoalcohol to the isocyanate group derived from polyisocyanate is NCO / OH = 0.8: 1 to 1. .4: 1 is preferred.

The component (c) is usually blended in an oil-in-water emulsified system as described in Patent Document 3, but in the present invention, particularly in combination with the component (d) as described later. By doing so, it was successfully incorporated into a water-in-oil emulsification system. In the present invention, a commercially available product may be used as the component (c). Examples of commercially available products include “Adecanol GT-700” (manufactured by Asahi Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd.), which is a (PEG-240 / decyltetradeceth-20 / HDI) copolymer.

The blending amount of the component (c) is preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 0.7% by mass, and particularly preferably 0.2 to 0.5% by mass in the total amount of the cosmetic of the present invention. %. If it is less than 0.01% by mass or exceeds 1% by mass, it is difficult to obtain stability (dispersibility, emulsion stability).

The (d) component silicone surfactant acts as an emulsifier, and preferably has an HLB of 7 or less. In the present invention, when a low boiling point silicone oil is used as the component (a), it is particularly preferable to add the component (d).

(IV)   As the component (d), in particular, the following formula (IV)

Figure 0005484710
Figure 0005484710

(Wherein R 6 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; r represents an average number of 1 to 150; u represents an average number of 1 to 50; (Represents a number from 0 to 35 on average)
A polyether-modified silicone surfactant represented by the formula is preferably used. Examples of the polyether-modified silicone surfactant include “Silicone SC9450N”, “Silicone SC0938B”, “Silicone SC0928SL”, “Silicone SC1014M” (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) and “Silicone SH-3771” (Toray Dow). Corning) etc. (D) 1 type (s) or 2 or more types can be used for a component.

(D) When mix | blending a component, the compounding quantity is 0.1-4 mass% in this invention cosmetics whole quantity, Preferably it is 1-4 mass%, More preferably, it is 2-3 mass%. . If it is less than 0.1% by mass, it is difficult to obtain sufficient stability over time, such as a decrease in viscosity over time due to poor emulsification. On the other hand, if it exceeds 4% by mass, stability over time cannot be obtained, and the interface Occurrence of color stripes due to excessive activator, and powder components such as layered white powder and powdered solid foundation do not attach thinly and uniformly, tend to become thick or uneven, and lose the transparency of the finish Seen. In addition, the component (c) that is usually blended in the oil-in-water emulsification system is phase-inverted when blended in the water-in-oil emulsification system. In particular, the component (c) is combined with the component (d). By blending in the range of the above blending amount, it is blended in the inner phase (water phase) without phase inversion, improving the emulsification stability of the water-in-oil emulsification, and reducing the feeling of stickiness. Obtained.

In the present invention, if desired, an ester of (e) mono and / or sesquiisostearic acid and a polyhydric alcohol having four hydroxyl groups may be further blended in a proportion of 3% by mass or less. The aspect which does not mix | blend (e) component is also contained. Specific examples of the component (e) include sorbitan monoisostearate, sorbitan sesquiisostearate, diglycerin monoisostearate, diglycerin sesquiisostearate, and the like. Of these, sorbitan sesquiisostearate is preferably used. Examples of commercially available products include “Esthemol 182V” (manufactured by Nisshin Oilio Group), “Emalex SPIS-150” (manufactured by Nippon Emulsion Co., Ltd.), and the like. (E) 1 type (s) or 2 or more types can be used for a component.

(E) When mix | blending a component, it is preferable to mix | blend with the compounding ratio of 3 mass% or less in this invention cosmetics whole quantity. More preferably, it is 0.1-3 mass%, More preferably, it is 0.5-3 mass%, Most preferably, it is 0.8-1.5 mass%. When the component (e) exceeds 3% by mass, the stickiness, the powdery foundation and the overlying layer are thickened and uneven, and a transparent finish cannot be obtained.

In the present invention, in order to further improve the feeling of use (moist feeling of use without stickiness) and the finish with transparency, the total amount of the components (d) and (e) is suppressed to less than 5% by mass. Is more preferable, and it is more preferable to suppress the content to 3.5% by mass or less.

The water-in-oil emulsified base makeup cosmetic of the present invention comprises the above components (a) to (c) as essential components, further blends component (d), and may blend component (e) as desired. By adopting, the makeup finish is excellent in transparency and has a moist feel without stickiness and excellent stability. In particular, when a fine particle powder such as titanium dioxide is blended as a powder, such a fine particle powder has a larger specific surface area than other powders, and thus it is difficult to maintain the stability of the system. It is necessary in large quantities. In the present invention, the above-described configuration makes it possible to maintain stability even when the amount of the surfactant and the dispersant is suppressed to a small amount.

The water-in-oil emulsified base makeup cosmetic of the present invention can be prepared by a conventional method, and the emulsification method is not particularly limited. For example, the aqueous phase (inner phase) and the oil phase (outer phase) are each heated to about 70 ° C., the heated aqueous phase is gradually added to the oil phase, emulsified with an emulsifier, and then brought to room temperature. Although the method of standing to cool is mentioned, it is not limited to this. Usually, the oil phase (outer phase) is preferably 20 to 80% by mass, more preferably 30 to 60% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic.

The base makeup cosmetic according to the present invention is a water-in-oil emulsified base cosmetic or a liquid type foundation.
