Abstract

According to the invention, the medium-chain triglyceride MCT is used for wrapping the rhamnosus bacterium HN001, so that the rhamnosus bacterium HN001 can be protected from being killed by gastric juice, the rhamnosus bacterium HN001 can smoothly pass through the gastric juice to reach an intestinal tract, the survival rate and the colonization rate of the rhamnosus bacterium HN001 in the intestinal tract can be improved, the intestinal tract flora can be regulated, diarrhea can be prevented and treated, toxin can be eliminated, dental caries can be prevented, the immunity of an organism can be improved, and the physiological health care functions of resisting cancer can be realized.

3) filling: transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step 2) to a filling machine for filling to obtain a finished product of the rhamnose bacillus drink.
Preferably, the rotating speed of the stirrer in the step 2) is 60-70 r/min.

Example 3
The rhamnose bacillus drinking liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7.935 parts of rhamnose bacillus HN001 powder and 667.065 parts of medium chain triglyceride MCT, wherein the medium chain triglyceride MCT is extracted from palm kernel oil or coconut oil.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
