The invention also provides a preparation method of the substitutional tea for improving sub-health, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing: weighing the raw materials, mixing, and crushing to obtain a mixture;
(2) primary extraction: adding 55-80% of the mixture into water, leaching at 65-85 deg.C for 2-3 times under the action of ultrasound, mixing the water solutions, and retaining the residue;
(3) secondary extraction: adding the filter residue obtained in the step (2) into ethanol, leaching for 2-3 times at 60-75 ℃ under the action of ultrasound, combining ethanol solutions obtained after filtration and separation, and removing the filter residue;
(4) mixing the aqueous solution in the step (2) with the ethanol solution in the step (3), concentrating into a clear paste, uniformly mixing with the mixture accounting for 20-45% of the total amount in the step (1), granulating, and spray-drying to obtain a preformed product;
(5) and (4) sterilizing the pre-formed product in the step (4) and packaging to obtain the product.
Preferably, the leaching time in the step (2) is 3 to 5 hours; the ultrasonic power is 400-550W.
Preferably, the leaching time in the step (3) is 2 to 3.5 hours; the ultrasonic power is 400-550W.
Preferably, the concentration in step (4) is evaporation concentration by heating at 28-37 ℃.

25-33 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of hawthorn, 8-17 parts of semen cassiae, 10-15 parts of dried orange peel, 18-26 parts of Chinese yam, 6-12 parts of tremella, 6-11 parts of red dates, 20-25 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 2-5 parts of lotus plumule, 2-5 parts of semen coicis, 6-9 parts of longan and 1-3 parts of liquorice.
2. The substitutional tea for improving sub-health according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 12 parts of hawthorn, 9 parts of semen cassiae, 13 parts of dried orange peel, 22 parts of Chinese yam, 11 parts of tremella, 9 parts of red date, 23 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3 parts of lotus plumule, 3 parts of semen coicis, 7 parts of longan and 2 parts of liquorice.
3. The method for preparing the substitutional tea for improving sub-health according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) crushing: weighing the raw materials of claim 1 or 2, mixing, and pulverizing to obtain a mixture;
(2) primary extraction: adding 55-80% of the mixture into water, leaching at 65-85 deg.C for 2-3 times under the action of ultrasound, mixing the water solutions, and retaining the residue;
(3) secondary extraction: adding the filter residue obtained in the step (2) into ethanol, leaching for 2-3 times at 60-75 ℃ under the action of ultrasound, combining ethanol solutions obtained after filtration and separation, and removing the filter residue;
(4) mixing the aqueous solution in the step (2) with the ethanol solution in the step (3), concentrating into a clear paste, uniformly mixing with the mixture accounting for 20-45% of the total amount in the step (1), granulating, and spray-drying to obtain a preformed product;
(5) and sterilizing the preformed product and packaging to obtain the product.
