Description

Haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food. More specifically, the invention relates to a haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea.
Background
In recent years, the rapid development of the industry in China causes serious air pollution caused by exhaust emission, tail gas emission of various vehicles and the like. Extreme haze weather appears in northern areas of China continuously for many years, inhalable particles in the air are increased, organic pollutants are mainly used, and the typical symptoms of respiratory tract discomfort caused by the haze weather are cough accompanied by symptoms of dry and itching throat, pharyngalgia, dyspnea, asthma and the like. Cough is a protective respiratory reflex action of a human body for removing secretions or foreign matters in respiratory tracts, but cough can cause roughness of mucosal surfaces of the posterior pharyngeal wall, and transparent white bubbles appear in severe cases, and chronic pharyngitis is gradually changed into tuberculosis in untimely treatment. Therefore, the research and development of the medicine aiming at preventing and treating the pharyngeal discomfort, cough and other related diseases caused by the haze weather have important significance.

The invention aims to provide the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea and the preparation method thereof, wherein the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea is simple in formula, free of toxic and side effects and remarkable in effect.
To achieve the objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a haze preventing lung heat clearing and cough relieving tea made of fenugreek seeds, hyssop leaves, thyme leaves, mullein leaves, and licorice.
Wherein, fenugreek seeds: bitter in property and warm in nature, entering liver and kidney meridians. The main effects are dispelling cold and dampness, warming kidney yang. Achyranthes bidentata leaf: sweet, slightly bitter, slightly sour and cold in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Purging fire, removing toxic substance, inducing diuresis and treating stranguria. Can be used for treating traumatic injury, rheumatic arthralgia, dysentery, diphtheria, sore throat, and edema. Hyssop is very effective against respiratory discomfort and viral infections such as cold, cough, sore throat, influenza, bronchitis and asthma. Hyssop can help to clear away lung-heat, relieve tightness of chest, make mucus flow smoothly and relieve bronchospasm. Thyme leaf: has pungent and warm nature and taste, and has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving cough, invigorating spleen, activating qi-flowing, promoting diuresis and treating stranguria. Can be used for treating common cold, headache, cough, and pertussis. Leaves of mullein: bitter and cold in nature and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials. Licorice root: neutral in nature and taste, enter heart, lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in invigorating spleen, invigorating qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, relieving spasm, relieving pain, and harmonizing.

Experimental example 1 experiment for treating cough caused by ammonia water in mice
Sample pretreatment: the cough relieving tea samples prepared in examples 2 and 5 and comparative examples 1-5 were respectively soaked in 900ml of boiling water, after stirring well, extracted at room temperature for 30min, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated to 30ml by a rotary evaporator, which is equivalent to 0.27g crude drug/ml, for use.
The method comprises the steps of putting SPF-level Kunming mice with the weight of 28-30g provided by Beijing experimental animal research center into 1000ml big beakers respectively, covering, introducing 20% concentrated ammonia water atomizing gas by using an ultrasonic sprayer, stopping after 15s, observing and recording the cough frequency of the mice within 1min, and taking the mice with the cough frequency of 3-6 times as primary-screening qualified mice. Selecting 80 primary-screened qualified mice, randomly dividing the mice into 8 groups, 1 group of the model group and 7 groups of the experimental group, and 10 mice in each group, wherein the model group is perfused with normal saline at 4ml/kg every time, the experimental group is perfused with the same amount of the concentrated solution prepared by pretreatment of the samples at each time, the concentrated solution is continuously perfused with stomach for 2 days, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, fasting is not prohibited for 12 hours before the administration at the morning on the 3 rd day, after the administration for 1 hour, cough is induced according to the primary screen, the cough latency and the cough frequency within 2min are observed and recorded, and the cough inhibition rate ((the cough frequency of the model group-the cough frequency of the experimental group)/the cough frequency of the model group) is calculated. The results of the experiments are shown in the following table.
Group of Cough latency/s Number of coughs Cough suppression rate/%)
Model set 11.5±3.8 40.3±4.9 -
Experimental group 1 (example 2) 42.1±5.2 23.8±4.1 40.94
Experimental group 2 (example 5) 54.8±5.5 18.5±4.0 54.09
Experimental group 3 (comparative example 1) 25.4±4.3 32.4±5.3 19.6
Experimental group 4 (comparative example 2) 22.2±4.1 29.8±5.0 26.05
Experimental group 5 (comparative example 3) 37.0±5.0 28.1±4.8 30.27
Experimental group 6 (comparative example 4) 39.9±6.2 22.2±4.3 44.9
Experimental group 7 (comparative example 5) 42.5±5.6 21.6±4.1 46.40
As can be seen from the above table, compared with the model group, the cough latency of the experimental group is significantly prolonged, and the cough frequency is significantly reduced; compared with the experimental group 1, the cough incubation periods of the experimental group 3, the experimental group 4 and the experimental group 5 are obviously shortened, and the cough times are obviously increased, which shows that the composition and the proportion of the components in the formula have obvious influence on the drug effect of the formula; compared with the experimental group 2, the cough incubation period of the experimental group 6 and the experimental group 7 is obviously shortened, and the cough frequency is obviously increased, which shows that the adoption of the mode of direct steam explosion treatment after freezing during preparation is favorable for retaining the effective components in the formula, and simultaneously, the dissolution rate of the effective components is improved, and the drug effect is enhanced.
Experimental example 2 clinical efficacy experiment
Selecting 100 sanitation workers with symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort and dry cough for outdoor operation in the high haze stage in winter, wherein the sanitation workers are aged 40-50 years and randomly divided into two groups, wherein each group contains 50 people, the experimental group drinks the haze-preventing, lung-heat-clearing and cough-relieving tea prepared in the embodiment 5 of the invention, the tea is bagged with 100 ℃ boiled water for 2-3 times in the morning and evening, 300ml of water is added for each time, the tea is continuously taken for 7 days, the control group only takes warm water, and the taking mode is the same as that of the experimental group. The curative effect standard is as follows: the obvious improvement: the subjective feeling of the subject with symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort and dry cough is obviously improved, and the discomfort is basically eliminated; and (3) alleviating: the pharyngeal discomfort and the dry cough symptoms are relieved or partially eliminated voluntarily by the subject; and (4) invalidation: the subjects with symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort and dry cough have no obvious improvement. The results of the experiments are shown in the following table.
The above table shows that the curative effect of the experimental group is obviously improved along with the prolonging of the medicine taking time, and the total effective rate can reach 96% after the medicine is continuously taken for 7 days, so that the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing and cough-relieving tea prepared by the invention has the advantages of good prevention and treatment of pharyngeal discomfort and dry cough caused by haze, and obvious curative effect.
