一种杀蟑螂凝胶耳剂及其制备方法。本发明属于杀虫剂技术领域。本发明要解决杀蟑胶饵状态易发生变化且盗食率明显偏低的技术问题。本发明方法:一、依次将硅酸钠、醋酸、硅酮、碳酸钙加入占去离子水总质量80%的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,然后抽真空,得到凝胶基质;二、将吡虫啉和氟虫腈研细后加入剩余去离子水中,然后加入步骤一获得的凝胶基质中,再加入扩散剂,搅拌均匀;步骤三、加入引诱剂,搅拌均匀,再加入白糖、蜂蜜、牛奶和黄油,充分混匀,然后加防腐剂与抗菌剂,充分混匀。本发明杀蟑螂饵剂的保湿性好,稳定性高。

一种杀蟑螂凝胶耳剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明属于杀虫剂技术领域,尤其是一种杀灭蟑螂的饵剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蟑螂是典型的卫生害虫之一,其排泄物和蜕皮会污染储存、转运和加工场所的食品。蟑螂能携带许多病原体,已证实人接触后有可能产生一些疾病,如腹泻、痢疾、霍乱、麻风病、鼠疫、伤寒症以及脊髓灰质炎之类的病毒性疾病。此外,蟑螂还能携带寄生虫卵,引起过敏反应。蟑螂的普遍存在严重影响人类的正常生产和生活。
目前,随着生活水平的提高,对环境质量要求越来越高,蟑螂的防治也越来越受到重视,蟑螂的防治是卫生害虫防治的重要目标。目前化学防治仍是重要手段,早期常用杀蟑产品主要有的杀蟑气雾剂、喷射剂、烟片、蟑香等以菊酯类为有效成分的剂型,在防治蟑螂同时可能引起室内化学农药污染。近年来,国内外杀虫公司又推出了许多新型灭蟑螂剂型,其中包括杀蟑饵块、杀蟑胶饵、方便贴、糊剂和颗粒剂等,这些剂型共同特点是有效成分与蟑螂诱食剂混合,利用蟑螂主动取食行为定点施药,效率高、对环境影响小,逐渐成为蟑螂防治的主要手段。
蟑螂的主动觅食是杀蟑胶饵起效的前提,这就要求诱食性好的剂型,因此对剂型的设计提出了特别的要求。根据文献报道,目前与蟑螂直接相关的杀蟑胶饵处方有多种,但部分杀蟑胶饵的杀虫有效成分是硼酸、天然除虫菊素、拟除虫菊酯类。由于这类杀虫剂对蟑螂具有驱赶作用,以及长时间使用会产生抗药性,因此,不能长期作为胃毒饵剂的有效成分。而杀蟑胶饵使用的诱食剂大部分是人们日常食用的食物,包括蜜糖、红糖、花生油、奶油、玉米粉、面粉等。蜜糖、红糖、花生油、奶油等诱食成分在空气中易氧化变质,散发不愉快气味,玉米粉、面粉等成分粘性大,水分挥发后发干,影响膏体质量。上述材料制成的杀蟑胶饵,放置一段时间后,状态易发生变化,往往傍有流淌、发硬、风干、变臭等现象,并且盗食率明显偏低。因此,有必要研发保湿性好,稳定性高的杀蟑胶饵产品。
发明内容:
为解决上述背景技术中提及的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种杀灭蟑螂的饵剂及其制备方法。
本发明中一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂按重量份数由下述原料制成:吡虫啉2.0份~2.5份、氟虫腈0.02份~0.08份、白糖8份~12份、蜂蜜8份~12份、牛奶8份~12份、黄油20份~25份、防腐剂4份~6份、扩散剂8份~12份、硅酸钠8份~12份、醋酸15份~20份、硅酮20份~25份、抗菌剂5份~10份、碳酸钙10份~15份、引诱剂26份~28份和去离子水50份~60份。
所述防腐剂可选苯甲酸钠或山梨酸钾。
所述抗菌剂可为月桂酸单甘油酯。
所述扩散剂可为扩散剂CNF、扩散剂NNO、扩散剂MF中的一种。
所述引诱剂选取蟑螂蛋白、动物蛋白粉或炒黄豆粉。
本发明中杀蟑螂凝胶耳剂的其制备方法如下:
步骤一、依次将硅酸钠、醋酸、硅酮、碳酸钙加入占去离子水总质量80%的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,然后抽真空,得到凝胶基质;
步骤二、将吡虫啉和氟虫腈研细后加入剩余去离子水中,然后加入步骤一获得的凝胶基质中,再加入扩散剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤三、然后加入引诱剂,搅拌均匀,再加入白糖、蜂蜜、牛奶和黄油,充分混匀,然后加防腐剂与抗菌剂,充分混匀,得到杀蟑螂饵剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的配方中还含有蟑螂非常喜欢取食的糖类物质和引诱剂,对蟑螂具有非常大的引诱作用,对蟑螂取食的适口性非常好,蟑螂非常喜欢取食。
本发明杀蟑螂饵剂毒性较小,蟑螂食用之后不会立即死亡,会携带部分蟑螂药离开,将药带到蟑螂更多的地方,形成传播链,能够杀死更多的蟑螂;放置该蟑螂药一次,两周后可杀灭所有蟑螂,效果显著。本发明一次施药,灭蟑效果可以稳定维持六个月以上,极大的提升了饵剂对蟑螂的杀灭效果,有效的延缓了蟑螂抗性的产生。
本发明杀蟑螂饵剂的保湿性好,稳定性高。
本发明所述的杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂是呈凝胶状。
本发明产品具有很好的粘附性能与锁水性能,甚至可以直接粘附光滑的物体表面而不会脱落,在厨房等靠近火灶高温的地方点布施用后凝胶表面很快凝固,阻止水分的进一步挥发,但凝胶内部可以始终保持湿润状态长达3~6个月之久,在厨房的下水道等高湿度地方点布后也不会因为外界环境湿度过大而吸水变稀导致粘附性能下降,点布一到两个小时以后,即使直接用水流冲洗也不会被水流冲走。
本发明产品具有类似牙膏的流动性能和触变性能,既可以装在针管状容器中在不同区域点施,也可以直接集中涂布。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:本实施例中杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂按重量份数由下述原料制成:吡虫啉2.1份、氟虫腈0.05份、白糖10份、蜂蜜10份、牛奶10份、黄油25份、防腐剂山梨酸钾5份、扩散剂NNO10份、硅酸钠12份、醋酸17份、硅酮25份、抗菌剂月桂酸单甘油酯5份、碳酸钙15份、引诱剂炒黄豆粉27.85份和去离子水55份;其制备方法如下:
步骤一、依次将硅酸钠、醋酸、硅酮、碳酸钙加入占去离子水总质量80%的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,然后抽真空,得到凝胶基质;
步骤二、将吡虫啉和氟虫腈研细后加入剩余去离子水中,然后加入步骤一获得的凝胶基质中,再加入扩散剂NNO,搅拌均匀;
步骤三、然后加入引诱剂,搅拌均匀,再加入白糖、蜂蜜、牛奶和黄油,充分混匀,然后加防腐剂与抗菌剂,充分混匀,得到杀蟑螂饵剂。
实施例2:本实施例与实施例1不同在于引诱剂为蟑螂蛋白,是活体蟑螂绞碎得到的。其他步骤和参数均与实施例1相同。
本实施方式方法刚配制出来胶饵剂样品色泽明亮,呈乳白色,有芳香气味,具有良好的流变性,在平面和垂直面上施用后未出现流淌现象。将胶饵剂在不吸水的平水的平皿内,于自然环境中暴露存放90d,水分保持在17%左右。
将本实施例的胶饵剂密封后,置于(54±2)℃隔水式恒温箱内热贮2周,其有效成分的平均分解率不超过1.0%,表明本实施例的胶饵剂具有良好的热贮稳定性。
热贮2周,本实施例的胶饵剂不融化,不分层,流变性、延展性、粘性没有发生明显改变,气味芳香,色泽光亮,颜色略微变黄。本实施例的胶饵剂在自然环境中分别暴露存放30d、60d和90d,其色泽略变暗淡,颜色微黄,凝结成块状,不液化,不流动,不风干,气味芳香,无发霉变质现象。
本实施例的杀蟑螂饵剂具有较好的外形性胶和保水性能以及良好的化学和物理稳定性。德国小镰对胶饵剂具有良好的接受性,蟑螂取食频繁,取食量较多,有助于提高击倒速度和杀灭率,可以取得较好的防治效果。本实施例的药剂在施药后的持效时间可达30~60d,本实施例胶饵剂在施药后的2个月内无需更换新药物。但在现场施用过程中,应根据嶂螂侵害程度、施药密度及施药量,确定补充药物时间,一般在1个月左右补充一次药物,可获得较好的防治效果。

1.一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂,其特征在于所述的杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂按重量份数由下述原料制成:吡虫啉2.0份~2.5份、氟虫腈0.02份~0.08份、白糖8份~12份、蜂蜜8份~12份、牛奶8份~12份、黄油20份~25份、防腐剂4份~6份、扩散剂8份~12份、硅酸钠8份~12份、醋酸15份~20份、硅酮20份~25份、抗菌剂5份~10份、碳酸钙10份~15份、引诱剂26份~28份和去离子水50份~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂,其特征在于所述的杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂按重量份数由下述原料制成:吡虫啉2.1份、氟虫腈0.05份、白糖10份、蜂蜜10份、牛奶10份、黄油25份、防腐剂5份、扩散剂10份、硅酸钠12份、醋酸17份、硅酮25份、抗菌剂5份、碳酸钙15份、引诱剂27.85份和去离子水55份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂,其特征在于所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠或山梨酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂,其特征在于所述抗菌剂为月桂酸单甘油酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种杀蟑螂凝胶饵剂,其特征在于所述扩散剂为扩散剂CNF、扩散剂NNO、扩散剂MF中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀蟑螂凝胶耳剂,其特征在于:所述引诱剂为蟑螂蛋白、动物蛋白粉或炒黄豆粉。
7.如权利要求1所述的杀蟑螂凝胶耳剂的其制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法如下:
步骤一、依次将硅酸钠、醋酸、硅酮、碳酸钙加入占去离子水总质量80%的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,然后抽真空,得到凝胶基质;
步骤二、将吡虫啉和氟虫腈研细后加入剩余去离子水中,然后加入步骤一获得的凝胶基质中,再加入扩散剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤三、然后加入引诱剂,搅拌均匀,再加入白糖、蜂蜜、牛奶和黄油,充分混匀,然后加防腐剂与抗菌剂,充分混匀,得到杀蟑螂饵剂。
