The water inlet end of the diaphragm pump leads out the liquid medicine from the medicine box 103 through a common water pipe, the water outlet end of the diaphragm pump is connected with the spiral hose 107, the liquid medicine is conveyed to the spray rod 110 through the spiral hose 107 and then is sprayed out through the spray head arranged on the spray rod 110, and the electromagnetic valve controls the opening and closing of the spray head.
The control system adopts a single chip microcomputer as a controller, the line changing operation is carried out by controlling the forward and backward movement of the trolley 101, the electric push rod 104 is controlled to extend and retract, the sleeve box provided with the telescopic mechanism 105 is put down, the forward and backward rotation of the winch is controlled to extend and retract the telescopic mechanism 105, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled to realize the start and stop of the spraying operation.
As shown in fig. 3: the driving mode of the telescopic mechanism 105 is pulley and rope matching, and the smoothness of the telescopic process is improved, so that the operation effect is improved. And the rope pulley has low matching cost and high reliability. The number of segments of the telescoping mechanism 105 can be determined by the width of the greenhouse, and if the number of segments is too large, the strength problem can be solved by the support structure 108. Supporting structures 108 are arranged on two sides of the first telescopic section, the top end of each supporting structure 108 is hinged to the tail end of the first telescopic section, a sliding groove is formed in the middle of each supporting structure 108, a fixing pin is arranged at the front end of the second telescopic section, and the fixing pin slides in the sliding groove; wheels are mounted to the bottom of the support structure 108. The support structure 108 is retractable as the telescopic structure 105 is retracted and lowered as the telescopic mechanism 105 is extended, and wheels 109 are mounted at the bottom for movement with the telescopic mechanism 105.
Fig. 4 and 5 show an embodiment 2 of the greenhouse sprayer with telescopic mechanisms, which comprises a mobile platform, a spraying system and a control system; the mobile platform comprises a trolley 101, a telescopic rail 202 and a spraying vehicle 201; a turnover telescopic rail 202 is arranged on the trolley 101, and the telescopic rail 202 is turned over through the electric push rod 104; the spraying vehicle 201 is arranged on the trolley 101, and the spraying vehicle 201 can move in the telescopic track 202; the telescopic rail 202 is telescopic through a hub motor 203; the spraying vehicle 201 is provided with a spraying rod 110, the spraying rod 110 is provided with a plurality of spray heads, and the spraying system is connected with the spray heads and used for enabling the spray heads to spray medicine.
The control system is used for controlling the trolley 101, the electric push rod 104, the spraying vehicle 201, the hub motor 203 and the spraying system.
