本发明涉及一种片切式抛光打磨器及生产方法,属于牙科产品技术领域。
背景技术
目前,利用超声波焊接机的原理的焊接方法有:熔接法、柳焊法、埋植、点焊等等。其中,熔接法指的是高频率振动下的焊接头在适当压力作用下会使得两物体接合面摩擦生热而熔融接合;柳焊法指的是振动的焊头压制物品的突起处使其热熔为铆钉状,从而使两物体机械铆合;埋植指的是焊头在压力下将金属零件挤入塑料孔内并将其固定在一定的深度,就像将其埋下去并固定好种植一样;点焊指的是对于焊线不易设计的物体进行分点焊接,同样可达到熔接效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,从而提供一种片切式抛光打磨器及生产方法。
本发明其原理是利用纵波的波峰位传递振幅到塑料件的缝隙,在加压的情况下,使两个塑料件或其它件与塑料件接触位的分子相互撞击产生融化,使接触位塑料熔合,达到加工目的。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现,包括手持本体和抛光打磨条,所述的手持本体为U形结构,抛光打磨条的两端设置在手持本体的凹陷处;
所述手持本体为U形结构为两块半体拼接结构,抛光打磨条固定设置在两块半体之间,两块半体采用超声波焊接。
两块半体中的任一半体设置矩形的凹槽,凹槽设置于U柄远端,抛光打磨条的两端分别置于左右两侧U柄处的凹槽中;相应地另一半体在凹槽处对应地设置压板,将抛光打磨条固定在凹槽中。
所述抛光打磨条两端头各有一处通孔,相应地凹槽中设置用于焊接的锥台;通孔固定在锥台上。
两块半体采用卯榫配合,其中的任一半体设置凸台,相应地另一半体设置凹孔;凸台与凹孔在两侧U柄及半体中部各设一处。
凹槽的两侧分别设置一根用于焊接的三角条,两块半体从凸台向两侧的凹孔处各设置一根用于焊接的L型三角条。
片切式抛光打磨器生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将抛光打磨条设置在两块半体之间,扣合手持本体,置于超声波焊接机的夹具上;
步骤2、超声波焊接机的信号发生器发出频率的信号,换能器转换为电能产生高频机械振动作用于手持本体上,超声波焊接机采用功率800w,产生振动频率0Khz,振幅-A;
步骤3、振动产生的摩擦使得半体表面的锥台、三角条、L型三角条温度升高,温度高于熔点时便发生熔化,熔化后的锥台、三角条、L型三角条将接口间间隙填充完整,焊接时间为0.秒;
步骤4、机械振动停止,物体在静压力KG作用下冷却成形,冷却时间为0.秒,完成焊接。
本发明的有益效果在于,焊件不熔化,焊接温度较低,变形小,氧化膜涂层对焊接影响小,耗电功率小,操作简洁、速度快,效率高。

两块半体21采用卯榫配合,其中的任一半体设置凸台212,相应地另一半体设置凹孔213;凸台212与凹孔213在两侧U柄及半体中部各设一处。
凹槽211的两侧分别设置一根用于焊接的三角条214,两块半体21从凸台212向两侧的凹孔213处各设置一根用于焊接的L型三角条215。
片切式抛光打磨器生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将抛光打磨条1设置在两块半体21之间,扣合手持本体2,置于超声波焊接机的夹具上;
步骤2、超声波焊接机的信号发生器发出频率的信号,换能器转换为电能产生高频机械振动作用于手持本体2上,超声波焊接机采用功率1800w,产生振动频率20Khz,振幅2-3A;
步骤3、振动产生的摩擦使得半体表面的锥台2111、三角条214、L型三角条215温度升高,温度高于熔点时便发生熔化,熔化后的锥台2111、三角条214、L型三角条215将接口间间隙填充完整,焊接时间为0.3秒;
步骤4、机械振动停止,物体在静压力3KG作用下冷却成形,冷却时间为0.2秒,完成焊接。
超声波作用于热塑性的塑料接触面时,会产生每秒几万次的高频振动,这种达到一定振幅的高频振动,通过上焊件把超声能量传送到焊区,由于焊区即两个焊接的交界面处声阻大,因此会产生局部高温。又由于塑料导热性差,一时还不能及时散发,聚集在焊区,致使两个塑料的接触面迅速熔化,加上一定压力后,使其融合成一体。当超声波停止作用后,让压力持续几秒钟,使其凝固成型,这样就形成一个坚固的分子链,达到焊接的目的,焊接强度能接近于原材料强度。超声波塑料焊接的好坏取决于换能器焊头的振幅,所加压力及焊接时间等三个因素,焊接时间和焊头压力是可以调节的,振幅由换能器和变幅决定。这三个量相互作用有个适宜值,能量超过适宜值时,塑料的熔解量就大,焊接物易变形;若能量小,则不易焊牢,所加的压力也不能太大。这个最佳压力是焊接部分的边长与边缘每1mm的最佳压力之积。
采用本发明结构及方法生产出的片切式抛光打磨器具有的有益效果在于,焊件不熔化,焊接温度较低,变形小,氧化膜涂层对焊接影响小,耗电功率小,操作简洁、速度快,效率高。

Claims (6)

1.片切式抛光打磨器,包括手持本体(2)和抛光打磨条(1),其特征在于:所述的手持本体(2)为U形结构,抛光打磨条(1)的两端设置在手持本体(2)的凹陷处;
所述手持本体(2)为U形结构为两块半体(21)拼接结构,抛光打磨条(1)固定设置在两块半体(21)之间,两块半体(21)采用超声波焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片切式抛光打磨器,其特征在于:
两块半体(21)中的任一半体设置矩形的凹槽(211),凹槽(211)设置于U柄远端,抛光打磨条(1)的两端分别置于左右两侧U柄处的凹槽(211)中;相应地另一半体在凹槽(211)处对应地设置压板(216),将抛光打磨条(1)固定在凹槽(211)中。
3.根据权利要求2任一项所述的片切式抛光打磨器,其特征在于:
所述抛光打磨条(1)两端头各有一处通孔(11),相应地凹槽(211)中设置用于焊接的锥台(2111);通孔(11)固定在锥台(2111)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的片切式抛光打磨器,其特征在于:
两块半体(21)采用卯榫配合,其中的任一半体设置凸台(212),相应地另一半体设置凹孔(213);凸台(212)与凹孔(213)在两侧U柄及半体中部各设一处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的片切式抛光打磨器,其特征在于:
凹槽(211)的两侧分别设置一根用于焊接的三角条(214),两块半体(21)从凸台(212)向两侧的凹孔(213)处各设置一根用于焊接的L型三角条(215)。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的片切式抛光打磨器还包括以下生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将抛光打磨条(1)设置在两块半体(21)之间,扣合手持本体(2),置于超声波焊接机的夹具上;
步骤2、超声波焊接机的信号发生器发出频率的信号,换能器转换为电能产生高频机械振动作用于手持本体(2)上,超声波焊接机采用功率1800w,产生振动频率20Khz,振幅2-3A;
