Technical Field

Background
The piston rod is a connecting part for supporting the piston to do work, most of the piston rod is applied to the cylinder and cylinder motion executing part, and is a motion part which moves frequently and has high technical requirements, and the quality of the processing quality of the piston rod directly influences the service life and the reliability of products. Patent 20120121213. X discloses a hydraulic drilling device, although the hydraulic pressure is utilized as feeding to solve the power problem, still solved current drilling device and fed unstably and lead to the problem that the drill bit is easy broken, realized the regulation of drill bit height simultaneously, improved the drilling speed of device, but the device still has following defect in the use:
1. the hydraulic power system has the advantages of huge volume, complex structure, more related parts and equipment failure, and high maintenance and manufacturing cost.
2. The drill bit can not be replaced in time according to the machining requirement of the size of the bore diameter of the piston rod, so that the practicality of the drilling device is poor.
3. In the working process of the drilling device, a large amount of dust or powder can be generated, the cleaning of the concentric holes cannot be ensured, the surrounding environment can be polluted, and the physical health of an operator is influenced.
Therefore, the drilling equipment for processing the concentric holes of the piston rod is provided for researching and improving the existing structure and the defects by taking the experience of abundant design development and actual manufacturing in the related industry for many years, so as to achieve the aim of having more practical value.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides drilling equipment for processing the concentric holes of the piston rod, which can replace a drill bit according to the size of the hole diameter required to be processed of the piston rod; meanwhile, cutting fluid can be sprayed to the drill hole to clean during machining, so that the concentric holes are ensured to be clean, and the pollution of dust to the surrounding environment caused by the fact that the dust is diffused in the air is avoided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the drilling equipment for machining the concentric holes of the piston rods comprises an operation table and is characterized in that a sliding groove is formed in one side of the operation table, a sliding block is movably sleeved in the sliding groove, a roller is mounted at the bottom of the sliding block and is positioned in the sliding groove to slide; the bearing platform is installed at the slider top, and motor and protective sheath are installed on the upper portion of bearing platform, and the motor is located the inside of protective sheath, has cup jointed the rotation axis on the output shaft of motor, and the one end that the rotation axis stretched out the protective sheath is fixed with the adapter sleeve.
An upper positioning groove and a lower positioning groove are formed in the connecting sleeve, positioning blocks are movably sleeved in each positioning groove, a movable block is arranged between the upper positioning block and the lower positioning block, two ends of a movable rod penetrate through and extend to the inside of the positioning grooves, the movable rod fixedly connects the upper positioning block and the lower positioning block with the movable block, and one side of the movable block is connected with the inner wall of the connecting sleeve through a movable spring; the outside of the connecting sleeve is provided with an upper fixing block, a lower fixing block and a fixing bolt, the fixing bolt penetrates through the middle of the drill bit, the drill bit is fixed between the upper fixing block and the lower fixing block, and the other end of the drill bit is positioned in the connecting sleeve.
The top of the protective sleeve is fixedly connected with the threaded sleeve through a connecting block, the threaded sleeve is in threaded sleeve connection with a threaded rod, two ends of the threaded rod are movably sleeved with positioning plates, the positioning plates are fixedly arranged on the baffle through connecting plates, and the bottom of the baffle is arranged on the operation table through a supporting rod; an upper positioning rod and a lower positioning rod are also arranged between the positioning plates at the two ends; one end of the threaded rod is sleeved on an output shaft of the positive and negative motor, the positive and negative motor is fixedly arranged at the top of the bearing plate, and the bearing plate is fixedly arranged on the baffle plate.
The operation table is also provided with a hollow fixing clamp and a water tank, the bottom of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp is provided with a rubber pad, and the top of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp is provided with a fixing device; the water tank is provided with a water inlet pipe and a valve, the bottom of the water tank is connected with a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe is provided with a water pump, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a spraying device.
Preferably, the fixing device comprises a fixing plate, a fixing spring, a sponge cushion and a fixing rod, wherein the top of the fixing plate is in transmission connection with the top of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp through the fixing spring, the sponge cushion is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate, and the fixing rod is used for installing the top of the fixing clamp.
Preferably, the shape of the fixing rod is an I shape, one end of the fixing rod penetrates through and extends to the inside of the fixing clamp, the fixing rod and the fixing spring are parallel to each other, and the area value of the bottom end of the fixing rod is smaller than that of the fixing plate.
Preferably, the spraying device comprises a water delivery pipe, a support frame and a spray head, wherein the water delivery pipe is in a circular shape, the water delivery pipe is arranged on the operation table through the support frame, and the spray head is arranged on the inner wall of the water delivery pipe.
Preferably, the positioning rod is perpendicular to the positioning plate, the positioning rod is movably sleeved in the threaded sleeve, and the positioning rod is parallel to the threaded rod.
Preferably, the number of the rollers is three, the sizes of the three rollers are equal, and the three rollers are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the sliding block.
Compared with the prior art, the drilling equipment has the following beneficial effects:
1. the drilling equipment has simple structure, few faults and convenient maintenance; the motor is adopted as power to replace a huge hydraulic power system, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the workpiece can be processed more accurately.
2. Through the cooperation of spout, gyro wheel, thread bush, threaded rod and positive and negative motor, can make the drill bit automatic movement carry out the drilling in the horizontal direction for the speed of drilling has improved drilling equipment's work efficiency.
3. Through the cooperation of locating piece, movable block, movable spring, fixed block and gim peg, can be at the in-process of drilling, according to the size in piston rod drilling aperture, in time change the drill bit to improved this drilling equipment's practicality, also made this change process simple and convenient and labour saving and time saving simultaneously.
4. Through the cooperation of constant head tank and movable rod, can play spacing effect to the movable block at the in-process that the movable block removed, avoid the direction of movement of movable block to take place the skew to stability when having guaranteed the movable block motion.
5. Through the installation locating lever, can play the effect of location to the thread bush when removing to guarantee the stability when thread bush motion.
6. Through the cooperation of fixed plate, fixed spring, foam-rubber cushion and dead lever, can carry out fixed position's regulation according to the size of piston rod for it is inseparabler fixed between piston rod and the mounting fixture, avoided the piston rod to take place to rock and lead to the aperture to take place the skew when drilling, improved the machining precision of work piece.
7. The rubber pad is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp, and the sponge pad is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate, so that the situation that the surface is damaged due to friction between the outer wall of the piston rod and a structural member due to impact or vibration of external force in the processing process can be avoided.
8. Through the cooperation of water tank, inlet tube, outlet pipe, water pump and sprinkler, can spray the cutting fluid to drilling department and implement cooling and cleaning at the in-process of drilling, dust or powder that produces when avoiding drilling is dispersed in the air around to the healthy and surrounding environment of operator has all played the guard action.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a drilling device for processing concentric holes of a piston rod comprises an operation table 1, a chute 2 is formed in one side of the operation table 1, a sliding block 3 is movably sleeved in the chute 2, rollers 4 are mounted at the bottom of the sliding block 3, the number of the rollers 4 is three, the three rollers 4 are equal in size and uniformly distributed at the bottom of the sliding block 3, the rollers 4 are located in the chute 2 and slide in the chute, so that a drill bit 17 can automatically move in the horizontal direction to drill holes, the working intensity of workers is reduced, the drilling speed is accelerated, and the working efficiency of the drilling device is improved.
The bearing platform 5 is installed at slider 3 top, and motor 7 and protective sheath 6 are installed on the upper portion of bearing platform 5, and motor 7 is located the inside of protective sheath 6, has cup jointed rotation axis 8 on the output shaft of motor 7, and rotation axis 8 stretches out the one end of protective sheath 6 and is fixed with adapter sleeve 9.
As shown in fig. 3, the connecting sleeve 9 is provided with an upper positioning groove 10 and a lower positioning groove 10, each positioning groove 10 is movably sleeved with a positioning block 11, a movable block 13 is arranged between the upper positioning block 11 and the lower positioning block 11, two ends of the movable rod 12 penetrate through and extend to the inside of the positioning groove 10, the movable rod 12 fixedly connects the upper positioning block 11 and the lower positioning block 11 with the movable block 13, and in the moving process of the movable block 13, the movable block 13 is limited by the cooperation of the positioning grooves 10 and the movable rod 12, so that the moving direction of the movable block 13 is prevented from shifting, and the moving stability of the movable block 13 is ensured. One side of the movable block 13 is connected with the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 9 through a movable spring 14; the outside of the connecting sleeve 9 is provided with an upper fixing block 15, a lower fixing block 15 and a fixing bolt 16, the fixing bolt 16 penetrates through the middle of the drill bit 17, the drill bit 17 is fixed between the upper fixing block 15 and the lower fixing block 15, and the other end of the drill bit 17 is positioned in the connecting sleeve 9. Through the cooperation of locating piece 11, movable block 13, movable spring 14, fixed block 15 and gim peg 16, can be at the in-process of drilling, according to the size of piston rod 29 drilling aperture, change drill bit 17 to improved drilling equipment's practicality, also made the change process simple and convenient and labour saving and time saving simultaneously.
The top of the protective sleeve 6 is fixedly connected with a thread sleeve 19 through a connecting block 18, the thread sleeve 19 is in threaded sleeve connection with a threaded rod 20, two ends of the threaded rod 20 are movably sleeved with positioning plates 21, the positioning plates 21 are fixedly arranged on a baffle plate 24 through a connecting plate 23, and the bottom of the baffle plate 24 is arranged on the operating platform 1 through a supporting rod 25; an upper positioning rod 22 and a lower positioning rod 22 are also arranged between the positioning plates 21 at the two ends. The locating rod 22 is perpendicular to the locating plate 21, the locating rod 22 is movably sleeved in the threaded sleeve 19, the locating rod 22 is parallel to the threaded rod 20, the threaded sleeve 19 can be located in the moving process of the threaded sleeve 19, the moving direction of the threaded sleeve 19 is prevented from being deviated, and therefore the moving stability of the threaded sleeve 19 is guaranteed. One end of the threaded rod 20 is sleeved on an output shaft of the forward and reverse motor 26, the forward and reverse motor 26 is fixedly arranged on the top of the bearing plate 27, and the bearing plate 27 is fixedly arranged on the baffle 24.
The operation table 1 is also provided with a hollow fixing clamp 28 and a water tank 32, the bottom of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp 28 is provided with a rubber pad 30, and the top of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp 28 is provided with a fixing device 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing device 31 includes a fixing plate 311, a fixing spring 312, a foam-rubber cushion 313 and a fixing rod 314, wherein the top of the fixing plate 311 is in transmission connection with the top of the inner cavity of the fixing clamp 28 through the fixing spring 312, the foam-rubber cushion 313 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate 311, and the fixing rod 314 is mounted on the top of the fixing clamp 28. Through the cooperation of fixed plate 311, fixed spring 312, foam-rubber cushion 313 and dead lever 314, can carry out fixed position's regulation according to the size of piston rod 29 for more closely fix between piston rod 29 and the mounting fixture 28, avoided piston rod 29 to rock and lead to the aperture to take place the skew when the drilling, improved the machining precision of work piece. The fixing rod 314 is in an i shape, one end of the fixing rod 314 penetrates and extends into the fixing clamp 28, the fixing rod 314 and the fixing spring 312 are parallel to each other, and the area value of the bottom end of the fixing rod 314 is smaller than that of the fixing plate 311. The fixing rod 314 may be rotated to move the fixing rod 314 downward, thereby pushing the fixing plate 311 downward to fix the piston rod 29.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water tank 32 is provided with a water inlet pipe 33 and a valve 34, the bottom of the water tank 32 is connected with a water outlet pipe 35, the water outlet pipe 35 is provided with a water pump 36, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 35 is connected with a spraying device 37. The cutting fluid can be sprayed at the drilling position to cool and clean in the drilling process, so that dust or powder generated during drilling is prevented from dispersing into surrounding air, and the body health of an operator and the surrounding environment are protected. The spraying device 37 comprises a water delivery pipe 371, a support frame 372 and a spray head 373, the water delivery pipe 371 is in a circular ring shape, the water delivery pipe 371 is installed on the operating platform 1 through the support frame 372, and the spray head 373 is installed on the inner wall of the water delivery pipe 371. The water delivery pipe 371 and the piston rod 29 are parallel to each other, the diameter value of the water delivery pipe 371 is larger than that of the piston rod 29, and the drilling position can be uniformly sprayed in the process of spraying the cutting fluid, so that the dust settling effect is improved, and meanwhile, the waste of the cutting fluid is reduced.
In operation, the piston rod 29 is first placed in the fixing jig 28, and then the fixing lever 314 is rotated and moved downward, thereby pushing the fixing plate 311 downward and fixing the piston rod 29. Then, the forward and reverse motor 26 is started to rotate the threaded rod 20 and drive the threaded sleeve 19 to move in the horizontal direction, and meanwhile, the threaded sleeve 19 drives the protective sleeve 6 to move horizontally through the connecting block 18. At this time, the motor 7 is started to rotate the rotating shaft 8 and drive the connecting sleeve 9 to rotate, so that the drill bit 17 fixed on the connecting sleeve 9 rotates to perform drilling operation. Finally, the valve 34 is opened to enable the cutting fluid to flow into the water tank 32 from the water inlet pipe 33, then the cutting fluid is conveyed into the water conveying pipe 371 from the water outlet pipe 35 through the water pump 36, and the drilling position is sprayed through the spray head 373. When the drill bit 17 needs to be replaced, the fixed bolt 16 is detached firstly, and meanwhile the movable block 13 moves forwards under the action of the elastic force of the movable spring 14 to strike the end part of the drill bit 17 positioned in the connecting sleeve 9, so that the drill bit 17 is ejected out, and the drill bit is replaced.
