15-40 parts of lotus leaf, 15-20 parts of oat, 40-50 parts of lemon, 10-20 parts of apple and 260-350 parts of water.
8. A method of preparing a weight loss composition, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
s1, weighing lotus leaves, placing the lotus leaves in a container, adding water, heating to 90-100 ℃, keeping for 20-30min, cooling to normal temperature, and filtering by adopting 40-mesh filter cloth to obtain a solution A;
S2, weighing oat, fully grinding, adding the oat into the solution A, uniformly stirring, and filtering to obtain a solution B;
S3, weighing apples and lemons, cleaning the apples and the lemons, adding the apples and the lemons into the solution B, fully grinding the mixture into slurry, and filtering the slurry to obtain a solution C;
S4, injecting the solution C into a packaging box by using a filling machine, sealing, and sterilizing for 20-30min at the temperature of 115-125 ℃ to obtain a finished product.
9. A weight loss product comprising the composition of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in the manufacture of a product for use in weight loss.
