In the above prior arts 1 and 2, the theoretical solution and the specific technical application do not have any circuit components for solving the problems of the error and the abnormal operation which may occur in the application of the human body thermal sensor. At present, the supply voltage of a vehicle battery is different due to diversification of transportation vehicles for children and weak people, no description is made on a necessary power supply mode and an additional device of the device, and no solution is made for 2 times of vehicle damage and the like caused by a battery discharge scheme and vehicle discharge when the device senses the situation.
Technical scheme
In order to solve the above drawbacks of the conventional art, the present invention provides a vehicle anti-trap warning system, which includes: a start determination unit that determines start of the vehicle; a sensor power supply unit for supplying a normal power to a DC/DC converter when a vehicle is turned off, converting the power supplied from a constant voltage device and supplying the converted power to a sensor power supply unit, starting a sensor operation abnormality sensing unit, starting a lamp and a warning buzzer by a circuit operation intermediate unit when the sensor operation abnormality sensing unit determines that the sensor is not operating normally, stopping the operation of a circuit, transmitting information to a timer when the sensor operation abnormality sensing unit does not determine that the sensor is operating normally, operating a counter circuit when a 1 st set time is reached, and having a sensing table reset circuit for preventing the operation of a left-behind sensing table from being abnormal; a sensor control part for keeping the standby state of the induction table when the left-behind personnel induction table does not act for 3 times or less, driving the action continuous circuit when the action is found to act for 3 times or more, keeping the action time timer of the 2 nd set time by the action continuous circuit, and finishing the perception when the 2 nd set time is over; and an alarm transmitting unit for amplifying the signal transmitted from the operation continuation circuit by an OCL amplifier, guiding the voice of the single chip, and notifying the voice by a speaker.
Advantageous effects
As described above, the heat sensing (human body) sensor according to the conventional art is not operated normally due to the sensitivity, sensing angle and overlapping of the sensor, a child whose stature is not sensed well due to the height and width of the seat, and is inevitably operated abnormally according to the change of the inside and outside of the vehicle, etc. due to the change of the front, rear, left, right glass surfaces of the vehicle and the season. In contrast, the infrared beam transmitting and light absorbing device to which the present invention is applied is attached to both sides of the wall surfaces of the left and right seats of the vehicle, and when the light beam irradiation state encounters a small movement or motion of a child, the light beam is cut off without being affected by any of the interior and exterior, so that the presence of a left-behind person can be reliably sensed, and the stored information can be transmitted to the outside by a technique that has not been tried in the prior art, thereby reliably preventing a serious accident caused by a baby or a physically and mentally fragile person staying in a closed vehicle interior space for a long time in advance.

The present invention is roughly divided into a start judgment unit (10), a sensor power supply unit (20), a sensor control unit (30), and an alarm transmission unit (40).
When the vehicle has been ignited, the start judgment unit (10) is not operated, but is operated only when the vehicle is turned off.
As described above, the sensor power supply unit (20) supplies the power to the DC/DC converter (22) when the power is turned off, but the battery voltage of the general power supply is 12V for passenger and freight cars below 15 seats, 24V for 25 seats and 45 seats, and 48V for special cases (an inverter is additionally arranged in the car), and the power supply voltage of the alarm device is 9-12V according to the car type, so that the instrument provides a 12V circuit through the constant voltage device (21) even if the pressure voltage is 9-55V, and the input voltage is 9-55V according to the state of the battery, and the output is that the power supply voltage can be always kept at 12V.
The DC/DC converter (22) converts the power supplied by the constant voltage device (21) and outputs the power as an operating voltage. The operating voltage is supplied to a sensor power supply section (23) and a sensor operation abnormality sensing section (24) is started.
The abnormal sensor operation induction part (24) senses the abnormal sensor operation immediately when a driver extinguishes, if the abnormal sensor state occurs or a seat and the like have obstacles, the abnormal sensor operation is caused, the circuit operation stop part (25) starts a vehicle lamp and an alarm buzzer (buzzer) and stops the circuit operation, the sensor is protected, and the abnormal operation caused by internal and external reasons is prevented, so that the accurate judgment is made.
Further, a warning lamp and a warning buzzer (buzzer) are lighted to allow the driver to immediately confirm the state of the in-vehicle sensor and whether there is an obstacle. At this time, the child left in the car is sensed and confirmed, and the accident is prevented in advance.
When the sensor operation abnormality sensing unit (24) does not sense the sensor operation abnormality, the sensor is in a sensing standby state until the 1 st set time of the timer (26) is set in advance.

when the power is supplied to the sensor, the induction station reset circuit (27) is used for preventing abnormal phenomena such as internal and external factors or surge from being taken into account in advance. In the sensor control part (30), the signal of the induction table reset circuit (27) operates the legacy induction table (31), the legacy induction table (31) senses 1 to 2 times of action and does not operate for more than 3 times, and then keeps a standby state, when the legacy induction table (31) continuously operates for more than 3 times, the action continuous (32) circuit is driven, and the action continuous (32) circuit continuously outputs an operation instruction to the alarm sending part (40) until the 2 nd preset time which is input in advance on the action time timer (33) is preset.
In order to solve the problems of the discharge solution of a common power supply and the long-time non-operation of a driver, the action time timer (33) confirms the state of a left child in a car every 4-6 hours at least, and stops sensing and operating after a set time.
The alarm transmitting unit (40) is a system for amplifying the voice guidance of the one-chip microcomputer chip (42) by the OCL amplifier (41) and notifying the outside by the audio mixer (43) with respect to the signal transmitted by the operation continuation circuit (32).
In order to ensure that the circuit is started in the internal and external radiant heat environments for a long time, the OCL amplifier (41) uses a standard thermal baffle by an electric screwdriver and is suitable for an outdoor sound mixing box, and a single chip microcomputer chip (42) is provided with a circuit so as to continuously and repeatedly process information.
to be suitable for human heat perception sensor, can set up about 1 in the interior access & exit upper portion of car, but set up in the interior canopy top of car or like prior art, when the bottom surface sets up a plurality ofly, the unusual phenomenon of operation will take place certainly, and this can lead to commercial value to be restricted.
The system designed by the invention can be used for the driver to regularly detect with the simplest and simplest operation, and for convenience, the driver can listen to an option switch for playing the audio effect and a delay or test (timer) option switch without manually operating the system by using a loudspeaker in the vehicle except for the test of the audio effect without going outside the vehicle.
Industrial applications
The heat sensing (human body) sensor according to the conventional art is not normally operated due to the sensitivity, sensing angle and overlapping of the sensor, children who cannot sense a small size due to the height and width of the seat, and is inevitably abnormally operated due to the change of the front, rear, left, right glass surfaces and seasons of the vehicle, the change of the inside and outside of the vehicle, and the like. In contrast, the infrared beam transmitting and light absorbing device to which the present invention is applied is attached to both sides of the wall surfaces of the left and right seats of the vehicle, and when the light beam irradiation state encounters a small movement or motion of a child, the light beam is cut off without being affected by any influence from the inside or the outside, so that the presence of a left-behind person can be sensed without fail, and stored information is transmitted to the outside by grafting a technique that has not been tried in the prior art, thereby reliably preventing a serious accident caused by a baby or a fragile person staying in a closed vehicle interior space for a long time in advance, and having an extremely high industrial applicability.
