本发明公开了一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,包括螺柱,所述螺柱一端设有螺帽,且螺柱顶端开有贯穿螺帽的螺孔,所述螺柱侧壁远离螺帽一端开有等距离呈环形分布的条形豁口,且条形豁口与螺孔相连通,所述螺孔内壁螺接有内螺柱,且内螺柱顶端转动连接有锥形块,所述内螺柱远离锥形块一端开有六棱槽。本发明可以调节锥形块的位置,配合设置的条形豁口,可以实现螺柱一端扩张,达到防止紧固帽松动的目的,同时结合设置的六棱槽,方便拆装,操作简单,可以保证紧固螺栓的机械强度,设置的金属环片和齿牙,可以提升螺柱的防松动效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及紧固螺栓技术领域,尤其涉及一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓。
背景技术
螺栓属于机械零件,配用螺母的圆柱形带螺纹的紧固件。由头部和螺杆(带有外螺纹的圆柱体)两部分组成的一类紧固件,需与螺母配合,用于紧固连接两个带有通孔的零件。这种连接形式称螺栓连接。如把螺母从螺栓上旋下,又可以使这两个零件分开,故螺栓连接是属于可拆卸连接。螺栓也可以配合开设的螺孔安装,汽车紧固螺栓,是汽车中常用的连接零件。
现有的紧固螺栓,防松动效果一般,不方便拆装,所以现提出一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,包括螺柱,所述螺柱一端设有螺帽,且螺柱顶端开有贯穿螺帽的螺孔,所述螺柱侧壁远离螺帽一端开有等距离呈环形分布的条形豁口,且条形豁口与螺孔相连通,所述螺孔内壁螺接有内螺柱,且内螺柱顶端转动连接有锥形块,所述内螺柱远离锥形块一端开有六棱槽。
优选的,所述螺柱外壁螺接有紧固帽。
优选的,所述螺柱靠近螺帽一端开有环形沟槽,且环形沟槽内壁卡接有金属环片。
优选的,所述环形沟槽内壁卡接有卡圈。
优选的,所述螺柱远离螺帽一端开有连通螺孔的沉槽,且沉槽规格与锥形块相适配。
优选的,所述金属环片顶端外壁边缘位置处设有等距离呈环形分布的齿牙。
本发明的有益效果为:
通过设置的内螺柱,可以调节锥形块的位置,配合设置的条形豁口,可以实现螺柱一端扩张,达到防止紧固帽松动的目的,同时结合设置的六棱槽,方便拆装,操作简单,同时设置的内螺柱,可以保证紧固螺栓的机械强度,设置的金属环片和齿牙,可以提升螺柱的防松动效果。

参照图1-2,一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,包括螺柱4,螺柱4一端设有螺帽1,且螺柱4顶端开有贯穿螺帽1的螺孔,螺柱4侧壁远离螺帽1一端开有等距离呈环形分布的条形豁口7,且条形豁口7与螺孔相连通,螺孔内壁螺接有内螺柱6,且内螺柱6顶端转动连接有锥形块5,内螺柱6远离锥形块5一端开有六棱槽11。
本发明中,螺柱4外壁螺接有紧固帽8,螺柱4靠近螺帽1一端开有环形沟槽3,且环形沟槽3内壁卡接有金属环片2,环形沟槽3内壁卡接有卡圈9,螺柱4远离螺帽1一端开有连通螺孔的沉槽,且沉槽规格与锥形块5相适配,金属环片2顶端外壁边缘位置处设有等距离呈环形分布的齿牙10。
通过设置的六棱槽11带动内螺柱6旋转,可以调节锥形块5的位置,配合设置的条形豁口7,可以实现螺柱4一端扩张,达到防止紧固帽8松动的目的,方便拆装,操作简单,同时设置的内螺柱6,可以保证紧固螺栓的机械强度,设置的金属环片2和齿牙10,可以增加与被固定工件的摩擦力,可以提升螺柱4的防松动效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述螺柱(4)外壁螺接有紧固帽(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述螺柱(4)靠近螺帽(1)一端开有环形沟槽(3),且环形沟槽(3)内壁卡接有金属环片(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防松动汽车用紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述环形沟槽(3)内壁卡接有卡圈(9)。
