本发明公开了一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸及其制备方法,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维7‑21份、玻璃纤维8‑15份、木浆100‑155份、涤纶粘结剂0.5‑4份、分散剂3‑7份、聚乙烯3‑7份、淀粉9‑15份、清水150‑185份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3‑11份、碳酸钙1‑3份、松香0.3‑2份和过氧化钠1‑7份。本发明高吸水性瓦楞原纸制备时添加的松香和韧皮纤维,提高了原纸的强度和韧性;在外施胶上添加的淀粉和聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷很好的提高了纸张的表面抗水性能和抗油性能;超压处理让纸张强度更好,同时也降低了能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,快递行业的飞速发展。用于物品外包装的纸箱需求量也在飞速上升,瓦楞原纸是纸箱生产的关键材料,需求量同样也在上升,而且原纸的质量是对成品纸箱的质量起到决定性的影响。瓦楞纸板具有较好的机械强度,从平面上也能承受一定的压力,并富有弹性,缓冲作用好,它可根据需要制成各种形状大小的衬垫或容器,比塑料缓冲材料要简便、快捷,受温度影响小,遮光性好,受光照不变质,但是瓦楞纸包装遇水后会很容易渗透,从而影响纸张包装的强度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用寿命长,适应潮湿环境,遇水后纸张不容易被渗透的高吸水性瓦楞原纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维7-21份、玻璃纤维8-15份、木浆100-155份、涤纶粘结剂0.5-4份、分散剂3-7份、聚乙烯3-7份、淀粉9-15份、清水150-185份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3-11份、碳酸钙1-3份、松香0.3-2份和过氧化钠1-7份。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸的制备方法,
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述高吸水性瓦楞原纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取韧皮纤维7-21份、玻璃纤维8-15份、木浆100-155份和清水150-185份混合均匀后开始磨浆;
2)在步骤1的叩后浆池内添加分散剂3-7份,并搅拌均匀;
3)在叩后浆池中添加涤纶粘结剂0.5-4份、聚乙烯3-7份、碳酸钙1-3份、松香0.3-2份和过氧化钠1-7份,调制成PH值为5.0-6.5,质量浓度为4%-5%的浆料;
4)将步骤3中得到的浆料稀释上网;
5)将步骤4中已经成型的原纸经压榨干燥;
6)按重量份配比提取淀粉9-15份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3-11份进行表面施胶;
7)将步骤6施胶后再进行干燥和超压成型为高吸水性瓦楞原纸。
本发明高吸水性瓦楞原纸的有益效果是:所述高吸水性瓦楞原纸制备时添加的松香和韧皮纤维,提高了原纸的强度和韧性;在外施胶上添加的淀粉和聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷很好的提高了纸张的表面抗水性能和抗油性能;超压处理让纸张强度更好,同时也降低了能耗。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维7份、玻璃纤维8份、木浆100份、涤纶粘结剂0.5份、分散剂3份、聚乙烯3份、淀粉9份、清水150份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3份、碳酸钙1份、松香0.3份和过氧化钠1份。
所述高吸水性瓦楞原纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取韧皮纤维7份、玻璃纤维8份、木浆100份和清水150份混合均匀后开始磨浆;
2)在步骤1的叩后浆池内添加分散剂3份,并搅拌均匀;
3)在叩后浆池中添加涤纶粘结剂0.5份、聚乙烯3份、碳酸钙1份、松香0.3份和过氧化钠1份,调制成PH值为5.0-6.5,质量浓度为4%-5%的浆料;
4)将步骤3中得到的浆料稀释上网;
5)将步骤4中已经成型的原纸经压榨干燥;

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维15份、玻璃纤维11份、木浆135份、涤纶粘结剂2份、分散剂4份、聚乙烯5份、淀粉11份、清水165份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷6份、碳酸钙2份、松香1份和过氧化钠4份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维8份、玻璃纤维10份、木浆107份、涤纶粘结剂0.8份、分散剂3份、聚乙烯4份、淀粉10份、清水155份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷4份、碳酸钙1.4份、松香0.6份和过氧化钠2份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维19份、玻璃纤维14份、木浆151份、涤纶粘结剂3份、分散剂6份、聚乙烯6份、淀粉14份、清水183份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷9份、碳酸钙3份、松香1.7份和过氧化钠6份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维11份、玻璃纤维13份、木浆121份、涤纶粘结剂3.7份、分散剂3.5份、聚乙烯5份、淀粉11份、清水168份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷4份、碳酸钙1份、松香0.9份和过氧化钠4份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维15份、玻璃纤维10份、木浆130份、涤纶粘结剂2份、分散剂5份、聚乙烯5份、淀粉10份、清水175份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷10份、碳酸钙2份、松香1.5份和过氧化钠5份。

1.一种高吸水性瓦楞原纸,其特征在于:该高吸水性瓦楞原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:韧皮纤维7-21份、玻璃纤维8-15份、木浆100-155份、涤纶粘结剂0.5-4份、分散剂3-7份、聚乙烯3-7份、淀粉9-15份、清水150-185份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3-11份、碳酸钙1-3份、松香0.3-2份和过氧化钠1-7份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的高吸水性瓦楞原纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取韧皮纤维7-21份、玻璃纤维8-15份、木浆100-155份和清水150-185份混合均匀后开始磨浆;
2)在步骤1的叩后浆池内添加分散剂3-7份,并搅拌均匀;
3)在叩后浆池中添加涤纶粘结剂0.5-4份、聚乙烯3-7份、碳酸钙1-3份、松香0.3-2份和过氧化钠1-7份,调制成PH值为5.0-6.5,质量浓度为4%-5%的浆料;
4)将步骤3中得到的浆料稀释上网;
5)将步骤4中已经成型的原纸经压榨干燥;
6)按重量份配比提取淀粉9-15份、聚酯改性二甲聚硅氧烷3-11份进行表面施胶;
7)将步骤6施胶后再进行干燥和超压成型为高吸水性瓦楞原纸。
