技术领域
本发明涉及电缆内护层技术领域,尤其涉及一种内护层专用绕包带及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现行中低压铠装电力电缆制造内护层材料均用PVC、PE或低烟无卤材料挤塑工艺或用其制成包带,绕包而成两种,虽有良好的绝缘和包扎作用,但仍存在以下缺点:
(1)护套层易被钢带边缘毛刺刺破,易在外力作用下刺破内部绝缘线芯,产生击穿、短路;
(2)制作小长度(100米以内)铠装电缆,因挤塑机升温、换模头等工序多、成本高;
(3)无透气性,缆芯导热、散热性能差;
(4)比重大,硬度高,特别用PVC包带既硬又重,折叠易断,易生油,特别在冬天绕包时易上翘,护套后外观差。
授权公告号为CN 107747234 A的专利公开了一种电缆用无纺布绕包带及其制备方法,其具体组成成分如下:无纺布40-45份、聚氯乙烯25-30份、聚乙烯15-20份、聚氨酯8-10份、氧化镁4-6份、玻璃纤维12-14份、网状聚丙烯纤维12-14份、抗氧化剂2-4份、增稠剂1-3份,一种电缆用无纺布绕包带的制备方法,其具体组成成分如下:(1)融化;(2)组丝;(3)编织;(4)刷涂;(5)低温,该专利采用的是熔化编织成型,无法并没有解决上述的缺点

本发明的目的是提供一种内护层专用绕包带及其制作工艺,解决了现有技术中绕包带绝缘强度低、不能防刺、防水性差、绕包成本高的技术问题。
一种内护层专用绕包带,包括无纺布层和聚酯薄膜层,所述聚酯薄膜层位于所述无纺布层上方。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步地,所述无纺布层为弹性针刺无纺布,且无纺布层的面密度为80-120g/m2,采用本步的有益效果是减小比重,同时能够防刺。
进一步地,所述无纺布层包括以下重量份的原料,2.5dtex×38—76mm的涤纶纤维:40-50份,7dtex三维×38—76mm的涤纶纤维:50-60份,采用本步的有益效果是便于后续梳理成棉网。
进一步地,所述聚酯薄膜层的厚度为0.025-0.03mm,采用本步的有益效果是起到防水和防碎性能。
本发明还公开了一种内护层专用绕包带的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取涤纶纤维作为材料;
S2:将材料经过梳理机梳理成棉网;
S3:采用高速针刺机进行处理,制成弹性针刺无纺布;
