The turnover disc 3 is an annular rod-shaped structure which has the same shape and size with the outer side surface of the die.

The working principle of the small concrete member form removal device provided by the invention is explained as follows:
When the concrete member in the mould is cured and needs to be demoulded, firstly, the concrete member 15 with the mould is placed in the turnover plate 3 by a worker by using a forklift in cooperation with manpower, the opening of the mould is upward, one end of the mould is pressed against the front fixing plate 4, then a tightening crank 22 on the rear fixing assembly 5 is rotated by hand, so that the rear fixing plate 20 is pushed inwards through a screw 23 until the rear fixing plate 20 is tightly attached to the other end of the mould, and the concrete member 15 with the mould is clamped; then, the overturning rocker on the overturning crank 7 is rotated by hand, and the overturning plate 3 and the concrete member 15 with the mould thereon are slowly overturned for 180 degrees through the supporting rod; then two workers rotate the cranks on the two gears 6 simultaneously, so that the steel wire ropes 8 wound on the gears are loosened, the height of the turnplate 3 is reduced through the suspension hooks 9 and the support rings 14, and the condition that the concrete member falls off due to the fact that the concrete member is too high away from the ground when the formwork is disassembled, and the concrete member is broken is avoided. After the tray 3 is lowered to a proper height, a foam or soft grass mat should be laid in advance on the ground below the tray 3, so that the concrete member can be protected from being damaged. Then the upper end of the gear switch 10 is clamped with the gear teeth on the gear 6 by rotating the gear crank 11, thereby fixing the steel wire rope 8 and the suspension hook 9 connected with the gear 6, and finally fixing the height of the tilting tray 3. Pulling out the pin 18 and the fixing bolt 19 on the fasteners 12 to open the straight rod 17, respectively sleeving the U-shaped rods 16 on the two fasteners 12 on the outsides of the upper part and two side parts of the turnup 3 and the concrete member 15 with the mould, and then locking the straight rod 17; then, a jack 13 is installed in the space between the top of each fastener 12 and the concrete member 15 with the mold, and the ejector pin of the jack 13 is located at the lower portion and the outer end of the ejector pin is inserted downward into the ventilation hole on the bottom surface of the mold.
