Abstract
本发明提供一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,通过添加SOD清除自由基,减少黑色素形成;添加白藜芦醇抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素形成;烟酰胺抑制黑色素颗粒向角质细胞传递、加快皮肤更新速度;维生素C还原黑色素中间体和黑色素聚合物,减少多巴和多巴醌类物质形成,多种途径美白肌肤,效果显著,通过添加女贞子、五味子、白芍、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁中药组份,滋补五脏、从根本上补气血,使肌肤白皙富有光泽。溶解时间在18.53‑22.60min之间,既可以保证抗氧化剂通过口腔黏膜的吸收时间,又不会时间过久,使用不方便。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及一种添加女贞子的补血美白含片。
背景技术
大多数女性都有轻微贫血或贫血的症状,这是因为女性有周期性失血的生理特点。女性气血充盈则面色红润,神采奕奕,气不足则肤色没有光华,血不足则肤色失去红润,脾胃不好则不能很好的消化吸收及运输营养物质,机体没有足够的营养物质滋养,肤色也会变得灰暗无光。有很多补益气血的中药。服用后可使女性肤色红润还可以有益健康。
皮肤颜色的变化是一个复杂的动态过程,受多种因素的影响,比如皮肤中的色素、表皮和真皮的厚度等。美白的方法有很多,比如:
(1)阻止黑色素合成
酪氨酸酶、多巴色素互变酶、5,6-二羟吲哚-2-羧酸氧化酶是黑色素形成过程中最主要的生物酶,其中酪氨酸酶是该过程的限速酶,酪氨酸酶主要催化一元酚羟基化生成二羟基化合物和邻苯二酚氧化生成邻苯二醌,这两类反应都有氧自由基参加,清除氧自由基也可以破坏酪氨酸酶活性。白藜芦醇作为多巴的类似物,与底物竞争性结合酶的活性位点,减少黑色素产生。
(2)阻止黑素传递
壬二酸,烟酰胺(VB3)等可以抑制黑色素颗粒从黑色素细胞向角质蛋白细胞转移,因此具有美白功效。
(3)加快黑素代谢
维生素e、维生素c及其衍生物可以将氧化态黑色素颗粒还原为白色的还原性黑色素颗粒,从而达到美白的效果。
(4)抗氧化美白
受到紫外线照射后,会产生活性氧,造成磷脂膜的破坏,从而引起皮肤组织的破坏,进而产生红斑、色素沉着等问题,给皮肤带来压力,导致更多黑色素产生。超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)是生物体系中抗氧化酶系的重要组成成员,广泛分布在微生物、植物和动物体内。它能够高效清除体内的自由基。体内多余自由基会引起细胞损伤以及色素沉着,人体衰老是由于自由基堆积和清除障碍的后果。补充外源SOD可以美白肌肤、延缓衰老。

CN110192994A公开了一种白番茄美白片及其制备方法,该白番茄美白片主要由白番茄冻干粉200mg-900mg、针叶樱桃提取物10mg-280mg、葛根粉1mg-120mg、葡萄籽提取物1mg-200mg以及黑胡椒提取物1mg-15mg通过等量混合后压片的方式制成,为了提高效果还可在配方中增添L-半胱氨酸90mg-500mg或酵母抽提物90mg-500mg以及沙棘果粉1mg-180mg;该配方具有美白效果好、美白周期短、安全性高等优点,通过添加适量黑胡椒提取物从而有效提高白番茄等营养的吸收率。
CN103655446B提供了一种具有皮肤美容保健功能的制品及其制备方法;所述制品中各组分为:莲子、百合、沙参、淮山、山楂、枸杞、银耳的各水提物为1-3份,玉竹水提物1-4份,白芷、白豆蔻水提挥发油各为2-4份,玫瑰花提取物3-5份,水溶性珍珠粉0.05-0.1份,维生素C 0.01-0.05份,维生素E 0.001-0.005份,辅料50-90份;所述制品的形式为颗粒剂或口含片剂。具有嫩肤、美白功效的药、食同源的物品进行优化组合,再以维生素C和维生素E作为抗氧化剂,防止皮肤氧化。

CN107541502A公开了一种用富含SOD多酶的粮食作物制备SOD多酶碱性口服液的方法,该方法包括:1)将富含SOD多酶的粮食作物粉碎后制成粉剂,将粉剂与水混合,得到混合液A;2)向混合液A中加入淀粉酶和活化剂,在60℃~85℃下酶解25~35min,得到混合液B;调整混合液B的pH值为8~12,加入碱性纤维素酶和蛋白酶,在40~50℃下酶解4h~5h,得到混合液C;向混合液C中加入啤酒复合酶、酒曲,在30~40℃的条件下进行厌氧发酵,得到发酵液;向发酵液中加入碱性果胶酶,在35~50℃下搅拌反应,过滤,即得。该方法保持了粮食作物中SOD等多酶的原生环境,各功能因子的活性高,保健功能好。
CN108835630A公开了一种具有高SOD酶活力的口服液及其制备方法,包括将可食植物原料进行榨汁,然后进行离心(1000-4000rpm,0-30min)去除大颗粒,使用两道超滤膜进行分离(第一次分离采用管式膜,孔径60-120kD;第二道分离为卷式膜,孔径8-30kD);之后,再进行超高压处理,压力200-600MPa,时间为1-20min。经过本发明方法处理后激活了SOD酶,其酶活力提高到了10000U/ml以上,有效解决了产品中SOD酶活性低的问题。经本发明方法制得的产品更有益于人体健康。
CN1072090公开了一种超氧物歧化酶口服液的制备方法,是将野生药材刺梨经加工分离提取、保护处理,获得超氧物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、硒、VC、VE、单宁等多种有效成分,配合党参、黄芪、枸杞子、龙眼、大枣渗漉液,是一种新的含SOD的口服液制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有补血美白功能的含片。
为实现本发明的上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
由以下重量份的原料制成:SOD 0.5-1%、白藜芦醇5-10%、烟酰胺5-10%、维生素C 5-10%、女贞子3-5%、五味子3-5%、白芍3-5%、党参3-5%、黄芪3-5%、桑寄生3-5%、桃仁3-5%、淀粉浆10-12%、润滑剂1-2%、微晶纤维素含量10-25%、矫味剂13-25%。矫味剂为甘露醇、山梨醇、葡萄糖、乳糖中的一种。润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、聚乙二醇-4000中的一种。

制备过程包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取SOD、白藜芦醇、烟酰胺、维生素C、五味子、白芍、女贞子、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁、微晶纤维素、矫味剂过100目筛后混匀;
步骤二:制粒,加入淀粉浆制成软材,通过20目筛进行造粒;
步骤三:干燥,干燥温度30℃;
步骤四:整粒和压片,整粒后为使含片表面光滑,更易脱模,添加润滑剂,混合均匀,送入压片机压片;

具体的, SOD可清除生物体新陈代谢产生的超氧阴离子自由基及羟基自由基,同时,也可作为超氧阴离子的底物诱导酶,保护机体细胞免受有氧代谢物的损害。SOD作为一种良好的自由基清除剂,在提高机体免疫力,延缓衰老等方面有着很好的功效。
白藜芦醇是一种多元酚类的植物抗毒素,是植物在外源性刺激如紫外光照射、机械损伤或真菌感染的作用下产生的,广泛分布在植物的根、茎、叶和果实中,具有很好的抗氧化性以及酪氨酸酶抑制作用,白藜芦醇在较低浓度下就能达到熊果苷和乙基Vc在较高浓度条件下的美白效果。Williams 等通过动物试验对高纯度的白藜芦醇的安全性进行了研究。研究表明,白藜芦醇对皮肤和眼睛均没有刺激性,且通过体内微核试验,证明白藜芦醇没有遗传毒性。经过90 d亚慢性毒性试验发现,在最大受试剂量700 mg/(kg·d)时白藜芦醇对机体并没有引起任何不良影响以及不具有生殖毒性,从而初步证明白藜芦醇是无毒安全的。
烟酰胺,又名尼克酰胺(NAA)、维生素B3、维生素PP,被广泛地应用于临床防止糙皮病、舌炎、口炎、皮炎的治疗。它可以抑制黑色素颗粒的形成,还可以抑制其向表皮细胞上行至角质层,有效抑制黑色素向角质细胞传递,当有部分黑色素不可避免地达到表层皮肤后,烟酰胺又能通过加速皮肤细胞地更新速度从而促进黑色素细胞脱落。
维生素C是一种水溶性强抗氧化剂,其在体内可以和氧自由基结合发生还原反应,减轻酯类过氧化反应,减少脂质过氧化物的产生,保护SOD等活性,还能阻止黑色素的氧化过程,抑制黑色素形成,通过影响黑色素形成的多个环节如还原黑色素中间体和黑色素聚合物,减少多巴和多巴醌类物质形成,抑制黑色素的产生。
女贞子,性凉,味甘、苦,《中国药典》2010年版记载女贞子具有滋补肝肾、明目乌发的功效,用于肝肾阴虚、眩晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、须发皂白、目暗不明、内热消渴、骨蒸潮热的治疗。《神农本草经》将女贞子列为上品,称其功效为“补中、安五脏、养精神、除百疾、久服肥健、轻身不老”。女贞子具有抗非特异性炎症、抗变态反应性炎症、抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用。红景天苷、酪醇、羟基酪醇、齐墩果酸、熊果素和多糖是其主要活性成分。女贞子对体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能都有增强作用。
五味子,性温,味酸、甘,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心的功效。
白芍,性微寒,味苦、酸,具有平肝止痛、养血调经、敛阴止汗的功效。
党参,性平,味甘,具有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺、养血生津的功效。
黄芪,性微温,味甘,具有补气固表、脱毒排脓、利尿、生肌的功效。
桑寄生,性平,味苦,具有祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎元的功效。
桃仁,性平,味苦、甘,具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:通过添加SOD清除自由基,减少黑色素形成;添加白藜芦醇抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素形成;烟酰胺抑制黑色素颗粒向角质细胞传递、加快皮肤更新速度;维生素C还原黑色素中间体和黑色素聚合物,减少多巴和多巴醌类物质形成 ,多种途径美白肌肤,效果显著,通过添加女贞子、五味子、白芍、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁中药组份,滋补五脏、从根本上补气血,使肌肤白皙富有光泽。溶解时间在18.53-22.60min之间,既可以保证抗氧化剂通过口腔黏膜的吸收时间,又不会时间过久,使用不方便。

制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取SOD、白藜芦醇、烟酰胺、维生素C、五味子、白芍、女贞子、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁、微晶纤维素、甘露醇过100目筛后混匀;
步骤二:制粒,加入淀粉浆制成软材,通过20目筛进行造粒;
步骤三:干燥,干燥温度30℃;

步骤一:称取SOD、白藜芦醇、烟酰胺、维生素C、五味子、白芍、女贞子、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁、微晶纤维素、甘露醇过100目筛后混匀;
步骤二:制粒,加入淀粉浆制成软材,通过20目筛进行造粒;
步骤三:干燥,干燥温度30℃;
步骤四:整粒和压片,整粒后为使含片表面光滑,更易脱模,添加聚乙二醇-4000,混合均匀,送入压片机压片;
美白祛斑实验
实验仪器:Minolta Chromameter CM-700d(日本美能达公司)、Mexameter MX18 皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪(德国 Courage+Khazak公司)。
实验方法:
1. 招募志愿受试者100例。
2. 受试者每天服用实施例六1片。
3. 在服用产品前、第4周、第8周、第12周分别用仪器测量受试者的皮肤状态。皮肤亮度使用Minolta Chromameter(CM-700d)测量皮肤亮度L值,每次平行测量3次,取平均值,将所有志愿受试者的L值再取平均值。皮肤黑色素值用Mexameter MX18测量,每次平行测量3次,取平均值,计算黑色素下降比例,将所有志愿者黑色素下降比例再取平均值。
4.实验结果如图1、2所示。
由实验结果可以看出,本产品能够提亮肤色、减少黑色素的美白效果。
典型案例
从100例实验组中摘其中5例,证明本发明含片疗效。
谭××,女,33岁,患者半年前无明显诱因出现头晕、乏力、食欲减退、神志清醒、精神差、无恶心呕吐、营养较差、表情淡漠、皮肤暗黄,给于实施例六配方含片,一天一片,1g/片,连续服用6个月,经查皮肤L值提升8.7,黑色素下降26.5%,面色红润,精神状态良好。
李××,女,29岁,一年前因流产失血过多,头晕、心悸、失眠多梦、精神不振、气短懒言、面白无华、脉弱,给于实施例六配方含片,一天一片,1g/片,连续服用5个月,经查皮肤L值提升8.5,黑色素下降25.5%,头晕、心悸症状消失,精神状态变好。
张 ××,女,47岁,脾气暴躁,因孩子学习问题,烦躁不寐,舌红苔黄,经量甚多,给于实施例六配方含片,一天一片,1g/片,连续服用4个月,经查皮肤L值提升6.5,黑色素下降19.7%,面色转好。
陈 ××,女,35岁,因工作压力大,同事关系紧张,失眠、心悸、疲倦、肤色暗淡、唇色、指甲颜色淡白、经量减少,给于实施例六配方含片,一天一片,1g/片,连续服用4个月,经查皮肤L值提升8.7,黑色素下降26.8%, 唇色、指甲颜色变红,经量恢复。

Claims (9)
1.一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组份制成:SOD 0.5-1%、白藜芦醇5-10%、烟酰胺5-10%、维生素C 5-10%、女贞子3-5%、五味子3-5%、白芍3-5%、党参3-5%、黄芪3-5%、桑寄生3-5%、桃仁3-5%、淀粉浆10-12%、润滑剂1-2%、微晶纤维素含量10-25%、矫味剂13-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,SOD为从植物中提取的,SOD的酶活为100000U/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,白藜芦醇为从葡萄皮中提取,纯度≥99%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,烟酰胺纯度≥99%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,维生素C≥99%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、聚乙二醇-4000中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,矫味剂为甘露醇、山梨醇、葡萄糖、乳糖中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,制备过程包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取SOD、白藜芦醇、烟酰胺、维生素C、五味子、白芍、女贞子、党参、黄芪、桑寄生、桃仁、微晶纤维素、矫味剂过100目筛后混匀;
步骤二:制粒,加入淀粉浆制成软材,通过20目筛进行造粒;
步骤三:干燥,干燥温度30℃;
步骤四:整粒和压片,整粒后为使含片表面光滑,更易脱模,添加润滑剂,混合均匀,送入压片机压片;
步骤四:灭菌和包装,将片剂在紫外线下照射15min,进行泡罩包装。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有女贞子的补血美白含片,其特征在于,在口中的溶化时间为18.30-22.17min。
