Fig. 1 is a sectional side view showing an internal structure of a vending machine to which a commodity storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The vending machine exemplified herein is for selling goods in a cooled or heated state, and includes a main body cabinet 1, an outer door 2, and an inner door 3.
The main body cabinet 1 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape having an opening on the front surface by appropriately combining a plurality of steel plates, and has a commodity storage container 4 having a heat insulating structure inside. The outer door 2 covers the front opening of the main body cabinet 1, and is provided at one side edge of the main body cabinet 1 so as to be openable and closable. Not shown in the drawing, a display window, a commodity selection button, a bill insertion slot, a coin insertion slot, a return lever, an integrated display, a coin return slot, a commodity take-out slot 2a, and other members necessary for selling commodities are provided on the front surface of the outer door 2. The inner door 3 is a heat-insulating door for covering the front opening of the commodity storage container 4, and is provided at one side edge of the main body cabinet 1 so as to be openable and closable at a position inside the outer door 2. A commodity discharge port 3a for discharging commodities to the outside of the commodity storage box 4 is provided in a lower portion of the inner door 3.
In the vending machine, a chute 5 is provided in the commodity storage container 4, a temperature adjusting unit 6 is provided in a region below the chute 5 (hereinafter also referred to as a "heat exchange region"), and a commodity storage device 10 is provided in a region above the chute 5 (hereinafter also referred to as a "commodity storage region").
The chute 5 is a plate-like member for guiding the commodity discharged from the commodity-accommodating device 10 to the commodity discharge port 3a of the inner door 3, and is provided so as to be inclined downward toward the front side. Not explicitly shown in the drawings, a plurality of vent holes (not shown) for communicating the heat exchange area and the commodity storage area are formed in the chute 5.
The temperature control unit 6 is configured to maintain the internal environment of the commodity storage 4 in a desired temperature state, and includes an evaporator 6a, a heater 6b, and a blower fan 6c of a refrigeration cycle. In the temperature control unit 6, for example, when the blower fan 6c is driven in a state in which the refrigeration cycle is operated, the air cooled in the evaporator 6a is sent upward through the vent hole of the chute 5, and therefore, the commodity storage area can be maintained in a low temperature state. On the other hand, when the blowing fan 6c is driven in a state where the heater 6b is energized, the air heated by the heater 6b is sent upward through the vent hole of the chute 5, and therefore, the commodity storage area can be maintained in a high temperature state. In the figure, not explicitly shown, a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve of the refrigeration cycle are provided in the equipment room 7 outside the commodity storage container 4.
The commodity-housing device 10 is arranged in three rows in the front and rear direction in the illustrated example, and includes a commodity-housing passage 13, and the commodity-housing passage 13 is formed in a zigzag shape in the vertical direction by arranging a passage-constituting member 12 between a pair of left and right base side plates 11, and houses a plurality of commodities in a horizontal posture in the vertical direction inside the commodity-housing passage 13. More specifically, the passage constituting member 12 is appropriately disposed on the front side and the rear side of the commodity-accommodating passage 13 so as to face each other, and is fixed to the base side plate 11.
Further, a baffle plate, not shown, is provided in the passage component 12. The shutter is provided to the passage component 12 so as to be capable of swinging in a manner of moving forward and backward with respect to the commodity-accommodating passage 13. The shutter is urged by a coil spring (not shown) and normally assumes a posture of entering and moving to the commodity-accommodating passage 13. Then, by abutting against the commodity passing through the commodity accommodating passage 13, the flap itself retreats and moves along the zigzag commodity accommodating passage 13 against the biasing force of the coil spring, and the posture of the commodity is corrected.
In the commodity storage device 10, the delivery mechanism 14 is provided below the commodity storage path 13, and the top tray 16 is provided above the commodity storage path 13.
The delivery mechanism 14 functions as follows: by controlling the behavior of the commodities between the passage width regulating plate 15 and the commodity storage passage 13, the commodities are stored in the commodity storage passage 13 in a standby state, and when a delivery instruction is given, the corresponding commodities are delivered to the chute 5 one by one.
The delivery mechanism 14 includes a 1 st step member 14a and a 2 nd step member 14 b. The 1 st step member 14a is disposed swingably so as to be advanced and retreated with respect to the commodity accommodating passage 13, and is moved into the commodity accommodating passage 13 in a standby state to abut on a lowermost commodity and restrict downward movement of the commodity, while being withdrawn from the commodity accommodating passage 13 and allow downward movement of the commodity when a delivery command is given.
The 2 nd step member 14b is swingably disposed so as to advance and retreat with respect to the commodity storage passage 13, retreats from the commodity storage passage 13 in a standby state, and advances to the commodity storage passage 13 when a delivery command is given, thereby coming into contact with the 2 nd commodity from the lowermost position and restricting downward movement of the commodity. Since the delivery mechanism 14 is a conventionally known delivery mechanism, detailed description thereof is omitted.
The top tray 16 is formed by bending a flat plate-shaped metal plate, and is provided between the base side plates 11 so as to be gradually inclined downward from the front toward the rear. The upper surface of the top tray 16 forms a commodity guide path for guiding the commodity, which is inserted through the insertion opening, to the commodity storage path 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the commodity-accommodating device 10 is provided with a passage width adjustment unit 20 for adjusting the passage width of the commodity-accommodating passage 13. The left base side plate 11, which is the base side plate 11 provided on one side by the width adjustment unit 20, is configured to include a movable side plate 21, a slider 22, and a link member 23, as shown in fig. 3 to 5.
The movable side plate 21 is a thin steel plate member processed to match the shape of the commodity storage passage 13, and is a vertically long plate-shaped member that is long in the vertical direction. The movable side plate 21 is disposed so that the back surface faces the left base side plate 11 and the front surface faces the right base side plate 11 which is the other base side plate 11. A recessed receiving portion 211 is formed in a central region of the front surface of the movable side plate 21 in a vertically recessed manner according to the thickness of the slider 22. Both ends 212 of the movable side plate 21, i.e., the front side end and the rear side end, are configured to be bent in a curled shape toward the left in the entire longitudinal direction.
The slider 22 is a vertically long member having a longitudinal direction in the vertical direction, and is a thin steel plate member having a cross section in the shape of japanese kana コ. The slider 22 is configured to integrally mold: a slider base 221 that can be opposed to the bottom portion 211a of the housing 211 of the movable side plate 21; and slider leg portions 222 located at upper and lower end portions of the slider base portion 221 and protruding leftward from the both end portions. A plurality of convex protrusions 221a protruding toward the bottom portion 211a are formed on the slider base 221 by rib processing.
The slider leg 222 penetrates the groove 213 formed in the movable side plate 21 and having a longitudinal direction in the vertical direction from the right to the left, and the slider 22 is housed in the housing portion 211 so as to be able to slide relative to the movable side plate 21 in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the link member 23 has a substantially vertically long flat plate shape, and has a base end shaft portion 2311 and a reinforcing flange 2312 formed on the base end portion 231, while having a tip end shaft portion 2321 formed on the tip end portion 232 having a width smaller than that of the base end portion 231. The base end shaft portion 2311 is formed to protrude forward and rearward with the base end portion of the link member 23 as a base. The reinforcing flange 2312 is formed by bending the front side edge and the rear side edge of the base end portion of the link member 23. The distal end shaft portion 2321 is formed so as to project forward and rearward with the distal end portion of the link member 23 as a base. The link member 23 is appropriately subjected to rib processing.
As shown in fig. 8, the link member 23 is configured such that: the distal end portion 232 is swingable so as to be able to move forward and backward with respect to the commodity-accommodating passage 13 by inserting the proximal end shaft portion 2311 of the proximal end portion 231 into the mounting hole 113 of the mounting piece 112 formed by bending the front side edge portion and the rear side edge portion of the rectangular opening 111 formed in the left base-side plate 11 leftward (outward). Then, by inserting the distal end shaft portion 2321 of the distal end portion 232 into the shaft hole 2221 inserted into the slider leg portion 222 of the groove 213, the link member 23 can move the movable side plate 21 in the left-right direction so as to approach or separate from the base side plate 11, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. Thereby, the passage width of the commodity-accommodating passage 13 can be adjusted by the width adjusting means 20.
As shown in fig. 8, the link member 23 has a base end 231 formed by bending so that only the base end 231 projects outward (leftward) from the rectangular opening 111 formed in the left base side plate 11 when the link member is retracted from the commodity-accommodating passage 13.
According to the commodity housing apparatus 10 having the above-described configuration, since the movable side plate 21 is configured such that the both end portions 212 are bent in a curled shape, the strength can be improved even when the plate material used for the movable side plate 21 is thinned. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
further, since the housing portion 211 formed in the movable side plate 21 is formed in a concave shape along the longitudinal direction of the movable side plate 21 so as to be concave according to the thickness of the slider 22, it is possible to suppress damage to the commodity passing through the commodity housing passage 13 due to the upper end edge portion of the slider 22, the opening edge portion of the housing portion 211, and the like.
according to the commodity housing device 10, since the slider 22 has the convex protrusion 221a formed on the surface of the slider base 221 facing the bottom portion 211a of the housing portion 211, the slider base 221 and the bottom portion 211a do not come into surface contact and thus come into point contact or line contact. This can reduce the frictional resistance when the slider 22 slides relative to the movable side plate 21, and can improve the sliding property. As a result, the passage width of the movable side plate 21 can be smoothly set.
In the above-described commodity housing device 10, since the base end portion 231 is formed in a curved manner such that only the base end portion 231 protrudes outward (leftward) from the rectangular opening 111 formed in the left base side plate 11 when the link member 23 is retracted from the commodity housing passage 13, the rectangular opening 111 formed in the base side plate 11 may be as large as the base end portion 231 of the link member 23 can pass through. As a result, a plurality of rectangular openings 111 can be formed in the base side plate 11 at the attachment positions corresponding to the various link members 23, and as a result, the base side plate 11 can be made universal. Further, since the rectangular opening 111 is formed to have a sufficient size necessary to allow the base end 231 of the link member 23 to pass therethrough, even if a plurality of rectangular openings 111 are formed, long and large long holes are not formed as in the conventional case, and therefore, the strength of the base side plate 11 can be maintained. Therefore, the strength of the base side plate 11 can be maintained and the common use can be achieved.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the commodity-accommodating passage 13 is formed in a meandering shape, but in the present invention, the commodity-accommodating passage may be formed so as to extend in the vertical direction, and may not be formed in a meandering shape.
