The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for managing payment;
it is another object of the present invention to provide a fee payment management system;
it is another object of the present invention to provide a computer apparatus;
it is another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for managing payment, including: receiving a charge payment request sent by a first user for a second user; determining at least one consumption information corresponding to the charge payment request and verifying the at least one consumption information; verifying whether the first user has a proxy authority for making a fee payment request for the second user; and after both items are verified successfully, distributing the payment fee corresponding to the consumption information to the account corresponding to the second user according to the fee payment request.
In the technical scheme, consumption information is verified, and agent authority of the first user is also verified, so that authenticity of user consumption is verified, and agent authority of the first user who makes a fee payment request by an agent is verified, real and reasonable fee can be timely paid, reasonability and management efficiency of fee payment management are improved, time is saved, and labor efficiency is improved.
Specifically, a charge payment request sent by a first user to a second user, that is, a consumption reimbursement of a specific consumer, or a charge payment request, may be sent by another person instead, where the first user is a person who sends the charge payment request, and the second user is a specific consumer; for specific consumers, the study and the familiarity with complicated expense payment programs are not required, and the self-presence is also not required, so that the great time and energy of some high-level managers or workers in other places can be saved; for the first user, the first user repeatedly executes the expense payment request for a long time, is familiar with an expense payment program, can reduce a plurality of unnecessary mistakes or misoperation, and can also proxy a plurality of specific consumers to carry out batch processing on the expense payment request, so that the division of labor in an organization can be more detailed and professional, and the labor efficiency can be greatly improved; determining at least one piece of consumption information corresponding to the expense payment request and verifying the at least one piece of consumption information can prevent expense payment for nonexistent consumption information and avoid property loss; whether the first user has the proxy authority for making the fee payment request for the second user is verified, so that misoperation or cheating can be avoided, and the possibility that the payment fee of the second user is invaded is reduced; and after both items are verified successfully, namely when the consumption information corresponding to the expense payment request is real and the first user has the proxy right to the second user, distributing the payment expense corresponding to the consumption information to an account corresponding to the second user according to the expense payment request, and finishing the expense payment process. It can be understood that the account corresponding to the second user may be a bank account, or may also be a third-party electronic account, such as a wechat wallet, a payment treasurer, and the like. It should be noted that the first user of the agent cannot issue an instruction to change the payment account, so as to ensure the safety of the payment.
It can be understood that there may be multiple pieces of consumption information in one expense payment request, and the second users corresponding to different consumption information may also be different, and since the first user designated for the second user to proxy is independent, that is, there is a possibility of duplication, the first user may perform an expense payment procedure for multiple second users.
In the above technical solution, the method for managing payment further comprises: determining a time difference between a time of receiving a charge payment request of a first user and a time of receiving a charge payment request of a second user; and if the time difference is not greater than the preset time, determining at least one piece of corresponding consumption information according to the fee payment request of the second user.
In the technical scheme, when the time difference between the time of receiving the fee payment request of the second user and the time of receiving the fee payment request of the first user is not more than the preset time, namely the fee payment requests of the second user and the first user are received simultaneously within the preset time, the corresponding at least one piece of consumption information is determined according to the fee payment request of the second user, and the fee payment process is controlled by the second user, so that the safety of payment fee is ensured.
In the above technical solution, the fee payment management method further includes: and after both items are successfully verified, clearing at least one first user corresponding to the second user and the fee payment request of any first user.
In the technical scheme, after the two items of information are verified successfully, namely the consumption information corresponding to the expense payment request is real and the first user really has the proxy right to the second user, the expense payment request of at least one first user and any first user corresponding to the second user is eliminated, only the second user has the right to modify the expense payment process, the possibility that the payment expense of the second user is invaded is reduced, and the safety of the expense payment process is improved.
In any one of the above technical solutions, verifying at least one piece of consumption information specifically includes: determining at least one consumption parameter of the consumption information, and determining the matching degree of each consumption parameter in a consumption system database storing the consumption information; if all the matching degrees are larger than the matching threshold value, the verification is successful, otherwise, the verification fails, wherein the consumption parameters comprise one or the combination of the following: time of consumption, place of consumption, type of consumption.
In the technical solution, at least one piece of consumption information is verified, specifically, at least one consumption parameter of the consumption information is determined, and the matching degree of each consumption parameter is determined in a consumption system database storing the consumption information, it can be understood that the more similar the consumption information is, the higher the matching degree is, and thus the matching degree can be compared with a matching threshold value to verify the consumption information, so the following process is provided: if all the matching degrees are greater than the matching threshold, the consumption information is real, the verification is successful, otherwise, the consumption information is not real enough, and the verification fails. Wherein the consumption information comprises one or a combination of the following: time of consumption, place of consumption, type of consumption. Different consumption characteristics are used for judging different consumption information, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
A technical solution of a second aspect of the present invention provides a fee payment management system, including: a request receiving unit for receiving a charge payment request for a second user issued by a first user; an information verifying unit for determining at least one piece of consumption information corresponding to the charge payment request and verifying the at least one piece of consumption information; an authority verification unit for verifying whether the first user has a proxy authority for making a charge payment request to the second user; and the execution unit is used for distributing the payment expense corresponding to the consumption information to the account corresponding to the second user according to the expense payment request after the two items are successfully verified.
In the technical scheme, consumption information is verified through the information verification unit, and agent authority of the first user is verified through the authority verification unit, so that authenticity of user consumption is verified, agent authority of the first user for an agent to perform a cost payment request is verified, real and reasonable cost can be timely paid, rationality and efficiency of cost payment management are improved, time is saved, and labor efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the request receiving unit receives a fee payment request for a second user sent by a first user, that is, receives a consumption reimbursement of a specific consumer, or the fee payment request may be sent by another person instead, where the first user is a person who sends the fee payment request, and the second user is the specific consumer; for specific consumers, learning and familiarity with the expense payment management system are not required, and the self-presence is also not required, so that the time and the energy of some high-level managers or workers in other places can be greatly saved; for the first user, the expense payment management system is repeatedly used for a long time, the expense payment management system is familiar with the expense payment management system, a plurality of unnecessary mistakes or misoperation can be reduced, and the first user can also act on a plurality of specific consumers or a plurality of second users to carry out batch processing on expense payment requests, so that the division of labor in an organization can be more detailed and professional, and the labor efficiency can be greatly improved; through the information verification unit, at least one piece of consumption information corresponding to the expense payment request is determined and verified, expense payment on nonexistent consumption information can be prevented, and property loss is avoided; whether the first user has the proxy authority for making the fee payment request for the second user is verified through the authority verification unit, so that misoperation or cheating behaviors can be avoided, and the possibility that the payment fee of the second user is invaded is reduced; and after both items are verified successfully, namely the consumption information corresponding to the expense payment request is real and the first user has the proxy right to the second user, distributing the payment expense corresponding to the consumption information to an account corresponding to the second user according to the expense payment request through the execution unit, and finishing the expense payment process. It can be understood that the account corresponding to the second user may be a bank account, or may also be a third-party electronic account, such as a wechat wallet, a payment treasurer, and the like.
