Abstract

本发明涉及一种可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置,包括混合段筒体和SCR载体段筒体,混合段筒体的右端部与SCR载体段筒体的左端部相接;在混合段筒体的右端部具有呈外扩的左锥筒段,在SCR载体段筒体的左端部具有呈外扩的右锥筒段,在左锥筒段与右锥筒段之间设有垫圈,在垫圈内设有支撑筒体,在左锥筒段与右锥筒段的外部设有抱箍;所述抱箍包括左侧抱箍、右侧抱箍、抱箍安装环与抱箍锁紧器,左侧抱箍与右侧抱箍均固定在抱箍安装环的内圆上,在抱箍安装环的外圆上设有抱箍抱紧器。本发明能方便地进行结晶尿素的清理,延长了汽车后处理尿素混合装置的使用寿命,同时降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车后处理尿素混合装置,本发明尤其是涉及一种可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置。
背景技术
随着柴油机排放法规的日益严格,尾气后处理技术是必须采用的技术措施。而SCR能够满足国IV及国V排放标准,SCR的基本原理是通过尿素喷射系统(俗称尿素泵)将32.5%浓度的尿素水溶液雾化后喷入排气管中与发动机尾气混合,尿素水溶液经过热解和水解反应生成氨气(NH3),在催化剂的作用下氨气将柴油机尾气中有害的氮氧化合物(NOx)转化为无害的氮气(N2)和水,发动机尾气处理技术SCR路线的首要任务是使尾气与氨雾充分混合并发生化学反应,同时在进入催化剂前保证足够温度。现有技术中的SCR在处理汽车尾气过程中存在尾气与氨气混合不充分的问题,尿素结晶和转化效率低等问题得不到解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能方便地进行结晶尿素的清理、延长使用寿命、降低使用成本的可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置,包括混合段筒体和SCR载体段筒体,混合段筒体的右端部与SCR载体段筒体的左端部相接,在混合段筒体内固定有混合模块,在SCR载体段筒体内固定有SCR载体;在混合段筒体的右端部具有呈外扩的左锥筒段,在SCR载体段筒体的左端部具有呈外扩的右锥筒段,在左锥筒段与右锥筒段之间设有垫圈,在垫圈内设有支撑筒体,在左锥筒段与右锥筒段的外部设有抱箍;所述抱箍包括左侧抱箍、右侧抱箍、抱箍安装环与抱箍锁紧器,左侧抱箍与右侧抱箍均固定在抱箍安装环的内圆上,左侧抱箍抱紧所述左锥筒段,右侧抱箍抱紧所述右锥筒段,在抱箍安装环的外圆上设有抱箍抱紧器。
所述垫圈的截面形状为梯形。
所述左锥筒段为圆锥形的筒体。
所述右锥筒段为圆锥形的筒体。
本发明能方便地进行结晶尿素的清理,延长了汽车后处理尿素混合装置的使用寿命,同时降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置,包括混合段筒体1和SCR载体段筒体2,混合段筒体1的右端部与SCR载体段筒体2的左端部相接,在混合段筒体1内固定有混合模块,在SCR载体段筒体2内固定有SCR载体;在混合段筒体1的右端部具有呈外扩的左锥筒段11,在SCR载体段筒体2的左端部具有呈外扩的右锥筒段21,在左锥筒段11与右锥筒段21之间设有垫圈3,在垫圈3内设有支撑筒体4,在左锥筒段11与右锥筒段21的外部设有抱箍5;所述抱箍5包括左侧抱箍51、右侧抱箍52、抱箍安装环53与抱箍锁紧器54,左侧抱箍51与右侧抱箍52均固定在抱箍安装环53的内圆上,左侧抱箍51抱紧所述左锥筒段11,右侧抱箍52抱紧所述右锥筒段21,在抱箍安装环53的外圆上设有抱箍抱紧器54。
所述垫圈3的截面形状为梯形。
所述左锥筒段11为圆锥形的筒体。
所述右锥筒段21为圆锥形的筒体。
本发明使用后,当尿素出现结晶、反应失效时,先松开抱箍抱紧器54,将混合段筒体1和SCR载体段筒体2分离,取下垫圈3与支撑筒体4,然后就可以对安装在混合段筒体1内的混合模块进行结晶尿素的清理操作,结晶尿素清理完成后,装上垫圈3与支撑筒体4,再锁紧抱箍抱紧器54,即可完成汽车后处理尿素混合装置的装配,可以继续使用了。
本发明可以方便地进行结晶尿素的清理操作,延长了汽车后处理尿素混合装置的使用寿命,同时降低了使用成本,使反应能继续高效进行。

Claims (4)

1.一种可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置,包括混合段筒体(1)和SCR载体段筒体(2),混合段筒体(1)的右端部与SCR载体段筒体(2)的左端部相接,在混合段筒体(1)内固定有混合模块,在SCR载体段筒体(2)内固定有SCR载体;其特征是:在混合段筒体(1)的右端部具有呈外扩的左锥筒段(11),在SCR载体段筒体(2)的左端部具有呈外扩的右锥筒段(21),在左锥筒段(11)与右锥筒段(21)之间设有垫圈(3),在垫圈(3)内设有支撑筒体(4),在左锥筒段(11)与右锥筒段(21)的外部设有抱箍(5);所述抱箍(5)包括左侧抱箍(51)、右侧抱箍(52)、抱箍安装环(53)与抱箍锁紧器(54),左侧抱箍(51)与右侧抱箍(52)均固定在抱箍安装环(53)的内圆上,左侧抱箍(51)抱紧所述左锥筒段(11),右侧抱箍(52)抱紧所述右锥筒段(21),在抱箍安装环(53)的外圆上设有抱箍抱紧器(54)。
2.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸的汽车后处理尿素混合装置,其特征是:所述垫圈(3)的截面形状为梯形。
