本发明公开了一种抗菌透气水松纸及其生产工艺,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:30%‑55%、芳纶浆粕:30%‑40%、蚕丝:20%‑30%、纤维粘结剂:8%‑15%、表面活性剂:5%‑10%、乳胶:15%‑20%、杀菌剂:5%‑15%和阻燃剂:5%‑8%;通过在生产工艺中添加了杀菌剂,通过活性炭可以有效地精华经过水松纸的空气,而高锰酸钾可以有效地杀灭水松纸上附着的细菌,故而活性炭与高猛酸钾配合可以有效地灭杀水松纸表面和经过水松纸空气的细菌,能够有效地对制完成的水松纸进行杀菌,防止用户在使用时细菌传染;通过在原料中添加了阻燃剂,使得纤维制成的水松纸具有阻燃作用,三氧化二锑与氢氧化镁并用时具有良好的协同效应,大大增加水松纸的阻燃效果,从而避免了用户乱扔烟头造成火灾的情况。

水松纸这种用作滤嘴香烟嘴棒外包装的卷烟包装材料,属特种工业用纸。因外观类似松木纹而得名。水松纸同吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,因此水松纸的印刷油墨和涂层必须要求无毒,符合食品卫生标准,并且具有一定的抗水性和湿强度。按加工工艺的不同,水松纸分为印刷型水松纸和涂布型水松纸两大类。印刷型水松纸采用凹版印刷工艺印刷而成,表面美观,流平性好,技术要求较高,适用于中、高档卷烟;涂布型水松纸采用涂布工艺加工而成,工艺简单,表面图案质量、流平性均较印刷型水松纸差,常用于低档卷烟。
现有的技术存在以下问题:现有技术中水松之不能做到很好的抗菌透气功能,同时最为卷烟使用烟嘴棒外包装使用,没有较好的阻燃性等。

3)上述步骤中得到的浆液C通过冲浆泵混合抽送至纸机的网部脱水成型为湿页纸,湿页纸的干度为1.5~4.0%,再经过若干真空箱组,使得湿页纸干度达到10%~12%,网部脱水成型过程中在线添加阻燃剂;
4)经过网部脱水成型后送入到压榨部,经过第一道压榨、第二道压榨和反压榨进行压榨处理,得到成型滤纸;
4)将上述步骤的成型滤纸放于烘干箱中干燥5-8小时,温度为100-120 摄氏度:
5)烘干后的滤纸经过压光处理后形成成品纸张;
6)将丙烯酸酯乳液和水性增稠剂1%-2%进行混合搅拌均匀,静置14-18 小时,制的水性涂料,再通过模压机对成品纸张进行涂抹水性涂料,湿涂布量为8-10克/平方米;
7)将水松纸原纸贴合在双向拉伸聚丙烯膜的水性涂抹面上,用挤压辊挤压压光后进入烘箱烘至含水量为5%-8%之间,在进行真空镀铝机镀铝后,制得成品水松纸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在生产工艺中添加了杀菌剂,通过活性炭可以有效地精华经过水松纸的空气,而高锰酸钾可以有效地杀灭水松纸上附着的细菌,故而活性炭与高猛酸钾配合可以有效地灭杀水松纸表面和经过水松纸空气的细菌,能够有效地对制完成的水松纸进行杀菌,防止用户在使用时细菌传染。
2、本发明通过在原料中添加了阻燃剂,使得纤维制成的水松纸具有阻燃作用,三氧化二锑与氢氧化镁并用时具有良好的协同效应,大大增加水松纸的阻燃效果,从而避免了用户乱扔烟头造成火灾的情况。
3、本发明在生产工艺中添加了表面活性剂,脂肪酸甘油酯具有无毒高效的特性,而烷基葡糖苷可以大大增加纸张的韧性,从而脂肪酸甘油酯与烷基葡糖苷混合可有效降低过滤纸的表面张力。
4、本发明使用植物纤维、芳纶浆粕、蚕丝等原材料制作水松纸,使得水松纸具有很好韧性的同时具有良好的透气性。

7)将水松纸原纸贴合在双向拉伸聚丙烯膜的水性涂抹面上,用挤压辊挤压压光后进入烘箱烘至含水量为5%-8%之间,在进行真空镀铝机镀铝后,制得成品水松纸。
实施例3
一种抗菌透气水松纸,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:55%、芳纶浆粕: 40%、蚕丝:30%、纤维粘结剂:15%、表面活性剂:10%、乳胶:20%、杀菌剂: 15%、阻燃剂:8%、植物油:8%、冬青油:6%、载银无机广谱抗菌剂:5%、钛白粉:7%、丙烯酸酯乳液:6%、滑石粉:3%、谷氨酸:6%、色浆:3%和铜金粉:5%。
进一步地,纤维粘结剂为三氧化二铝和二氧化硅的混合物。
进一步地,表面活性剂为烷基葡糖苷和聚山梨酯的混合物。
进一步地,杀菌剂为活性炭和硫酸粉的混合物。
进一步地,阻燃剂为三氧化二锑和氢氧化镁的混合物。
一种抗菌透气水松纸及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将植物纤维、芳纶浆粕、蚕丝、纤维粘结剂、杀菌剂放入到水力碎浆机中,通过水力碎浆机进行碎解40-50分钟,得到浆液A;
2)在浆液A中添加表面活化剂和乳胶,然后继续通过水力破碎机进行碎解20-30分钟,得到浆液B;
3)在浆液B内部混入植物油、冬青油进行混合搅拌30-40分钟,当其充分混合均匀后,加入钛白粉、滑石粉、谷氨酸和铜金粉进行进行搅拌,得到浆液C;
3)上述步骤中得到的浆液C通过冲浆泵混合抽送至纸机的网部脱水成型为湿页纸,湿页纸的干度为1.5~4.0%,再经过若干真空箱组,使得湿页纸干度达到10%~12%,网部脱水成型过程中在线添加阻燃剂;
4)经过网部脱水成型后送入到压榨部,经过第一道压榨、第二道压榨和反压榨进行压榨处理,得到成型滤纸;
4)将上述步骤的成型滤纸放于烘干箱中干燥5-8小时,温度为100-120 摄氏度:
5)烘干后的滤纸经过压光处理后形成成品纸张;
6)将丙烯酸酯乳液和水性增稠剂1%-2%进行混合搅拌均匀,静置14-18 小时,制的水性涂料,再通过模压机对成品纸张进行涂抹水性涂料,湿涂布量为8-10克/平方米;
7)将水松纸原纸贴合在双向拉伸聚丙烯膜的水性涂抹面上,用挤压辊挤压压光后进入烘箱烘至含水量为5%-8%之间,在进行真空镀铝机镀铝后,制得成品水松纸。
对比以上实施例制得的抗菌透气水松纸与市面普通水松纸进行质量检测。市面水松纸、实施例1、2和3性能测试结果如下表所示:
其中,对于水松纸的监测一般监测纸张的定量、厚度、耐火性、撕裂度和透气性等特征,通过定量、厚度、耐火性、撕裂度和透气性等特征来判定纸张的质量,采用天平测得各个样品的定重;采用千分尺测量各个样品的厚度;采用火柴燃烧测量各个样品的耐火性;采用撕裂度仪测量各个样品的撕裂度;采用纸张透气度测定仪来测量各个样品的透气性。所用仪器均为本领域常规仪器。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:30%-55%、芳纶浆粕:30%-40%、蚕丝:20%-30%、纤维粘结剂:8%-15%、表面活性剂:5%-10%、乳胶:15%-20%、杀菌剂:5%-15%、阻燃剂:5%-8%、植物油:5%-10%、冬青油:5%-7%、载银无机广谱抗菌剂:4%-6%、钛白粉:6%-8%、丙烯酸酯乳液:5%-7%、滑石粉:2%-4%、谷氨酸:5%-7%、色浆:2%-4%和铜金粉:5%-6%。
2.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:30%、芳纶浆粕:30%、蚕丝:20%、纤维粘结剂:8%、表面活性剂:5%、乳胶:15%、杀菌剂:5%、阻燃剂:5%、植物油:5%、冬青油:5%、载银无机广谱抗菌剂:4%、钛白粉:6%、丙烯酸酯乳液:5%、滑石粉:2%、谷氨酸:5%、色浆:2%和铜金粉:5%。
3.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:40%、芳纶浆粕:35%、蚕丝:25%、纤维粘结剂:11%、表面活性剂:8%、乳胶:13%、杀菌剂:10%、阻燃剂:7%、植物油:10%、冬青油:7%、载银无机广谱抗菌剂:6%、钛白粉:8%、丙烯酸酯乳液:5%、滑石粉:4%、谷氨酸:7%、色浆:4%和铜金粉:6%。
4.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:植物纤维:55%、芳纶浆粕:40%、蚕丝:30%、纤维粘结剂:15%、表面活性剂:10%、乳胶:20%、杀菌剂:15%、阻燃剂:8%、植物油:8%、冬青油:6%、载银无机广谱抗菌剂:5%、钛白粉:7%、丙烯酸酯乳液:6%、滑石粉:3%、谷氨酸:6%、色浆:3%和铜金粉:5%。
5.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于:纤维粘结剂为三氧化二铝或二氧化硅。
6.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于:表面活性剂为烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中一种或者多种混合物。
7.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于:杀菌剂为活性炭、高锰酸钾或硫酸粉中一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权力要求1所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸,其特征在于:阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁中一种或两种混合物。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的一种抗菌透气水松纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将植物纤维、芳纶浆粕、蚕丝、纤维粘结剂、杀菌剂放入到水力碎浆机中,通过水力碎浆机进行碎解40-50分钟,得到浆液A;
2)在浆液A中添加表面活化剂和乳胶,然后继续通过水力破碎机进行碎解20-30分钟,得到浆液B;
3)在浆液B内部混入植物油、冬青油进行混合搅拌30-40分钟,当其充分混合均匀后,加入钛白粉、滑石粉、谷氨酸和铜金粉进行进行搅拌,得到浆液C;
3)上述步骤中得到的浆液C通过冲浆泵混合抽送至纸机的网部脱水成型为湿页纸,湿页纸的干度为1.5~4.0%,再经过若干真空箱组,使得湿页纸干度达到10%~12%,网部脱水成型过程中在线添加阻燃剂;
4)经过网部脱水成型后送入到压榨部,经过第一道压榨、第二道压榨和反压榨进行压榨处理,得到成型滤纸;
4)将上述步骤的成型滤纸放于烘干箱中干燥5-8小时,温度为100-120摄氏度:
5)烘干后的滤纸经过压光处理后形成成品纸张;
6)将丙烯酸酯乳液和水性增稠剂1%-2%进行混合搅拌均匀,静置14-18小时,制的水性涂料,再通过模压机对成品纸张进行涂抹水性涂料,湿涂布量为8-10克/平方米;
7)将水松纸原纸贴合在双向拉伸聚丙烯膜的水性涂抹面上,用挤压辊挤压压光后进入烘箱烘至含水量为5%-8%之间,在进行真空镀铝机镀铝后,制得成品水松纸。
