Abstract
本发明涉及高分子片材技术领域,且公开了一种高分子抗菌防水片材,包括抗菌防水片材,抗菌防水片材由防护外层片材、隔热内层片材和高韧性内层片材组成,抗菌防水片材为复合式高分子片材,且抗菌防水片材的外表面具有抗菌效果;抗菌防水片材是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯等原材料制备而成。该高分子抗菌防水片材,通过以复合式高分子片材为基础,通过多层不同片材的设定,使得高分子片材具备相应的防水、防腐蚀、韧性以及抗菌等优良特性,使得每层片材针对不同特性,然后结合,使得片材具备良好的性能以及使用寿命,且外表面能够有效的实现抗菌效果,完全能够改善片材在日常生活中的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子片材技术领域,具体为一种高分子抗菌防水片材。
背景技术
片材是指以树脂为主要成分,以热稳定剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、抗菌剂、发泡剂、着色剂等添加剂为辅助成分,在加工过程中能流动成型的材料。
现有的高分子片材采用的原料配比不合理,造成片材的防水、防腐蚀、韧性以及抗菌效果较差,直接影响了片材在相应生活中的使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高分子抗菌防水片材,针对现有技术的不足,提高了片材的使用寿命,增加了片材的防水、防腐蚀、韧性以及抗菌等性能优点。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高分子抗菌防水片材,包括抗菌防水片材,所述抗菌防水片材由防护外层片材、隔热内层片材和高韧性内层片材组成,所述抗菌防水片材为复合式高分子片材,且所述抗菌防水片材的外表面具有抗菌效果。
所述抗菌防水片材是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯等原材料制备而成;
所述抗菌防水片材还包括辅助添加剂,其中辅助添加剂包括热稳定剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、抗菌剂、发泡剂、填充剂以及相应色素添加剂;
其中高分子抗菌防水片材的制备过程包括以下操作步骤:
(1)原料的适配
选择相应的辅助添加剂先进行预混合,按照比例选择原材料,把原材料以及辅助添加剂导入混合机中进行混合处理;
(2)产品的制备
将混合好的原材料送入至挤出机入料口处,通过挤出机对原材料进行挤出加工处理,材料挤出后,得到相应的高分子片材毛料;对高分子片材毛料进行压光处理,使其表面平整;压光完成后,把产品进行冷却定型;
(3)完成高分子防水片材的制备
对冷却定型后的产品进行检查,对产品的侧边毛边进行切除修整,使得片材的形状符合出厂规格。
优选的,所述抗菌防水片材由防护外层片材、隔热内层片材和高韧性内层片材组成,所以防护外层片材、隔热内层片材和高韧性内层片材进行通过多层共挤一次完成。
优选的,所述挤出过程中,需要对原材料进行熔融挤出,所述加工温度为160-250℃。
优选的,所述防护外层片材是由聚乙烯、无机抗菌剂搭配辅助添加剂制备而成。
优选的,所述隔热内层片材是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、发泡剂搭配其他辅助添加剂制备而成。
优选的,所述高韧性内层片材是由聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺搭配辅助添加剂制备而成。
优选的,所述抗菌作用,通过把无机抗菌剂混入到塑料的表层的制备中,无机抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
该高分子抗菌防水片材,通过以复合式高分子片材为基础,通过多层不同片材的设定,使得高分子片材具备相应的防水、防腐蚀、韧性以及抗菌等优良特性,使得每层片材针对不同特性,然后结合,使得片材具备良好的性能以及使用寿命,完全能够改善片材在日常生活中的使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种高分子抗菌防水片材,包括抗菌防水片材1,抗菌防水片材1由防护外层片材1-1、隔热内层片材1-2和高韧性内层片材1-3组成,抗菌防水片材1为复合式高分子片材,且抗菌防水片材1的防护外层片材1-1内包含有具有抗菌效果。
抗菌防水片材1是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯等原材料制备而成;
抗菌防水片材1还包括辅助添加剂,其中辅助添加剂包括热稳定剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、发泡剂、填充剂以及相应色素添加剂;
其中高分子抗菌防水片材的制备过程包括以下操作步骤:
(1)原料的适配

抗菌防水片材1由防护外层片材1-1、隔热内层片材1-2和高韧性内层片材1-3组成,所以防护外层片材1-1、隔热内层片材1-2和高韧性内层片材1-3进行通过多层共挤一次完成;防护外层片材1-1是由聚乙烯、无机抗菌剂搭配辅助添加剂制备而成;隔热内层片材1-2是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、发泡剂搭配其他辅助添加剂制备而成;高韧性内层片材1-3是由聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺搭配辅助添加剂制备而成。

Claims (4)
1.一种高分子抗菌防水片材,包括抗菌防水片材(1),其特征在于:所述抗菌防水片材
(1)由防护外层片材(1-1)、隔热内层片材(1-2)和高韧性内层片材(1-3)组成,所述抗菌防水片材(1)为复合式高分子片材,且所述抗菌防水片材(1)的外表面具有抗菌效果;
所述抗菌防水片材(1)是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯制备而成;
所述抗菌防水片材(1)还包括辅助添加剂,其中辅助添加剂包括热稳定剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、抗菌剂、发泡剂、填充剂以及相应色素添加剂;所述防护外层片材(1-1)是由聚乙烯、无机抗菌剂搭配辅助添加剂制备而成;所述隔热内层片材(1-2)是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、发泡剂搭配其他辅助添加剂制备而成;所述高韧性内层片材(1-3)是由聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺搭配辅助添加剂制备而成;
其中高分子抗菌防水片材的制备过程包括以下操作步骤:
(1)原料的适配
选择相应的辅助添加剂先进行预混合,按照比例选择原材料,把原材料以及辅助添加剂导入混合机中进行混合处理;
(2)产品的制备
将混合好的原材料送入至挤出机入料口处,通过挤出机对原材料进行挤出加工处理,材料挤出后,得到相应的高分子片材毛料;对高分子片材毛料进行压光处理,使其表面平整;压光完成后,把产品进行冷却定型;
(3)完成高分子防水片材的制备
对冷却定型后的产品进行检查,对产品的侧边毛边进行切除修整,使得片材的形状符合出厂规格。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子抗菌防水片材,其特征在于:所述抗菌防水片材(1)由防护外层片材(1-1)、隔热内层片材(1-2)和高韧性内层片材(1-3)组成,所以防护外层片材(1-1)、隔热内层片材(1-2)和高韧性内层片材(1-3)进行通过多层共挤一次完成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子抗菌防水片材,其特征在于:所述挤出过程中,需要对原材料进行熔融挤出,所述加工温度为160-250℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子抗菌防水片材,其特征在于:所述抗菌效果,通过把无机抗菌剂混入到塑料的表层的制备中,无机抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂。
