a fiber cloth station 16 corresponds to a fiber cloth compressing mechanism 17, the fiber cloth station 16, the fiber cloth compressing mechanism 17 and the guiding mechanism are longitudinally arranged, the conveyor belt is transversely arranged, the fiber cloth and the attached film 12 move leftwards along with the conveyor belt, a fiber cloth soaking mechanism 20, a fiber cloth cutting mechanism 19, a resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15 and an attached film cutting mechanism 14 are sequentially arranged at the upper relative position of the conveyor belt, and the attached film mechanism 2 is arranged at the lower part of the prepreg conveying mechanism 22.
In the specific implementation, a control system and an operation panel can be installed, firstly, the operation panel is operated by the control system of the equipment, setting and storing are carried out according to the technical parameters of the needed prepreg, then, whether the content of the mixture sprayed by the resin mixing and spraying mechanism meets the design requirements is detected manually, and setting and detecting of the parameters of the different resin contents of different fiber cloths are carried out according to the same method.
The operating system mainly has three operation modes, wherein a manual mode is used for parameter setting and product parameter detection; the preset mode is mainly used for setting and storing basic parameters of the product, such as the width of the fiber cloth, the required product length, the resin content of the fiber cloth per square meter and the like; the automatic mode is used only for spraying and infiltration of the product, the fiber cloth station 16 can place three different fiber cloths at a time, and store 12 different product parameters.
After the parameter setting is finished, performing routine detection on the machine, such as: pressure detection, mixing ratio of the resin curing agent, etc., and if everything is normal, the next work is performed.
Selecting a certain station of the fiber cloth station 16 and correspondingly selecting a certain mechanism of the fiber cloth pressing mechanism 17; and the length of the required product is input on the control surface, and the functions of the vacuum adsorption mechanism 21, the adhesive film cutting mechanism 14, the fiber cloth cutting mechanism 19 and the like are selected, namely the preselected function in the automatic fiber cloth mode.
After all preparation work is completed, starting a resin and curing agent pump, wherein the resin and curing agent pump pumps the resin and the curing agent into static mixing pipes in the resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15 respectively from different barrels according to fixed proportions, and the resin and the curing agent are fully mixed in the static mixing pipes; starting a conveyor belt and a vacuum adsorption device, enabling the conveyor belt to move leftwards, placing one end of an adhesive film 12 on an adhesive film coiled material supporting station 10 at the right end of the conveyor belt, and enabling the adhesive film 12 to be adsorbed on the upper surface of the conveyor belt by the vacuum adsorption device and move leftwards along with the conveyor belt; when the adhesive film 12 moves to the lower part of the resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15, the mixture in the static mixing tube is just sprayed downwards along the glue spraying needle, and the sliding block of the resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15 relatively changes along with the conveyor belt while spraying, so that the sprayed mixture is ensured to vertically and uniformly cover the adhesive film 12; the resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15 works, and simultaneously, the fiber cloth station driving motor 13 is started, and according to the setting of one fiber cloth pressing mechanism 17, the fiber cloth on the corresponding fiber cloth station 16 is downwards conveyed through the fiber cloth guiding mechanism 18, falls on the adhesive film 12 fully coated with the mixture after passing through the fiber cloth guiding mechanism 18, and moves leftwards along with the adhesive film 12; when the adhesive film 12 and the fiber cloth pass through the fiber cloth soaking mechanism 20, the adhesive film 12 and the fiber cloth are pressed by the pressing roller, when the soaking fiber cloth distance reaches the set requirement, the adhesive film cutting mechanism 14 and the fiber cloth cutting mechanism 19 are sequentially started, the adhesive film 12 and the fiber cloth are cut off, the resin mixing and spraying mechanism 15 is matched with the cut adhesive film 12 and the fiber cloth to timely stop spraying the mixture, the soaked fiber cloth is sent out from the left side of the conveyor belt, and all the mechanisms repeat the processes to continuously finish production.

Claims (5)

1.A full-automatic dipping machine for wet prepreg is characterized in that: the device comprises a main body frame (1), wherein the main body frame (1) is provided with an equipment adjustable anchor bolt (9), a fiber cloth station (16), a fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17), a resin mixing and spraying mechanism (15), an adhesive film cutting mechanism (14), an adhesive film attaching mechanism (2), a fiber cloth guiding mechanism (18), a fiber cloth cutting mechanism (19), a fiber cloth soaking mechanism (20), a vacuum adsorption mechanism (21) and a resin and curing agent pumping mechanism (25); the fiber cloth station (16) comprises a fiber cloth roller rotationally connected with the main body frame (1), the fiber cloth is wound on the outer side of the fiber cloth roller, and three fiber cloth stations (16) which have the same structure and are correspondingly arranged up and down are arranged on the main body frame (1); the fiber cloth compressing mechanism (17) comprises a lower compressing roller which is rotationally connected with the main body frame (1) through a bearing, an upper compressing roller is arranged at the opposite position of the upper part of the lower compressing roller, and three fiber cloth compressing mechanisms (17) which have the same structure and are correspondingly arranged up and down are arranged on the main body frame (1); the fiber cloth guiding mechanism (18) comprises two bellmouths positioned at the upper part of the conveyor belt; the fiber cloth cutting mechanism (19) comprises a longitudinal cylinder with a sliding block at the bottom and a pressing device during cutting, a circular blade matched with the position of the fiber cloth is arranged on the sliding block, and the circular blade longitudinally cuts off the fiber cloth through the longitudinal movement of the cylinder; the resin mixing and spraying mechanism (15) comprises a cross sliding table and a sliding block, wherein the cross sliding table is longitudinally arranged, the sliding block is arranged on the cross sliding table and moves in two directions in the stroke of the cross sliding table, a static mixing pipe provided with a curing agent quick connector (24) and a resin quick connector (24) is fixed on the sliding block, and a glue spraying needle is arranged at the lower part of the static mixing pipe; the attached film cutting mechanism (14) is provided with a blade perpendicular to the object to be cut, and the position of the blade is matched with the object to be cut; the film attaching mechanism (2) comprises a film attaching coiled material supporting station (10) wound with an attaching film (12); the structure of the attached film coiled material supporting station (10) is the same as that of the fiber cloth station (16); the prepreg conveying mechanism (22) comprises a conveyor belt and a vacuum adsorption mechanism (21) arranged between the conveyor belt and the lower layer; a resin and curing agent pumping mechanism (25) is arranged in the main body frame (1), and the resin and curing agent pumping mechanism (25) comprises a resin storage barrel (23) and a curing agent storage barrel (11) which are both provided with a quick connector (24); the main body frame (1) is provided with a fiber cloth station driving motor (13), the main body frame (1) is provided with a control system, and a resin and curing agent pumping mechanism (25), a prepreg conveying mechanism (22), a resin mixing and spraying mechanism (15), a fiber cloth soaking mechanism (20), an adhesive film cutting mechanism (14), a fiber cloth cutting mechanism (19), the fiber cloth station driving motor (13), a fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17) and a vacuum adsorption mechanism (21) are all electrically connected with the control system; the fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17) comprises an upper pressing roller, wherein the left end and the right end of the upper pressing roller are respectively provided with an adjusting rod which is rotationally connected with the main body frame (1), the two ends of the upper pressing roller are respectively rotationally connected with the adjusting rods, the upper part of the adjusting rods is provided with adjusting rod cylinders which are matched with the adjusting rods, the adjusting rod cylinders push the adjusting rods to rotate, gaps between the lower pressing roller and the upper pressing roller are arranged, the size of the gaps is adjusted according to the thickness of the fiber cloth at corresponding stations, and the gaps between the lower pressing roller and the upper pressing roller are adjusted through the adjusting rod cylinders; a plurality of fiber cloth stations (16) can be used for simultaneously placing fiber cloths with various models and sizes.

A fully automatic wet prepreg dispenser according to claim 1, wherein: the fiber cloth station (16) is provided with a fiber cloth roller, two ends of the fiber cloth roller are erected on the upper part in the middle of two follow-up bearings which are rotationally connected with the main body frame (1) and are simultaneously contacted with the two follow-up bearings, the tops of the opposite positions of the two ends of the fiber cloth roller are contacted with a pressing rod, one end of the pressing rod is rotationally connected with the main body frame (1), the upper part of the pressing rod is provided with a pressing rod adjusting bolt connected with the main body frame (1), and the pressing rod adjusting bolt is contacted with the top of the pressing rod;
The main body frame (1) is provided with a fiber cloth guide mechanism (18), the fiber cloth guide mechanism (18) comprises a plurality of iron plates which play a role in guiding fiber cloth, the positions of the iron plates are matched with each other, the iron plates are positioned at the lower parts of the fiber cloth station (16) and the fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17), and guide plates made of thin iron plates are arranged between the bell mouth and the fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17) and between the fiber cloth pressing mechanism (17) and the fiber cloth station (16);
the main body frame (1) is provided with a resin mixing and spraying mechanism (15) comprising a cross sliding table, and a conveyor belt with an adhesion film (12) is adsorbed on the lower part of the spraying needle corresponding to the top surface;
An attached film cutting mechanism (14) is arranged on the main body frame (1), the attached film cutting mechanism (14) comprises a longitudinal cylinder with a sliding block at the bottom, a blade is arranged on the sliding block, the sliding block is provided with a cylinder, an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece, the positions of the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece are matched with the cut object, a gap between the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece is arranged, and the gap between the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece is matched with the thickness of the attached film (12);
