Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, automobiles, especially private cars, are gradually popularized in a plurality of families. When a user of the automobile drives the automobile, paint on the outer wall of the automobile is scratched unintentionally and accidentally, so that the overall attractiveness of the automobile is affected.

Based on the fact that the overall height of the existing automobile paint spraying robot is usually larger than that of an ordinary vehicle, and for some vehicle outer walls which are higher than a paint nozzle of the automobile paint spraying robot, paint spraying operation cannot be achieved through the automobile paint spraying robot.
In addition, since the automobile paint spraying robot is provided with a large volume, the whole paint spray booth is enlarged, and the floor space cost is remarkably increased for a maintenance shop or an automobile 4S shop built in a city center.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a small-sized painting apparatus for automobiles, which is provided to be capable of being adapted to paint vehicles having various volumes and heights.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a small painting apparatus which is small in size but capable of painting a vehicle having a large size.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a small car painting apparatus which is much smaller in volume than a car paint painting robot of the related art, thereby reducing the area of a parcel occupied by the whole painting booth and thus reducing the cost of a maintenance shop or an automobile 4S shop.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a small car painting apparatus, wherein the small car painting apparatus forms at least one paint spray opening, wherein the small car painting apparatus is capable of adjusting a relative position between an outer wall of a vehicle to be painted and the paint spray opening of the small car painting apparatus with multiple degrees of freedom, thereby making the small car painting apparatus suitable for painting various outer walls of cars.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a small car painting apparatus in which a relative distance between a paint spray nozzle of the small car painting apparatus with respect to an outer wall of the small car painting apparatus can be adjusted according to a predetermined condition, thereby adjusting a painting area formed on the outer wall of a vehicle with paint by the small car painting apparatus.
To achieve at least one of the above objects, the present invention provides a small-sized painting apparatus, wherein the small-sized painting apparatus includes:
A frame rail, wherein the frame rail includes a transverse rail;
an operating arm, wherein the operating arm is slidably positionable on the transverse rail;
A paint spray gun, wherein said paint spray gun is secured to a bottom end of said operating arm; and

The basic principles of the invention, as defined in the following description, may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the present disclosure, the terms "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in an orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings for ease of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or components must be constructed and operated in a particular orientation and thus are not to be considered limiting.
A small car painting apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4 of the accompanying drawings, wherein the small car painting apparatus 100 includes an operating arm 10, a frame beam 20, and a rotation support base 30. The frame beam 20 forms a cross rail 21 above the rotation support base 30, and the operation arm 10 is slidably positioned on the cross rail 21.
Further, the car spray painting apparatus 100 further includes a paint spray gun 40, wherein the paint spray gun 40 is provided to the operation arm 10. The paint spray gun 40 defines a spray opening 401. The paint spray gun 40 may be in communication with at least one paint reservoir 50 such that the paint spray gun 40 is capable of spraying paint from the paint reservoir 50 from above down onto a vehicle 500 to be sprayed on the rotating support base 30 beneath the operating arm 10.
In the present invention, the operation arm 10 is provided as a multi-degree-of-freedom adjustable mechanical arm 20, and the paint spraying opening 401 formed by the paint spray gun 40 is provided at the lower end of the operation arm 10, so that the height of the paint spraying opening 401 relative to the vehicle 500 to be painted is changed when the operation arm 10 is adjusted, thereby enabling the paint spraying area formed on the vehicle 500 to be painted by the paint spray gun 40 to be adjusted when the vehicle 500 to be painted is painted.
Specifically, the robot arm 10 includes at least one slide base 11, at least one joint 12, and a driving unit 13. The slide base 11 is slidably mounted to the cross rail 21 of the frame member 20. The tip of the joint 12 is rotatably attached to the slide base 11. It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that, since the operating arm 10 is slidable on the transverse rail 21 formed by the frame beam 20, the relative position of the painting opening 401 with respect to the vehicle 500 to be painted in the transverse direction can also be adjusted, so that the paint spray gun 40 can perform painting operations on different positions of the outer wall of the vehicle 500.
The frame beams 20 further form a pair of vertical support bars 22, wherein the transverse rails 21 are disposed at the top ends of a pair of the vertical support discs 22. Preferably, the vertical support rod 22 is configured as a lifting rod, so that the height of the transverse guide rail 21 can be adjusted accordingly by lifting and lowering the vertical support rod 22, so that the relative distance between the paint spray gun 40 disposed on the transverse guide rail 21 and the vehicle 500 to be sprayed carried on the support plate 31 can be adjusted, and the spraying area formed by the paint spray gun 40 on the vehicle 500 to be sprayed can be adjusted. A pair of the vertical support rods 22 are provided to be lifted and lowered in synchronization.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the vertical support bar 22 may be implemented as a telescopic mechanism formed of hydraulic cylinders.
Further, the rotary support base 30 is used for carrying the vehicle 500 to be painted. The rotary supporting base 30 is arranged below the transverse guide rail 21, so that when the position of the outer wall of the vehicle 500 to be painted, which needs to be painted, cannot be painted by adjusting the relative position of the paint spraying opening 401 with respect to the vehicle 500 to be painted in the transverse direction, the vehicle 500 to be painted can be rotated to adjust the orientation of the position of the outer wall of the vehicle 500 to be painted, which needs to be painted, so that paint can be painted on the position of the outer wall of the vehicle 500 to be painted.
Specifically, the rotary supporting base 30 includes a supporting plate 31, a rotating shaft 32 and a driving motor 33, wherein the supporting plate 31 is rotatably mounted on the top end of the rotating shaft 32, and the rotating shaft 32 is drivably connected to the driving motor 33. Preferably, in the present invention, the support plate 31 is provided as a circular disk, wherein the axis of the circular disk is disposed through the midpoint of the transverse rail 21 formed by the frame beam 20. Thus, the vehicle 500 to be painted is adapted to the robot arm 20 being controlled to adjust its position on the cross beam 20 after stopping on the supporting disc 31.
Preferably, the compact vehicle painting installation further comprises a paint booth 60, wherein the paint booth 60 forms a sealable paint booth 601. The operating arm 10, the rotating support base 30 and the paint spray gun 40 are all disposed in the spray booth 601. When the vehicle 500 to be painted needs to be painted, the vehicle 500 is firstly opened into the painting booth 601, and then the painting booth 601 is closed to prevent toxic and harmful gas generated during painting from escaping.
Further, the compact car painting apparatus further includes a controller 70. The operating arm 10, the rotating support base 30, and the paint spray gun 40 are all electrically connected to the controller 70.
Specifically, when the vehicle 500 to be painted needs to be painted, the vehicle 500 to be painted is first parked on the rotary support base 30. When the controller 70 is turned on, the operating arm 10, the vertical support bar 22 of the frame beam 20 and the rotary support base 30 are automatically adjusted according to a set program so that the painting opening 401 of the paint spray gun 40 is aligned with a position on the vehicle 500 to be painted, where the paint is to be painted. 1. A compact painting apparatus, wherein the compact painting apparatus comprises:
A frame rail, wherein the frame rail includes a transverse rail;
An operating arm, wherein the operating arm is slidably positionable on the transverse rail;
A paint spray gun, wherein said paint spray gun is secured to a bottom end of said operating arm; and
And the rotary support base is arranged below the cross beam and is used for bearing a vehicle to be sprayed.
2. The compact painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the frame beam includes a pair of vertical support bars, wherein both ends of the cross rail are respectively disposed at top ends of the pair of vertical support bars.
3. The small paint spraying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the vertical support rods are provided as elevating rods which are elevated in synchronization.
4. the compact spray painting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the robot arm includes a slide base, at least one joint, and a driving unit, wherein the slide base is slidably mounted to the cross rail of the frame beam, wherein a tip end of the joint is rotatably mounted to the slide base, and wherein the paint spray gun is mounted to the other end of the joint.
5. the compact spray painting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rotary support base includes a support plate, a rotary shaft, and a driving motor, wherein the support plate is disposed below the lateral guide rail, wherein the support plate is rotatably mounted on a top end of the rotary shaft, wherein the rotary shaft is drivably connected to the driving motor.
6. The compact spray painting apparatus of claim 5, said support tray being configured as a disc, wherein an axis of said disc is disposed through a midpoint of said transverse rail formed by said frame beam.
7. The compact spray painting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a paint booth, wherein the paint booth forms a sealable spray booth, and the operation arm, the rotation support base, and the paint spray gun are disposed at the spray booth.
8. The compact spray painting apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a controller to which the operating arm and the rotatable support base are controllably connected in a dynamically adjustable manner such that the relative position of the vehicle to be painted on the support base prior to the paint spray gun being secured to the operating arm is automatically adjusted.
