背景技术
蚊虫是重要的传染病媒介这一,蚊子不但吸吮人体血液、扰人安宁,而且还携带着多种致病微生物,比如登革热、丝虫病、疟疾等,严重危害人类安全健康。根据有关文献报道,全球每年死于由蚊子传染的疾病人数达到100万人。使用蚊虫驱避剂驱赶蚊子,是解决蚊子传播疾病问题的一种有效手段。因此在蚊虫防止上,人们对驱避剂的使用日趋广泛。
优良的蚊虫驱避剂应具备以下特点:高效、广谱、长效的驱避效果,毒性低,使用时对人体不产生刺激性反应,性质稳定等。随着社会的进步,人们对于驱蚊产品的需求将会日趋增加,随之对驱蚊产品的要求也会相应提高。然而,只能提供3到4小时的实际有效保护时间的驱蚊花露水等产品占据着绝大部分的驱蚊产品市场,不能有效地长时间保护消费者的安全健康。

(1)A相:往反应容器中,加入预先分散的卡波姆940/U21,再加入EDTA-2Na,而后搅拌几分钟进行分散,再浸泡5min,以200r/min的转速机械搅拌至均匀,搅拌时间5min,得到A相;
(2)B相:向反应容器中,加入PVP固体,再加入PEG 400及1,2-丙二醇,浸泡10min,机械搅拌至澄清没有颗粒状态,分散均匀,搅拌时间20min,搅拌速度210r/min,再加入避蚊胺/驱蚊酯/埃卡瑞丁和K 350,机械搅拌均匀,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度210r/min;
(3)另取小反应容器,加入D-泛醇,依次加入红没药醇、生育酚、桉叶油和冬青油各,再加入香茅醇,最后加入RH 40和无水乙醇使其溶解制备得到C相,搅拌均匀完全溶解后,加入到B相中;
(4)机械搅拌中,将BC相混合物逐渐倒入A相中,搅拌至无白色絮状物,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度200r/min;
(5)边机械搅拌,速度缓慢增至700r/min,边逐渐滴入三乙醇胺中和形成凝胶,搅拌时间为20min。
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明的驱蚊凝胶,当避蚊胺/驱蚊酯/埃卡瑞丁成分达到7.5%时即能达到国家标准的A级,有效驱避时间能达到6h以上,相较于市面上现有的有效驱避时间仅为3-4h的驱蚊花露水等驱蚊产品,本发明的驱蚊功效大大增强;2、原料来源广泛,廉价易得,且均对人体无害,可大规模推广使用。

(4)机械搅拌中,将BC相混合物逐渐倒入A相中,搅拌至无白色絮状物,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度200r/min;

一种驱蚊凝胶,包括以下百分比的组分:
A相:卡波姆940/U21 1%

B相:PVP(K30) 1.5%

1,2-丙二醇 15%
避蚊胺 5%
K 350 0.2%
C相:RH 40 3%
无水乙醇 10%
香茅醇 0.05%
红没药醇 0.05%
生育酚 0.05%
冬青油 0.05%
桉叶油 0.05%
D-泛醇 0.05%
D相:三乙醇胺 0.8%
上述一种驱蚊凝胶的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)A相:往反应容器中,加入预先分散的卡波姆940/U21,再加入EDTA-2Na分散,而后搅拌几分钟进行分散,再浸泡5min,以200r/min的转速机械搅拌至均匀,搅拌时间5min,得到A相;
(2)B相:向反应容器中,加入PVP固体,再加入PEG 400及1,2-丙二醇,浸泡10min,机械搅拌至澄清没有颗粒状态,分散均匀,搅拌时间20min,搅拌速度210r/min,再加入避蚊胺和K 350,机械搅拌均匀,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度210r/min;
(3)另取小反应容器,加入D-泛醇,依次加入红没药醇、生育酚、桉叶油和冬青油各,再加入香茅醇,最后加入RH 40和无水乙醇使其溶解制备得到C相,搅拌均匀完全溶解后,加入到B相中;
(4)机械搅拌中,将BC相混合物逐渐倒入A相中,搅拌至无白色絮状物,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度200r/min;
(5)边机械搅拌,速度缓慢增至700r/min,边逐渐滴入三乙醇胺中和形成凝胶,搅拌时间为20min。
将上述实施例1-3、对比例1以及含12.5%驱蚊酯(IR3535)的驱蚊花露水进行驱蚊测试,测试过程如下:选择4名及以上测试人员(男女人数均等,并且在试验前和试验期间不能饮用酒或茶,不能使用香水、香精等的产品),在受试人员双手手背上各标记出5cm×5cm的受试皮肤面积,其中一只手手背上按1.5mg/cm2(膏状驱避剂)的剂量均匀涂敷待测的长效驱蚊凝胶,暴露其中的4cm×4cm皮肤,剩余部分皮肤使用衣物等材料严密遮蔽,另一只手为空白对照。在涂敷受试样品两小时后,将手伸入攻击力力试验合格的蚊虫笼中2分钟,观察期间有无蚊虫前来停落在受试皮肤上吸血。之后每间隔1h进行一次测试,测试期间只要有一只蚊虫停落吸血即判为受试物失效。记录受试物的有效保护时间(h)。每次进行测试前对照手先做对照测试,当试虫的攻击力合格后方可继续进行试验,如若试虫攻击力不合格则更换攻击力合格试虫继续进行试验;有效保护时间的计算:将受试物对4名及以上受试者的有效保护时间相加,取其平均数(保留1位小数)作为该药剂的有效保护时间(h)。
驱蚊测试结果如下:实施例1中的驱蚊凝胶的有效保护时间为6.8h,实施例2中的驱蚊凝胶的有效保护时间为8h,实施例3中的驱蚊凝胶的有效保护时间为9.3h,对比例1中的驱蚊凝胶的有效保护时间为5.8h,含12.5%驱蚊酯(IR3535)的驱蚊花露水(由广州百好博提供)的有效保护时间为5.2h,驱蚊凝胶在有效成分达到7.5%时即能达到国家标准的A级。

1. 一种驱蚊凝胶,其特征在于,包括以下百分比的组分:
A相:卡波姆940/U21 0.8-1.2%
去离子水 43.4-43.8%
EDTA-2Na 0.08-0.12%
B相:PVP(K30) 1.3-1.7%
PEG 400 15-19%
1,2-丙二醇 14-16%
避蚊胺/驱蚊酯/埃卡瑞丁 7.5-8.5%
K 350 0.1-0.3%
C相:RH 40 2-4%
无水乙醇 9-11%
香茅醇 0.04-0.06%
红没药醇 0.04-0.06%
生育酚 0.04-0.06%
冬青油 0.04-0.06%
桉叶油 0.04-0.06%
D-泛醇 0.04-0.06%
D相:三乙醇胺 0.7-0.9%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊凝胶,其特征在于,包括以下百分比的组分:
A相:卡波姆940/U21 1%
去离子水 43.6%
EDTA-2Na 0.1%

3.一种驱蚊凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)A相:往反应容器中,加入预先分散的卡波姆940/U21,再加入EDTA-2Na,而后搅拌几分钟进行分散,再浸泡5min,以200r/min的转速机械搅拌至均匀,搅拌时间5min,得到A相;
(2)B相:向反应容器中,加入PVP固体,再加入PEG 400及1,2-丙二醇,浸泡10min,机械搅拌至澄清没有颗粒状态,分散均匀,搅拌时间20min,搅拌速度210r/min,再加入避蚊胺/驱蚊酯/埃卡瑞丁和K 350,机械搅拌均匀,搅拌时间5min,搅拌速度210r/min;
(3)另取小反应容器,加入D-泛醇,依次加入红没药醇、生育酚、桉叶油和冬青油各,再加入香茅醇,最后加入RH 40和无水乙醇使其溶解制备得到C相,搅拌均匀完全溶解后,加入到B相中;
