1. An intelligent electric appliance control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of establishing a resident list, a voiceprint feature library and an electrical appliance list in advance, associating resident accounts in the resident list with voiceprints in the voiceprint feature library in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and establishing a correspondence relationship between the resident accounts and intelligent electrical appliances in the electrical appliance list one by one, wherein the correspondence relationship comprises the following steps: enabling control and disabling control;
receiving and recognizing a first voice instruction sent by a resident, extracting a target electrical appliance and an operation instruction in the first voice instruction, and recognizing the identity of the resident according to the first voice instruction and the voiceprint feature library;
judging whether the resident has the control authority of the target electrical appliance according to the pre-established corresponding relation, if so, controlling the target electrical appliance according to the first voice instruction;
the steps of receiving and recognizing a first voice instruction sent by a resident, extracting a target electrical appliance and an operation instruction in the first voice instruction, and recognizing the identity of the resident according to the first voice instruction and the voiceprint feature library further comprise:
traversing a historical instruction database, judging whether the historical instruction database stores the historical instruction which is the same as the received first voice instruction, if not, identifying the first voice instruction, and storing the first voice instruction to the historical instruction database;
the step of traversing the historical instruction database, judging whether the historical instruction database stores the historical instruction which is the same as the received first voice instruction, if not, identifying the first voice instruction, and storing the first voice instruction in the historical instruction database further comprises the following steps:
if the historical instruction database stores the historical instruction which is the same as the first voice instruction, prompting the user to input the voice instruction again, receiving a second voice instruction sent by the user, judging whether the second voice instruction is the same as the first voice instruction or not, and if so, confirming that the first voice instruction and the second voice instruction are recording.

The intelligent electric appliance control method according to claim 1, wherein before or after the step of pre-establishing a household list, a voiceprint feature library and an electric appliance list, associating household accounts in the household list with voiceprints in the voiceprint feature library in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and establishing a correspondence relationship between the household accounts and intelligent electric appliances in the electric appliance list one by one, the method further comprises the steps of: a historical instruction database for storing voice instructions is established in advance.

The intelligent electric appliance control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of traversing the historical instruction database, determining whether the historical instruction database stores the same historical instruction as the received first voice instruction, and if not, identifying the first voice instruction, and storing the first voice instruction in the historical instruction database further comprises: and if the historical instruction database stores the historical instruction which is the same as the first voice instruction, accumulating the recording times of the historical instruction by one.

and playing the searched historical commands one by one according to the sequence of the recorded times from top to bottom, and inquiring whether the resident controls the target electric appliance according to the played historical commands until a confirmation command of the resident is received.
5. The intelligent electric appliance control method according to claim 4, wherein the historical command database further records the time of storing the voice command each time;
the step of playing the searched historical commands one by one according to the sequence of the recorded times from top to bottom and inquiring whether the resident controls the target electric appliance according to the played historical commands until the resident confirmation command is received is specifically as follows: and acquiring the current time, judging whether the record time of the searched historical instruction has the historical instruction which is the same as the current time, if so, playing the historical instruction, otherwise, playing the searched historical instructions one by one according to the sequence of the record times from top to bottom, and inquiring whether the resident controls the target electric appliance according to the played historical instruction until receiving a confirmation instruction of the resident.

The intelligent electrical appliance control method according to claim 1, wherein the correspondence further comprises: controlling the priority; the steps of receiving and recognizing a first voice instruction sent by the resident, extracting a target electrical appliance and an operation instruction in the first voice instruction, and recognizing the identity of the resident according to the first voice instruction and the voiceprint feature library further comprise: receiving and identifying a third voice instruction sent by the resident while receiving the first voice instruction, extracting a target electrical appliance and an operation instruction in the third voice instruction, and identifying the identity of the resident according to the third voice instruction and the voiceprint feature library;
the step of judging whether the resident possesses the control authority of the target electrical appliance according to the pre-established corresponding relation, if so, controlling the target electrical appliance according to the first voice command further comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the household corresponding to the third voice instruction has the control authority of the target electrical appliance or not according to the pre-established corresponding relation, if so, continuously judging whether the target electrical appliances extracted from the first voice instruction and the third voice instruction are the same or not, if so, comparing the control priorities of the household corresponding to the first voice instruction and the household corresponding to the third voice instruction on the target electrical appliance, and controlling the target electrical appliance according to the voice instruction corresponding to the household with higher control priority.

An intelligent appliance control system comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and wherein the one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors comprise instructions for performing the intelligent appliance control method of any one of claims 1-6.
8. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the intelligent appliance control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
