Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, and when the voice command issued by the user and the function block controlled by the previous voice command belong to the same function block of the equipment within a certain time interval, the user can omit the awakening word control equipment, thereby improving the user experience.
According to the embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner corresponding to the voice control device is also provided. The air conditioner may include: the voice control device described above.
In an alternative embodiment, the present invention provides a voice control method without a wakeup word, which is applicable to some specific scenarios where the voice command is received from the previous command, or the voice command and the previous command belong to the same type of command, that is, the command and the previous command control the same device function block. Alternatively, if the time interval exceeds a preset threshold, the user cannot control the device without the wake-up word.

Claims (15)

1. A voice control method, comprising:
acquiring a current voice instruction, and acquiring a time interval between the current voice instruction and a previous voice instruction;
determining whether the time interval exceeds a preset threshold;
if the time interval does not exceed the preset threshold, determining whether the control functions of the current voice instruction and the previous voice instruction are the same, including: analyzing the pre-control operation of the current voice instruction; determining a current function block of the equipment to be controlled pre-controlled by the current voice instruction according to the pre-control action; determining whether the current function block and a function block controlled by a previous voice instruction are the same function block; if the current function block and the function block controlled by the last voice instruction are the same function block, determining that the control functions of the current voice instruction and the last voice instruction are the same;
and if the current voice instruction has the same control function as the last voice instruction, omitting the current voice awakening word and executing the current voice instruction according to the control function.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the current voice instruction comprises:
acquiring a current voice instruction acquired by a voice acquisition module;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the voice acquisition module is arranged on any one of the side of the equipment to be reminded, the environment of the equipment to be reminded and the client side; and/or, the voice acquisition module comprises: a microphone.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein obtaining the time interval between the current voice command and the last voice command comprises:
acquiring a time interval acquired by a time recording module;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the time recording module is arranged on any one of the side of the equipment to be reminded, the environment to which the equipment to be reminded belongs and the client.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the current voice command is subjected to the previous voice command in the same functional block, or the current voice command and the previous voice command are of the same type of control command.
5. The method of any one of claims 1, 2, and 4, further comprising:
acquiring voice data, and recording voice content and acquisition time of the voice data; the voice data includes: voice wake-up words and/or voice instructions;
determining whether the voice data is executed by a device to be controlled;
if the voice data is executed by the equipment to be controlled, marking a function block of the equipment to be controlled, which is pre-controlled by the voice instruction in the voice data, in the recorded voice content;
or, if the voice data is not executed by the device to be controlled, deleting the record of the voice data.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
acquiring voice data, and recording voice content and acquisition time of the voice data; the voice data includes: voice wake-up words and/or voice instructions;
determining whether the voice data is executed by a device to be controlled;
if the voice data is executed by the equipment to be controlled, marking a function block of the equipment to be controlled, which is pre-controlled by the voice instruction in the voice data, in the recorded voice content;
or, if the voice data is not executed by the device to be controlled, deleting the record of the voice data.
7. A voice control apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a current voice instruction and acquiring a time interval between the current voice instruction and a previous voice instruction;
a control unit for determining whether the time interval exceeds a preset threshold;
the control unit is further configured to determine whether the control functions of the current voice instruction and the previous voice instruction are the same if the time interval does not exceed the preset threshold, including: analyzing the pre-control operation of the current voice instruction; determining a current function block of the equipment to be controlled pre-controlled by the current voice instruction according to the pre-control action; determining whether the current function block and a function block controlled by a previous voice instruction are the same function block; if the current function block and the function block controlled by the last voice instruction are the same function block, determining that the control functions of the current voice instruction and the last voice instruction are the same;
and the control unit is also used for omitting the current voice awakening word and executing the current voice instruction according to the control function if the control function of the current voice instruction is the same as that of the last voice instruction.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining unit obtains the current voice instruction, including:
acquiring a current voice instruction acquired by a voice acquisition module;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the voice acquisition module is arranged on any one of the side of the equipment to be reminded, the environment of the equipment to be reminded and the client side; and/or, the voice acquisition module comprises: a microphone.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the obtaining unit obtains the time interval between the current voice command and the last voice command, and comprises:
acquiring a time interval acquired by a time recording module;

10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the current voice command is subjected to the previous voice command in the same functional block, or the current voice command and the previous voice command are of the same type of control command.
11. The apparatus of any one of claims 7, 8, and 10, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring voice data and recording the voice content and acquisition time of the voice data; the voice data includes: voice wake-up words and/or voice instructions;
the control unit is further used for determining whether the voice data is executed by the equipment to be controlled;
the control unit is further configured to mark, in the recorded voice content, a function block of the device to be controlled, which is pre-controlled by the voice instruction in the voice data, if the voice data is executed by the device to be controlled;
or, the control unit is further configured to delete the record of the voice data if the voice data is not executed by the device to be controlled.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring voice data and recording the voice content and acquisition time of the voice data; the voice data includes: voice wake-up words and/or voice instructions;
the control unit is further used for determining whether the voice data is executed by the equipment to be controlled;
the control unit is further configured to mark, in the recorded voice content, a function block of the device to be controlled, which is pre-controlled by the voice instruction in the voice data, if the voice data is executed by the device to be controlled;
or, the control unit is further configured to delete the record of the voice data if the voice data is not executed by the device to be controlled.
13. An air conditioner, comprising: a speech-controlled apparatus according to any one of claims 7-12.
14. A storage medium having a plurality of instructions stored therein; the plurality of instructions for being loaded by a processor and for performing the voice control method of any of claims 1-6.
15. An air conditioner, comprising:
a processor for executing a plurality of instructions;
a memory to store a plurality of instructions;
wherein the instructions are for storage by the memory and for loading and execution by the processor of the voice control method of any of claims 1-6.
