As shown in fig. 1 to 3, at least two guide rails 2 are provided, and therefore, the horizontal expansion links 41 located on the same floor can be used to set up the attachment plates 5. When the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 are spaced apart by a certain distance, a gap between the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 may affect the safety of construction, and therefore, in order to ensure the safety, the attachment strap 5 may be erected between the horizontal telescopic rods 41 located on the same layer, so that the attachment strap 5 is connected between the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2, and the gap between the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 is filled. The attachment strap 5 may be a known structure, and is horizontally laid on the horizontal telescopic rod 41.
Thus, the attached lifting scaffold of the invention is formed: be equipped with telescopic link 4 between support body 1 and the guide rail 2, through the flexible volume of control telescopic link 4, steerable support body 1 is for the tilt state of guide rail 2 to support body 1 can keep the horizontality when making the slope of guide rail 2, and can control support body 1 and guide rail 2 parallel when climbing, makes support body 1 be on a parallel with the building wall body and climbs.
When the attached lifting scaffold works, the attached lifting scaffold comprises the following steps:
and S1, attaching the rack body 1 and the guide rail 2 to a building, so that the vertical keel 111 of the rack body 1 is relatively parallel to the guide rail 2. In the step, an anti-falling wall-attached support 3 is installed on a building wall, and then the guide rail 2 and the anti-falling wall-attached support 3 are connected together, so that the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 are attached to the building wall. Before climbing, the telescopic rod 4 is controlled to be in a default state, so that the frame body 1 is parallel to the guide rail 2, in other words, the vertical keel 111 of the frame body 1 is parallel to the guide rail 2.
When the frame body 1 is parallel to the guide rail 2, the climbing device can be prepared to be attached to a wall for climbing:
and S2, lifting the frame body 1 by using the power lifting device 6 arranged on the frame body 1, so that the frame body 1 attaches to a wall to climb. The steps and principles of using the power lifting device 6 to make the frame body 1 climb on the wall can refer to the prior art. In this process, the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 are kept in a parallel state, in other words, the vertical keel 111 of the frame body 1 is parallel to the guide rail 2. In this step, if the building wall is inclined, the guide rail 2 and the vertical keel 111 of the frame body 1 are inclined with respect to the horizontal plane; if the building wall is vertical, the guide rail 2 and the vertical keel 111 of the frame body 1 are vertical to the horizontal plane.
S3, after the shelf body 1 climbs to the target height, detecting whether the shelf body 1 is horizontal or not by using the horizontal sensor; whether the frame body 1 is horizontal or not means whether the walkway plate and the vertical cross bar 121 are horizontal or not.
When support body 1 is horizontal, the vertical fossil fragments 111 and the guide rail 2 of support body 1 are vertical state, and this shows that the building wall body that attaches the wall and climb is vertical state, at this moment, just need not to control telescopic link 4 flexible, alright guarantee support body 1's level, directly is used for subsequent construction operation.
When the frame body 1 is not horizontal, the vertical keel 111 and the guide rail 2 of the frame body 1 are in an inclined state, which means that the building wall body climbing along with the wall is an inclined wall surface. After the frame body 1 climbs to the target height, the next step is carried out:
s4, controlling the telescopic rod 4 to stretch and retract, so that the vertical keel 111 of the frame body 1 inclines relative to the guide rail 2 to ensure that the vertical cross rod 121 of the frame body 1 is horizontal. For the invention, the guide rail 2 is always kept parallel to the building wall, therefore, when the frame body 1 is not horizontal, the telescopic rod 4 is controlled to stretch by the control device, the state of the frame body 1 is adjusted, and the frame body 1 can be ensured to be horizontal, thereby being used for subsequent construction operation.
When support body 1 level, guide rail 2 slope, for the security of guaranteeing the construction, can lay attachment strap 5 on the horizontal telescopic rod 41, in order to connect support body 1 and guide rail 2 avoid the clearance between support body 1 and the guide rail 2 to cause the potential safety hazard.
After the frame body 1 is horizontal, the worker can carry out normal construction operation. When needing to be lifted, the frame body 1 can be relatively parallel to the guide rail 2 by controlling the telescopic amount of the telescopic rod 4, so that the frame body 1 and the guide rail 2 can be lifted in parallel to the wall surface of a building, and the climbing stability can be ensured. After climbing, the frame body 1 in construction can be ensured to be in a horizontal state by controlling the telescopic amount of the telescopic rod 4, so that the construction safety is ensured. Since the expansion amount of the expansion link 4 is automatically controlled by the control device according to the detection state of the level sensor, the attached lifting scaffold of the present invention can be applied to both vertical building walls and inclined building walls, and can be adapted to climb and adjust the wall characteristics in a self-adaptive manner, and thus, can be applied to the construction of buildings having conventional vertical walls and also to the construction of buildings having a change in inclination.
While the invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, and the above components may be replaced with similar or equivalent elements known to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention.
