Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to an attached scaffold for buildings.
Background
In order to meet the requirement of high-altitude operation, an operation platform is required to be adopted in main body construction, and a traditional mode is a floor type steel pipe scaffold or an overhanging type steel pipe scaffold. If adopt traditional overhanging type scaffold, will face that lease cost is higher, the construction progress is slow and there is great potential safety hazard. The traditional overhanging scaffold is not more than 20m in height, needs to be re-erected every 20m, and has the condition of multiple overhanging. Moreover, the scaffold is long in building and dismantling time, occupies critical line time, and has a large influence on the construction period; the labor and material investment is large, and the construction cost is high.
The adverse factors are comprehensively considered, and in order to improve the construction efficiency, save the cost, shorten the construction period and obtain better economic benefit and environmental benefit, the all-steel attached construction lifting platform is adopted in the process. The attached lifting scaffold is an outer scaffold which is erected at a certain height, attached to an engineering structure, capable of climbing or descending layer by layer along with the engineering structure by virtue of self lifting equipment and devices and provided with an anti-overturning and anti-falling device; the main structure of the anti-falling device comprises a frame body structure, an attached support, an anti-falling device, a falling-preventing device, a lifting mechanism, a control device and the like.
The conventional attached lifting scaffold has the advantages that the attached support is of an integrated fixing structure, one end of the attached support is fixed to a building wall, the other end of the attached support is structurally connected with a scaffold body, the structure is fixed, and the applicability and the flexibility are weak.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical background, the invention provides the attached scaffold for the building, and the attached support structure of the scaffold is adjustable, flexible to operate, capable of being repeatedly recycled and universal.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an attached scaffold for buildings comprises an attached support, wherein the attached support comprises a base, a telescopic base and an inclined strut; one end of the base is used for being fixed on a building wall, and the other end of the base is telescopically connected with one end of the telescopic base and is locked and fixed through a locking piece; the other end of the telescopic base body is used for being connected with the frame body structure; one end of the inclined strut is hinged with the base, the other end of the inclined strut is hinged with a connecting piece, and the connecting piece is used for being connected with the frame body structure; the telescopic directions of the base and the telescopic base body and the axial direction of the inclined stay bar are positioned in the same plane.
In the invention, the base and the telescopic base body are connected to be used as one side (planned to be named as OA) of the triangle, and the base and the telescopic base body are connected by adopting a lockable telescopic connecting structure, namely, the telescopic structures of the base and the telescopic base body are adjusted according to the actual use requirement, so that the integral length of the base and the telescopic base body is increased or reduced, and the effect of increasing or reducing the side length of the OA is achieved. The diagonal brace is designed to serve as the other side OB of the triangle, one end of the diagonal brace is hinged to the base, a hinged connection point of the diagonal brace and the base serves as a fixed point O, and the included angle AOB between the two sides of the triangle is equivalent to adjustable. When the telescopic seat is used, the free end of the telescopic seat body is connected with the vertical rod of the frame body structure (the connection point is A), the free end of the inclined strut is connected with the vertical rod of the frame body structure (the connection point is B), and the rod section of the vertical rod of the frame body structure connected with the attached support is named AB, namely the other side of the triangle. The invention can be suitable for different environment conditions, such as different requirements based on the design of the outer pipe of the outer wall of the building, and the distance between the frame structure and the building wall surface has certain difference. On the other hand, after the attachment manufacturing of the invention is connected with the vertical rod of the frame structure, a stable triangular supporting structure can be formed, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the connection between the frame structure and the building wall surface; and the preferred design is on the vertical direction of montant, and B point lies in A point top, receives the whole decurrent gravity action of support body structure, can increase the frictional resistance of diagonal brace and montant junction department, further exerts the supplementary additional strengthening of diagonal brace, improves the structure steadiness.
Preferably, the base comprises a bottom plate and two side plates, the plate surfaces of the two side plates are oppositely arranged in parallel and are vertically arranged on the plate surface of one side of the bottom plate, and the base is integrally of a U-shaped structure; the telescopic base body comprises a connecting plate and two adjusting side plates, the plate surfaces of the two adjusting side plates are oppositely arranged in parallel and are vertically arranged on one side plate surface of the connecting plate, and the telescopic base body is integrally in a U-shaped structure; the two adjusting side plates are embedded between the two side plates, and the outer side plate surfaces of the two adjusting side plates, which are back to each other, are correspondingly attached to the inner side plate surfaces of the two side plates in a sliding manner and are locked and fixed through the locking parts.
Preferably, the opposite plate surfaces of the two side plates are provided with sliding grooves, and the extending direction of the sliding grooves is the same as the relative sliding direction of the base and the telescopic base; reinforcing ribs are arranged on the back surfaces of the two adjusting side plates, and the reinforcing ribs are embedded into the sliding grooves to slide relatively.
The side plate and the adjusting side plate are connected with the reinforcing rib in a sliding manner through sliding, so that a certain guiding and positioning effect is achieved; simultaneously, in the spout on will adjusting the strengthening rib embedding curb plate on the curb plate, can increase area of contact and resistance between them, improve the stability that both connect.
Further preferably, all be equipped with at least twice spout on two curb plates face in opposite directions, all be equipped with at least twice strengthening rib on two face of adjusting the curb plate dorsad.
Further preferably, the locking piece adopts a bolt assembly, and the adjusting side plate and the side plate are detachably connected through the bolt assembly.

The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an attached scaffold for building, including attaching support 1, attaching support 1 includes base 101, flexible pedestal 102 and diagonal brace 103, and the concrete structure is as follows:
one end of the base 101 is used for being fixed on a building wall, and the other end of the base is telescopically connected with one end of the telescopic base 102 and is locked and fixed through a locking piece; the other end of the telescopic base 102 is used for connecting with a frame structure; one end of the diagonal brace 103 is hinged with the base 101, and the other end is hinged with a connecting piece which is used for connecting with the frame body structure; the extending and retracting directions of the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 and the axial direction of the diagonal brace 103 are in the same plane.
In the invention, the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 are connected to form one side of a triangle (to be named as OA), and the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 are connected by adopting a lockable telescopic connection structure, i.e. the telescopic structures of the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 are adjusted according to actual use requirements, so that the overall length of the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 is increased or reduced, and the effect of increasing or reducing the side length of OA is achieved. The diagonal brace is designed to serve as the other side OB of the triangle, one end of the diagonal brace is hinged to the base 101, the hinged connection point of the diagonal brace and the base 101 serves as a fixed point O, and the included angle AOB between the two sides of the triangle is equal to the adjustable size. When the telescopic seat body is used, the free end of the telescopic seat body 102 is connected with the vertical rod of the frame body structure (the connection point is A), the free end of the diagonal rod is connected with the vertical rod of the frame body structure (the connection point is B), and the rod section of the vertical rod of the frame body structure connected with the attached support 1 is named as AB, namely the other side of the triangle. The invention can be suitable for different environment conditions, such as different requirements based on the design of the outer pipe of the outer wall of the building, and the distance between the frame structure and the building wall surface has certain difference.
On the other hand, after the attachment manufacturing of the invention is connected with the vertical rod of the frame structure, a stable triangular supporting structure can be formed, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the connection between the frame structure and the building wall surface; and the preferred design is on the vertical direction of montant, and B point lies in A point top, receives the whole decurrent gravity action of support body structure, can increase the frictional resistance of diagonal brace and montant junction department, further exerts the supplementary additional strengthening of diagonal brace, improves the structure steadiness.
In addition, the base 101 and the telescopic base 102 may be of a solid structure or a frame structure.
Example 2
The improvement is further realized on the basis of the embodiment 1, the base 101 comprises a bottom plate 1011 and two side plates 1012, the plate surfaces of the two side plates 1012 are oppositely arranged in parallel and are vertically arranged on the plate surface of one side of the bottom plate 1011, the base 101 is integrally in a U-shaped structure or a similar U-shaped structure, and the bottom plate 1011 is provided with a through hole, so that the bottom plate 1011 is conveniently connected with the wall surface of a building through an expansion bolt; the telescopic base 102 comprises a connecting plate 1021 and two adjusting side plates 1022, the plate surfaces of the two adjusting side plates 1022 are oppositely arranged in parallel and are vertically arranged on one side plate surface of the connecting plate 1021, the whole telescopic base 102 is of a U-shaped structure or a U-shaped structure, and a mounting hole or a clamping piece can be arranged on the connecting plate 1021 for connecting with a vertical rod of a frame structure; the two adjusting side plates 1022 are embedded between the two side plates 1021, and the outer side plate surfaces of the two adjusting side plates 1022 facing away from each other and the inner side plate surfaces of the two side plates 1012 facing inwards are correspondingly attached and slidably connected and are locked and fixed through locking members.
The opposite plate surfaces of the two side plates 1012 are both provided with a chute 1013, and the extending direction of the chute 1013 is the same as the relative sliding direction of the base 101 and the telescopic base 102; the plate surfaces of the two adjusting side plates 1022 facing away are respectively provided with a reinforcing rib 1023, and the reinforcing ribs 1023 are embedded into the sliding grooves 1013 to slide relatively. At least two chutes 1013 are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two side plates 1012, and at least two reinforcing ribs 1023 are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two adjusting side plates 1022.
The side plate 1012 and the adjusting side plate 1022 are connected with the reinforcing rib 1023 in a sliding way through the slide 1013, and a certain guiding and positioning effect is achieved; meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs 1023 on the adjusting side plate 1022 are embedded into the sliding grooves 1013 on the side plate, so that the contact area and resistance of the two can be increased, and the connection stability of the two is improved.
The locking member is a bolt assembly, and the adjusting side plate 1022 and the adjusting side plate 1012 are detachably connected through the bolt assembly. If a T-shaped groove is designed on the side plate 1012, a corresponding strip-shaped through hole is formed in the adjusting side plate 1022, so that the head of the bolt is embedded into the T-shaped groove and slides, and the rod of the bolt extends out of the T-shaped groove and then passes through the strip-shaped through hole to be locked and fixed by a nut.
Example 3
The improvement is further improved on the basis of the embodiment 2, and the connecting piece adopts a hoop. The base 101 is connected with a building wall through expansion bolts; the scaffolding furthermore comprises a frame structure 2.
