Description

Microemulsion containing acaricide, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional dosage form applied in the field of textiles, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a microemulsion containing acaricide, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
with the development of society, people have long demanded not only the cold-shielding body but also the fashion and beauty. Higher requirements are provided for the functionality of clothes and home textile fabrics, such as convenience (easy washing, quick drying, no fading, no ironing, shrink prevention and the like), comfort (soft aptamer, moisture absorption and sweat release, skin-friendly and breathable), protection and health care (ultraviolet resistance, antibiosis, antistatic property, deodorization, insect prevention) and the like. For example, the traditional synthetic fiber fabric only has the common performances of some fiber materials, but the other performances such as environmental protection, hygroscopicity, antibiosis, ultraviolet resistance, radiation protection and the like are very deficient, and the traditional film only has the common performances of the common film, but the performances such as mite prevention, antibiosis, environmental protection, ultraviolet resistance, infrared transmission and the like are deficient.
disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a microemulsion containing acaricide, which is applied to the field of textiles, and also provides a preparation method of the microemulsion. In addition, the invention also provides application of the microemulsion in controlling mites in textiles.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention relates to a microemulsion containing acaricide, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-30% of acaricide, 10-20% of surfactant, 3-10% of stabilizer and 2-5% of antifreezing agent.
Further, the surfactant is selected from one or more of lecithin, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, tween 80 and high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
Further, the surfactant comprises lecithin, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and higher fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether in a mass ratio of 1:2: 2.
Further, the stabilizer is selected from one or more of pentaerythritol, sorbitol and mannitol.
Further, the stabilizer comprises pentaerythritol, sorbitol and mannitol in a mass ratio of 3:1: 1.
Further, the antifreezing agent is selected from one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, hexanediol, urea and ammonium sulfate.
The preparation method of the microemulsion containing the acaricide comprises the following steps: (1) adding active ingredients and a surfactant into the reaction kettle, stirring at normal temperature, wherein the stirring speed is 5000-; (2) adding a stabilizing agent, an antifreezing agent and water into the reaction kettle, stirring at normal temperature, wherein the stirring speed is 5000-; (3) and (3) feeding the mixture obtained in the step (2) into a high-speed stirring tank, stirring at 2000-3000 r/min, and stirring for 5-10h to obtain the acaricide microemulsion.
The microemulsion containing the acaricide is used for preventing and controlling mites in textiles.
Has the advantages that: (1) because the particle of the invention is only 1-2 μm, the product appearance is similar to transparent or micro-transparent liquid, therefore, when diluting and using, the microemulsion containing acaricide has extremely high dispersion degree, can reach the micronization degree, has good dispersion in water, and can be stably added into textile fabrics; (2) the microemulsion containing the acaricide has simple preparation method and can well realize industrial production.
