Detailed Description
in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments. Examples 1-3 are the preparation of moisture-absorbing, quick-drying sportswear fabrics; example 4 is a comparative example.
example 1
The embodiment is to prepare the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sportswear fabric, which comprises the following processing steps:
1) Bamboo fiber treatment: the bamboo fiber used in the embodiment is preferably Lyocell bamboo fiber, and the single fiber strength of the Lyocell bamboo fiber is close to that of terylene, so that the Lyocell bamboo fiber is suitable for being used as a fabric of sports wear. Because the Lyocell bamboo fiber is bamboo pulp fiber, the surface of the Lyocell bamboo fiber is smooth, and the Lyocell bamboo fiber contains a certain amount of impurities, has large initial modulus, and is not beneficial to blending with other fibers. It therefore needs to be handled first: firstly, soaking bamboo fibers in a complex enzyme solution with the pH value of 6-7 for enzyme treatment, wherein the bath ratio is 1:50, the treatment temperature is 65-70 ℃, and the treatment time is 60-70 min; then, taking out and washing the glass substrate for 2-3 times by using hot water at the temperature of 50-60 ℃; washing with cold water for 3 times; and finally, putting the mixture into a drying oven for drying for later use.
In this embodiment, the concentration of the complex enzyme solution for treating Lyocell bamboo fibers is preferably 2 g/L. The complex enzyme solution comprises pectinase, alpha-amylase and acid cellulase in a weight ratio of 1:1: 1. The pectinase, alpha-amylase and acid cellulase are preferably those produced by Novoxin (China) Biotech Co.
2) modification of polyester fiber: the polyester fiber has good crease resistance and shape retention, high strength and elastic recovery capability, is firm and durable, has crease resistance, is easy to iron, does not stick hair, and is a preferred material for sportswear. But the moisture absorption and air permeability effects are not good, so that the fabric material of the sportswear needs to be modified to obtain more ideal fabric materials. This example is the modification of a polyester melt by adding a sericin hygroscopic material to the melt. The sericin moisture absorption material is obtained by polymerizing sericin, a monomer and an initiator under the action of a cross-linking agent by adopting a solution polymerization method. The preferred monomer for this example is Acrylic Acid (AA), the initiator is Ammonium Persulfate (APS), and the crosslinker is N, N' -Methylenebisacrylamide (MBA). In the step of modifying the polyester fiber, the addition amount of the sericin moisture absorption material is 5-10% of the weight of the polyester melt, and after uniform stirring, spinning is carried out to obtain the modified polyester fiber for later use.
3) Spinning warp yarns: blending 42 parts of the Lyocell bamboo fiber, 1 part of hemp fiber, 8 parts of chitin fiber and 0.5 part of silver fiber which are treated in the step 1) according to the parts by weight to obtain warp for later use.
4) And (3) weft spinning: blending 25 parts of the modified polyester fiber prepared in the step 2), 15 parts of jade fiber, 5 parts of coolmax fiber produced by DuPont and 2 parts of aloe fiber in parts by weight to obtain weft for later use.
5) Weaving: interweaving the warp spun in the step 3) and the weft spun in the step 4) to obtain the sportswear initial fabric, wherein the yarn counts of the warp and the weft of the fabric are preferably 36S.
6) Washing, shrinking and softening: soaking and washing the primarily finished fabric of the sportswear obtained in the step 5) in hot water at 65 ℃, wherein the weight ratio of the hot water to the fabric is 25:1, and the washing time is 15-20 min, so that the fabric is shrunk and washed; then cooling the water to 45-50 ℃, adding a softening agent, soaking for 20-30 min, and then washing for 10-15 min to soften the water, wherein the softening agent is an ester quaternary ammonium salt softening agent; then rinsing with clean water, dehydrating and drying.
7) Ironing and shaping: ironing and shaping the sportswear fabric subjected to washing, shrinking and softening in the step 6) at 125-130 ℃ to obtain the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sportswear fabric.
Example 2
This example also prepares a moisture-absorbing, quick-drying sportswear fabric. The warp is obtained by blending 48 parts of Lyocell bamboo fiber, 15 parts of hemp fiber, 10 parts of chitin fiber and 1 part of silver fiber according to parts by weight. The weft is obtained by blending 30 parts of modified polyester fiber, 18 parts of jade fiber, 10 parts of coolmax fiber and 5 parts of aloe fiber in parts by weight. The remaining steps were the same as in example 1.
example 3
the warp of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sportswear fabric is obtained by blending 45 parts by weight of Lyocell bamboo fiber, 14 parts by weight of hemp fiber, 9 parts by weight of chitin fiber and 0.8 part by weight of silver fiber, and the weft of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sportswear fabric is obtained by blending 28 parts by weight of modified polyester fiber, 16 parts by weight of jade fiber, 8 parts by weight of coolmax fiber and 3 parts by weight of aloe fiber. The remaining steps were the same as in example 1.
Example 4
In this example, the related performance of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sportswear fabric prepared in examples 1 to 3 was examined.
The moisture absorption rate, air permeability, drying speed, antistatic ability and bacteriostatic effect of the moisture absorption and quick-drying sportswear fabric prepared in the embodiment 1-3 and the common sportswear fabric purchased in the market are respectively tested. Wherein, the drying speed of the fabric is tested by adopting a heating plate method, the temperature of the metal plate is stabilized at 37 +/-1 ℃, the air flow on the verification plate is 1.5 +/-0.5 m/s, the test area is 2cm2, the liquid taking amount in the test is 1ml, and the drying time is measured. The test results of this example are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 detection results of antibacterial, antistatic and related performances of fabric
