Abstract
本发明公开了一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,包括离型膜、有机压感胶、PET基材,所述离型膜的底壁上涂覆有离型剂,所述PET基材的顶壁上涂覆有第一抗静电剂,所述PET基材的底壁上涂覆有第二抗静电剂,所述离型膜的顶壁上涂覆有第三抗静电剂。本方案的保护膜通过在PET基材的顶壁涂覆第一抗静电剂,在PET基材的底壁涂覆第二抗静电剂,进而使得保护膜具有双层防静电的功能,同时在离型膜的顶壁涂覆第三抗静电剂,使得离型膜的上表面同样具有防静电的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜。
背景技术
手机、平板电脑等电子产品在携带和使用的过程中,电子产品的玻璃基材表面容易受到一些化学物质的接触性污染或者指甲等磨痕划伤,为保护上述电子产品的玻璃基材表面,通常需要在其表面贴附保护膜来使之免受损伤和污染。
现有的保护膜一般是由离型膜和PET基材组成,实际使用的过程中保护膜一般具有如下的缺点:使用时保护膜的表面容易产生静电,因此保护膜贴附在电子产品的玻璃基材表面时所产生的静电会对电子产品造成损坏,此外,现有技术中也存在具有防静电功能的保护膜,但是现有的防静电保护膜一般只有胶层或者膜层防静电,即只能实现单面防静电的效果,然而在离型膜的表面以及在将离型膜撕开时,同样也会产生静电,因此需要对现有的保护膜进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种 PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,包括离型膜、有机压感胶、PET 基材,所述离型膜的底壁上涂覆有离型剂,所述PET基材的顶壁上涂覆有第一抗静电剂,所述PET基材的底壁上涂覆有第二抗静电剂,所述离型膜的顶壁上涂覆有第三抗静电剂。
优选地,所述离型膜以PET或PE为基材。
优选地,所述有机压感胶为热融胶或亚克力胶。
优选地,所述第一抗静电剂、第二抗静电剂、第三抗静电剂的材质相同。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本方案的保护膜通过在PET基材的顶壁涂覆第一抗静电剂,在 PET基材的底壁涂覆第二抗静电剂,进而使得保护膜具有双层防静电的功能,同时在离型膜的顶壁涂覆第三抗静电剂,使得离型膜的上表面同样具有防静电的功能。

参照图1,一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,包括离型膜1、有机压感胶2、PET基材3,离型膜1的底壁上涂覆有离型剂4,PET基材3的顶壁上涂覆有第一抗静电剂5,PET基材3的底壁上涂覆有第二抗静电剂6,离型膜1的顶壁上涂覆有第三抗静电剂7。
离型膜1以PET或PE为基材。
离型膜1的厚度可为35微米。
有机压感胶2为热融胶或亚克力胶。
有机压感胶2的厚度可为25微米。
第一抗静电剂5、第二抗静电剂6、第三抗静电剂7的材质相同。
第一抗静电剂5和第二抗静电剂6的厚度可为25微米、第三抗静电剂7的厚度可为15微米。
本发明中,通过在PET基材3的顶壁涂覆第一抗静电剂5,在PET 基材3的底壁涂覆第二抗静电剂6,进而使得保护膜具有双层防静电的功能,同时在离型膜1的顶壁涂覆第三抗静电剂7,使得离型膜1 的上表面同样具有防静电的功能。

1.一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,包括离型膜(1)、有机压感胶(2)、PET基材(3),其特征在于,所述离型膜(1)的底壁上涂覆有离型剂(4),所述PET基材(3)的顶壁上涂覆有第一抗静电剂(5),所述PET基材(3)的底壁上涂覆有第二抗静电剂(6),所述离型膜(1)的顶壁上涂覆有第三抗静电剂(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜(1)以PET或PE为基材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述有机压感胶(2)为热融胶或亚克力胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET双层防静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一抗静电剂(5)、第二抗静电剂(6)、第三抗静电剂(7)的材质相同。
