The inflation bag 40 is formed into a bag shape that is contracted into a sheet shape by being inflated by supplying air to the inside and by being discharged with the supplied gas. In the present embodiment, the inflation bag 40 is provided in a portion on the seat width direction outer side between the main portion 42 of the seat back pad 36 and the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38. Further, an inflation bag 40 is provided at a portion on the seat width direction inner side between the side portion 44 of the seatback pad 36 and the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38.
In the present embodiment, the seat back cushion 36 is locked to the end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 and the end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 via the locking rubber 56, the pocket 58, and the like as locking members.
The locking rubber 56 is formed by bending a band-shaped rubber having a larger elasticity than the seat width direction outer end of the main portion covering portion and the seat width direction inner end of the side portion covering portion into a V shape in a cross-sectional view taken along a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof.
The locking rubber 56 includes a locking portion 56A that is locked to the seatback pad 36 via a hanging bag 58 described later.
Further, the locking rubber 56 includes: a first engaged portion 56B as an engaged portion with which the end portion 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 on the seat width direction outer side is engaged. The locking rubber 56 includes a second engaged portion 56C as an engaged portion, the second engaged portion 56C being engaged with the seat width direction inner side end portion 54A of the side portion covering portion 54 and being provided independently of the first engaged portion 56B, and being arranged on the seat outer side with respect to the first engaged portion 56B. The seat width direction outer side end portion 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin material 38 is joined to the seat width direction outer side surface of the first engaged portion 56B by sewing in a state folded back toward the first engaged portion 56B side. Further, the seat width direction inner side end portion 54A of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin material 38 is joined to the seat width direction inner side surface of the second engaged portion 56C by sewing in a state folded back toward the second engaged portion 56C side.
In addition, in the locking rubber 56, a portion between the first engaged portion 56B and the locking portion 56A becomes a first connecting portion 56D as a connecting portion connecting both. In addition, in the locking rubber 56, a portion between the second engaged portion 56C and the locking portion 56A becomes a second connecting portion 56E as a connecting portion connecting both.
The hanging bag 58 is formed by bending a belt-like member having a smaller stretchability than the stretchable portion of the engagement portion into a U-shape in a cross-sectional view taken along a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof and sewing the bent member. Since the stretch of the hanging bag 58 is smaller than the stretch of the stretchable portion of the engagement portion, the input due to the expansion of the expansion portion can be concentrated on the stretchable portion of the engagement portion, and therefore the engagement portion and the hanging bag as a whole can be stably stretched. A locking portion 56A of the locking rubber 56 is joined to a seat front side portion 58A of the hanging bag 58 by sewing. In the present embodiment, the locking portion 56A of the locking rubber 56 is disposed on the seat width direction inner side of the seat front side portion 58A of the hanging bag 58. Thus, in the seat front side portion 58A of the pocket 58 in which the angle of the direction in which the main portion covering portion 52 is stretched is large due to the expansion of the locking portion 56A, the direction in which the pocket 58 extends, and the inflatable portion provided between the main portion 22 of the seat cushion and the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin 18, the input from the main portion covering portion 52 acts not in the direction in which the locking portion 56A and the pocket 58 are separated but in the direction in which they are compressed. Thus, the locking portion 56A and the hanging bag 58 do not peel off, and can be extended integrally and stably, and deterioration of sitting comfort and reduction of massage effect due to expansion of the expansion portion can be suppressed. The seat rear side portion of the hanging bag 58 is a cylindrical portion 58B formed in a cylindrical shape (bag shape). The insertion portion 50A of the wire 50 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 58B. The cylindrical portion 58B of the hanging bag 58, the insertion portion 50A of the wire 50, and the embedded portion 50B are swaged via unillustrated C-rings at a plurality of positions in the seat vertical direction. Thus, the seat back cushion 36 is locked to the seat width direction outer end portion 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 and the seat width direction inner end portion 54A of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 via the locking rubber 56, the pocket 58, the wire 50, and the C-ring.
(action and Effect of the present embodiment)
Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment will be described.
as shown in fig. 1 and 3, according to the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, the inflation pockets 40 are provided between the main portion 42 of the seat back pad 36 and the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 and between the side portion 44 of the seat back pad 36 and the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38, respectively. Therefore, by the inflation bag 40 being inflated (operated), the body of the passenger can be pressed (massaged) via the skin member 38.
Here, according to the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, the end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 and the end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 are locked to the seat back cushion 36 via the locking rubber 56, the hanging bag 58, and the like. Therefore, when the inflation bag 40 provided between the main portion 42 of the seat back cushion 36 and the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 inflates, the first connection portion 56D of the locking rubber 56 expands. This can prevent the side portion covering portions 54 of the skin member 38 from being stretched as the inflation pocket 40 provided between the main portion 42 of the seat back cushion 36 and the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 inflates. When the inflation bag 40 provided between the side portion 44 of the seatback pad 36 and the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 inflates, the second connection portion 56E of the locking rubber 56 expands. This can prevent the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 from being stretched as the inflation bag 40 provided between the side portion 44 of the seatback pad 36 and the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 inflates. As a result, deterioration of sitting comfort and reduction of massage effect due to expansion of the inflatable bag 40 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the seat width direction outer side end portion 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 is joined to the seat width direction outer side surface of the first engaged portion 56B by this sewing in a state folded back toward the first engaged portion 56B side. Further, the seat width direction inner side end portion 54A of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin piece 38 is joined to the seat width direction inner side surface of the second engaged portion 56C by sewing in a state folded back toward the second engaged portion 56C side. This prevents the end 52B of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin 38 and the end 54B of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin 38 from being exposed to the seated passenger side. As a result, a reduction in the tactile sensation of the design of the vehicle seat 10 can be suppressed.
(vehicle seat of the second embodiment)
Next, a vehicle seat 60 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4. In the vehicle seat 60 of the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to parts and portions corresponding to the vehicle seat 10 of the first embodiment as described above, and the description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 4, in the vehicle seat 60 of the present embodiment, the locking rubber 56 is provided in a split structure. Specifically, the locking rubber 56 is a divided structure based on a first locking rubber 61A as a first locking member that connects the end 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main section covering section 52 of the skin 38 to the hanging bag 58, and a second locking rubber 61B as a second locking member that connects the end 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side section covering section 54 of the skin 38 to the hanging bag 58.
A portion of the first locking rubber 61A that engages with the seat front side portion 58A of the hanging bag 58 is provided as a first locking portion 56a1 as a locking portion. In addition, a portion of the second locking rubber 61B that engages with the seat front side portion 58A of the hanging bag 58 is provided as a second locking portion 56a2 as a locking portion.
The vehicle seat 60 of the present embodiment described above can suppress deterioration of sitting comfort and reduction of massage effect due to expansion of the expansion bag 40, as in the case of the vehicle seat 10 described above.
Further, the locking rubber 56 is configured by a split structure based on the first locking rubber 61A and the second locking rubber 61B, so that workability when sewing the end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin piece 38 and the end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin piece 38 to the locking rubber 56 (the first locking rubber 61A and the second locking rubber 61B) can be improved as compared with the vehicle seat 10 of the first embodiment.
Further, by making the thickness of the first locking rubber 61A different from the thickness of the second locking rubber 61B or the like, or by making the material of the first locking rubber 61A different from the material of the second locking rubber 61B, the stretchability of the first connecting portion 56D of the first locking rubber 61A can be made different from the stretchability of the second connecting portion 56E of the second locking rubber 61B. By adjusting the stretchability of both, it is possible to effectively suppress the deterioration of sitting comfort and the reduction of massage effect due to the expansion of the inflatable bag 40.
(vehicle seat of third embodiment)
Next, a vehicle seat 62 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5. In the vehicle seat 62 of the third embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to parts and portions corresponding to the vehicle seat 10 and the like of the first embodiment as those of the parts and portions corresponding to the vehicle seat 10 and the like of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 5, in the vehicle seat 62 of the present embodiment, the end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 of the cover 38 and the end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the cover 38 are coupled to the pocket 58 via the flat plate-shaped locking rubber 56.
An end portion on one side in the short side direction (front side) of the locking rubber 56 becomes an engaged portion 56F to which an end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 of the skin member 38 and an end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the skin member 38 are engaged. The other end (rear side) in the short side direction of the locking rubber 56 is a locking portion 56A to be engaged with the hanging bag 58. The portion of the locking rubber 56 between the engaged portion 56F and the locking portion 56A serves as a connecting portion 56G.
the vehicle seat 62 of the present embodiment described above can suppress deterioration of sitting comfort and reduction of massage effect due to expansion of the expansion bag 40, as in the case of the vehicle seat 10 and the like described above.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the structure of the locking rubber 56 can be simplified as compared with the locking rubber 56 of the vehicle seat 10 and the like of the first embodiment.
In the vehicle seats 10, 60, and 62 of the first to third embodiments described above, the example in which the inflation bag 40 is provided between the main portion 42 and the main portion covering portion 52 and between the side portion 44 and the side portion covering portion 54 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The inflation bag 40 may be provided between the main portion 42 and the main portion covering portion 52 or between the side portion 44 and the side portion covering portion 54, for example, due to a desired massage effect or the like. In this case, of the seat width direction outside end portion 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 of the cover 38 and the seat width direction inside end portion 54A of the side portion covering portion 54, the end portion on the side where the inflation pocket 40 is provided may be locked to the seat back cushion 36 via a locking rubber 56 or the like having, at least in part, a larger stretchability than the end portions 52A and 54A on the side where the inflation portion is provided.
In the vehicle seats 10, 60, and 62 of the first to third embodiments described above, the example has been described in which the end portion 52A on the seat width direction outer side of the main portion covering portion 52 of the upholstery material 38 and the end portion 54A on the seat width direction inner side of the side portion covering portion 54 of the upholstery material 38 are locked to the seatback pad 36 via the locking rubber 56 (the first locking rubber 61A and the second locking rubber 61B), the pocket 58, the wire 50, and the C-ring, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the seat back cushion 36 may be locked only via the locking rubber 56 (the first locking rubber 61A and the second locking rubber 61B) at the seat width direction outer end 52A of the main portion covering portion 52 of the cover 38 and the seat width direction inner end 54A of the side portion covering portion 54 of the cover 38. The wire 50 and the C-ring may be replaced with other members.
in the vehicle seats 10, 60, and 62 of the first to third embodiments described above, the configuration of the present invention that can suppress the deterioration of sitting comfort and the reduction of massage effect due to the expansion of the expansion bag 40 is applied to the seat back 14, but the configuration of the present invention may be applied to the seat cushion 12.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above description, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
