一种建筑用材料板的制作方法,它由水泥,沙子、 膨胀珍珠岩、粉煤渣、玻璃纤维、铁丝网、水组成,首先 将水泥,石子拌和,加入膨胀珍珠岩,粉煤渣,水,再拌 和均匀,然后分层入模,分层加入玻璃纤维,铁丝网, 用抹板抹匀,再用平板振动器振动密实,拆掉侧模,抽 出预埋管,养护好即可。制作的轻质板可作为非承重 墙体板,吊顶板,屋面板。它强度高,墙体薄,防火性 能好,隔声,防水,安装干作业,可锯。它自重轻,价格 便宜,取材易,操作简单。

Description

本发明涉及一种建筑用材料板的制作方法。
目前,在建筑施工中普遍使用砖墙,炉渣砖墙,泰柏板,石膏板,砼墙板作为墙板或其他材料板,这些材料板虽各有特点,但都存在不足,比如:使用砖墙,笨重,湿作业,施工不方便,使用炉渣砖墙,粉刷后,不宜钉,使用泰柏板,价格高,设备投资大,使用石膏板,防水性能差,使用砼墙板,笨重造价高。
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度、轻质的建筑用材料板及制作方法。
本发明轻质材料板的配方及比例为:它由水泥、沙子、膨胀珍珠岩、粉煤渣、玻璃纤维、铁丝网、水组成,其配比为(每立方米用量):水泥200-450Kg,沙子10-450Kg,膨胀珍珠岩60-70Kg,粉煤渣100-350Kg,玻璃纤维3-10Kg,铁丝网5-18Kg、水200-500Kg。
本发明轻质材料板的制作工艺为,首先将水泥,石子拌和,加入膨胀珍珠岩,粉煤渣,水,再拌和均匀,然后分层入模,分层加入玻璃纤维,铁丝网,用抹板抹匀,再用平板振动器振动密实,拆掉侧模,抽出予埋管,养护好即可。
本发明所制作的轻质板可作为非承重墙体板,吊顶板,屋面板,可加工成各种异形装饰板,它强度高,墙体薄,与240砖墙比,可扩大房屋面积11%左右。它防火性能好,隔声,防水,安装干作业,可锯。它自重轻,能使房屋本身造价大大降低,安装后免去两面抹灰工序,可直接在其表面做涂料和其他装饰,它价格便宜,取材易,操作简单。
实施例:
将水泥35Kg,沙子2Kg拌和,加入膨胀珍珠岩6Kg,粉煤渣27Kg,铁丝网0.8Kg,水31Kg,再拌和均匀,然后分层入模,分层加入玻璃纤维共0.5Kg,用抹板抹匀,再用平板振动器振动密实,拆掉侧模,抽出予埋管,养护好即可制成一块50x50x3000的轻质板。

  1. 一种建筑用轻质材料板制作方法,其特征在于它由水泥、沙子、澎胀珍珠岩、粉煤渣、玻璃纤维、铁丝网、水组成,其配比为(每立方米用量):水泥200-450Kg,沙子10-450Kg,澎胀珍珠岩60-70Kg,粉煤渣100-350Kg,玻璃纤维3-10Kg,铁丝网5-18Kg、水200-500Kg,按比例首先将水泥,石子拌和,加入澎胀珍珠岩,粉煤渣,水,再拌和均匀,然后分层入模,分层加入玻璃纤维,用抹板抹匀,再用平板振动器振动密实,拆掉侧模,抽出予埋管,养护好即可。
