Technical Field

Background
In order to eliminate railway tunnel defects and ensure train operation safety, maintenance and repair of the tunnel are often required. The tunnel diseases mainly comprise limited defects, broken lining, water leakage, pollution and the like.
When the railway tunnel is maintained, a scaffold is required, and the scaffold refers to various supports which are erected for workers to operate and solve vertical and horizontal transportation on a construction site. Mainly for constructors to live up and down or for peripheral safety net enclosures, high-altitude installation components and the like, the manufacturing materials of the scaffold are as follows: bamboo, wood, steel pipes or synthetic materials, etc.
The existing scaffold is simple in structure and can only be used on flat ground, a lot of stones are usually paved on the ground of a railway tunnel, the ground is uneven, the scaffold is difficult to erect and the stability of the scaffold is ensured; in addition, since workers often need to carry out all-round inspection and maintenance on the railway tunnel, the position of the scaffold on the ground needs to be moved frequently, meanwhile, since the cross section of the tunnel is arc-shaped, the height of the scaffold often needs to be adjusted when the workers maintain the top of the tunnel, and the existing scaffold is complex in shifting and height adjustment, and excessive time and energy of the workers are often wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above problems, the present invention provides a scaffold for railway tunnel maintenance, which is easy to assemble, disassemble and transfer, easy to adjust the position in the horizontal direction and the height in the vertical direction, suitable for a tunnel with a relatively large width, matched with the cross-sectional shape of the tunnel, and can reduce the number of assembling times and save the time and effort of workers.

Furthermore, both ends of the slide rail and the end part of the connecting rail, which is far away from the slide rail, are provided with second connecting grooves, the end part of the connecting rail, which is connected with the slide rail, is provided with a second embedded rod which is embedded with the second connecting grooves of the slide rail, the outer wall of the joint of the connecting rail and the slide rail is provided with a connecting strip, both ends of the connecting strip are respectively connected with the outer walls of the connecting rail and the slide rail, and bolts are arranged between the connecting strip and the connecting rail as well as between the connecting strip and the slide rail; be convenient for equipment, dismantlement and transportation, can increase or reduce the quantity of connecting the rail according to the tunnel width, make this device be applicable to the tunnel of different widths.
Furthermore, the cross section of the supporting leg is square, the supporting leg comprises a first supporting column and a second supporting column, the bottom of the first supporting column is provided with an embedded column, and the top of the second supporting column is provided with an embedded groove screwed with the embedded column; the height of the supporting legs can be finely adjusted conveniently, so that the sliding rails are positioned on the horizontal plane, and the operation safety is guaranteed.
Further, a rubber sleeve wrapping the bottom end of the second support column is arranged at the bottom end of the second support column, a clamping protrusion is arranged on the inner wall, facing the second support column, of the rubber sleeve, and a clamping groove clamped with the clamping protrusion is formed in the second support column; make things convenient for the ground of supporting leg and railway tunnel to steadily contact.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is convenient for assembly, disassembly and transportation, has good and safe high-altitude operation stability, is easy to adjust the position in the horizontal direction and the height in the vertical direction during operation, is suitable for tunnels with different widths, the top of the device is matched with the section shape of the tunnel, and the operation in a large area range can be completed by erecting the device once.
