Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle safety system, in particular a one-key bus braking system.
Background
In recent years, bus traffic accidents frequently occur, most of which are caused by untimely braking due to the occurrence of special conditions such as passenger conflict, physical health problems of bus drivers and the like, so that a lot of important traffic accidents are brought.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device, and the one-key braking system of the bus can brake the bus one-key after a driver or the bus loses driving ability.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a one-key bus brake system, comprising: the emergency button, the recovery button and the air brake device are respectively connected with the PLC; when the emergency button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to be started to brake the vehicle, and when the recovery button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to stop working and recover the normal operation of the vehicle.
Preferably, the one-key bus braking system further comprises a lamp connected to the PLC programmable controller, and when the emergency button is pressed, the PLC programmable controller controls the lamp to flash; and after the recovery button is pressed, the PLC controls the car light to be turned off.
Preferably, after the emergency button is pressed, the vehicle lamp can receive pulse current with the duration of 0.4-0.6s every 0.4-0.6 s.
Preferably, the one-key bus braking system further comprises a horn connected to the PLC programmable controller, and when the emergency button is pressed, the PLC programmable controller controls the horn to whistle for warning; and after the recovery button is pressed, the PLC controls the loudspeaker to be closed.
Preferably, the vehicle lamp is a vehicle front and/or vehicle rear hazard warning lamp.
Preferably, the emergency button and the recovery button are installed at one side of a dashboard of the vehicle.
Preferably, the emergency button and the recovery button are located no more than 40cm from the right side of the steering wheel.
According to the technical scheme, the emergency button, the recovery button and the air brake device are respectively connected with the PLC; when the emergency button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to be started to brake the vehicle, and when the recovery button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to stop working and recover the normal operation of the vehicle. When a driver breaks out of physical condition or passengers interfere with driving, other passengers can press the emergency button to brake the vehicle, and since the bus speed is usually not fast, the loss can be minimized by such braking compared to the case that the vehicle is out of control.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the one-touch bus braking system of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, directional words included in terms such as "upper, lower, left, right, front, rear, inner, and outer" and the like merely represent the directions of the terms in a normal use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
Referring to fig. 1, the one-key bus brake system includes: the emergency button, the recovery button and the air brake device are respectively connected with the PLC; when the emergency button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to be started to brake the vehicle, and when the recovery button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to stop working and recover the normal operation of the vehicle.
Through the implementation of the technical scheme, the emergency button, the recovery button and the air brake device are respectively connected with the PLC; when the emergency button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to be started to brake the vehicle, and when the recovery button is pressed down, the PLC controls the air brake device to stop working and recover the normal operation of the vehicle. When a driver breaks out of physical condition or passengers interfere with driving, other passengers can press the emergency button to brake the vehicle, and since the bus speed is usually not fast, the loss can be minimized by such braking compared to the case that the vehicle is out of control.
In this embodiment, in order to remind the surrounding vehicles of the vehicle condition and avoid the vehicle collision, it is preferable that the one-key bus braking system further includes a vehicle lamp connected to the PLC programmable controller, and the PLC programmable controller controls the vehicle lamp to flash when the emergency button is pressed; and after the recovery button is pressed, the PLC controls the car light to be turned off.
In this embodiment, in order to further provide the pulse current for the lamp flashing so that the lamp flashes, it is preferable that the lamp receives the pulse current for a duration of 0.4-0.6s every 0.4-0.6s when the emergency button is pressed.
In this embodiment, in order to remind the surrounding vehicles of the vehicle condition and avoid vehicle collision, preferably, the one-key bus braking system further comprises a horn connected to the PLC programmable controller, and when the emergency button is pressed, the PLC programmable controller controls the horn to sound a horn for warning; and after the recovery button is pressed, the PLC controls the loudspeaker to be closed.
In this embodiment, there are many options for the position where the lamp flashes, and preferably, the lamp is a front and/or rear hazard lamp.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the driver to press the emergency button or the recovery button, it is preferable that the emergency button and the recovery button are installed at one side of the instrument panel of the vehicle.
In this embodiment, to further facilitate the driver's pressing of the panic button or the recovery button, it is preferable that the distance of the panic button and the recovery button from the right side of the steering wheel is not more than 40 cm. The emergency button and the recovery button are arranged on the right side of the steering wheel, so that the passenger can conveniently replace the pressing when the driver has an emergency and cannot press the emergency button.
