一种伸缩式电动车电池更换装置,包括路灯灯杆,路灯灯杆底部外围包绕有横截面为圆环形的存放箱,存放箱由若干独立且横截面为扇形的单元箱体拼接组成,每个电动伸缩杆信号连接有一个控制开关按钮,所述箱盖顶部设置有与单元箱体一一对应的操作盒和二维码门禁控制器,操作盒铰接有盒盖,盒盖设置有与二维码门禁控制器信号连接的门禁设备,控制开关按钮设置在操作盒内。本发明的有益效果是:将电池更换装置与路边上的路灯灯杆相结合,合理利用了已有的公共资源,使路灯灯杆发挥出更大更多的作用,共享电动车的电池更换更加方便,节省了资源,方便在原有路灯灯杆的基础上进行改进,有利于共享电动车的推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种伸缩式电动车电池更换装置。
背景技术
路灯在人们的日常生活中有着重要的作用,并且其随处可见,在夜晚或者冬天,路灯能够方便行人走路,保证安全;但是,现有市场上的路灯其功能比较单一,只是具有照明效果。而现在共享电动车的推广受到限制,很大程度是由于电池无法及时充电,即使更换电池,也需要投入较大的人力物力,无法及时满足更换电池的需求。目前还没有将路灯与电动车电池有效结合的解决办法。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种使用方便,节省资源的伸缩式电动车电池更换装置。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种伸缩式电动车电池更换装置,包括路灯灯杆,所述路灯灯杆底部外围包绕有横截面为圆环形的存放箱,所述存放箱由若干独立且横截面为扇形的单元箱体拼接组成,所述单元箱体包括一体连接的箱底、箱外侧壁和箱内侧限位板,存放箱上方的路灯灯杆上设置有圆环形的箱盖,存放箱下方的路灯灯杆上设置有圆环形的封堵底板,所述单元箱体的箱底底部设置有可在封堵底板表面滑动的滑轮,每个单元箱体的箱内侧限位板与电灯灯杆之间均连接有电动伸缩杆,所述箱内侧限位板与箱外侧壁之间设置有充电电池,所述充电电池底部设置有充电插座,箱底上设置有可与充电插座相互插接配合的充电插头,所述充电插头电连接有电池充电器,所述电池充电器外接供电电源,每个电动伸缩杆信号连接有一个控制开关按钮,所述箱盖顶部设置有与单元箱体一一对应的操作盒和二维码门禁控制器,所述操作盒铰接有盒盖,所述盒盖设置有与二维码门禁控制器信号连接的门禁设备,控制开关按钮设置在操作盒内。
上述封堵底板下方设置有存储盒,所述存储盒一端与封堵底板相铰接,存储盒的另一端与封堵底板通过锁扣连接,所述存储盒内放置有雨衣。
上述箱盖上方的路灯灯杆上设置有上窄下宽的圆锥形的遮挡罩,所述遮挡罩的上表面设置有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板电连接有控制器和蓄电池,所述蓄电池埋在路灯灯杆下方的土地内。
上述充电插头的底部设置有凸出的圆形的绝缘座,所述绝缘座外侧设置有方形和弧形的限位凸块,所述充电电池底部设置有与绝缘座、限位凸块相配合的限位凹槽,所述充电插座设置在限位凹槽内。
上述路灯杠杆内部的空腔内设置有散热风扇,所述路灯杠杆的侧壁上设置有若干散热孔。
上述每个电池充电器均安装有电池电量检测装置,并且电池电量检测装置连接有电量指示灯,电量指示灯设置在单元箱体表面。
本发明的有益效果是:将电池更换装置与路边上的路灯灯杆相结合,合理利用了已有的公共资源,使路灯灯杆发挥出更大更多的作用,共享电动车的电池更换更加方便,节省了资源,方便在原有路灯灯杆的基础上进行改进,有利于共享电动车的推广应用。

如图1、2、3、4所示,一种伸缩式电动车电池更换装置,包括路灯灯杆1,路灯灯杆1底部外围包绕有横截面为圆环形的存放箱,存放箱由若干独立且横截面为扇形的单元箱体拼接组成,单元箱体包括一体连接的箱底8、箱外侧壁6和箱内侧限位板12,存放箱上方的路灯灯杆1上设置有圆环形的箱盖14,存放箱下方的路灯灯杆1上设置有圆环形的封堵底板10,单元箱体的箱底8底部设置有可在封堵底板10表面滑动的滑轮9,每个单元箱体的箱内侧限位板12与电灯灯杆之间均连接有电动伸缩杆13,箱内侧限位板12与箱外侧壁6之间设置有充电电池7,充电电池7底部设置有充电插座,箱底8上设置有可与充电插座相互插接配合的充电插头,充电插头电连接有电池充电器,电池充电器外接供电电源,每个电动伸缩杆13信号连接有一个控制开关按钮5,箱盖14顶部设置有与单元箱体一一对应的操作盒4和二维码门禁控制器3,操作盒4铰接有盒盖,盒盖设置有与二维码门禁控制器3信号连接的门禁设备,控制开关按钮5设置在操作盒4内。
封堵底板10下方设置有存储盒11,存储盒11一端与封堵底板10相铰接,存储盒11的另一端与封堵底板10通过锁扣连接,存储盒11内放置有雨衣。箱盖14上方的路灯灯杆1上设置有上窄下宽的圆锥形的遮挡罩2,遮挡罩2的上表面设置有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板电连接有控制器和蓄电池,蓄电池埋在路灯灯杆1下方的土地内。充电插头的底部设置有凸出的圆形的绝缘座16,绝缘座16外侧设置有方形和弧形的限位凸块15,充电电池7底部设置有与绝缘座16、限位凸块15相配合的限位凹槽,充电插座设置在限位凹槽内。路灯杠杆内部的空腔内设置有散热风扇,路灯杠杆的侧壁上设置有若干散热孔。每个电池充电器均安装有电池电量检测装置,并且电池电量检测装置连接有电量指示灯,通过电量指示灯可以显示出电池电量是否充满,指示灯设置在单元箱体表面。
其工作原理为:需要更换电动车的充电电池7时,使用者首先观察哪个单元箱体上的电量指示灯显示已经充满,然后用手机扫描该单元箱体对应的二维码门禁控制器3,得到授权以后,二维码门禁控制器3控制门禁设备打开对应的盒盖,使用者按下控制开关按钮5,启动电动伸缩杆13,电动伸缩杆13推动单元箱体向外移动,当单元箱体推到行程末端,单元箱体上部打开,使用者可以从单元箱体内拿出已经充满电的充电电池7,更换到共享电动车上,然后将从共享电动车上取下的没有电的充电电池7放在单元箱体内,使充电电池7的充电插座插在充电插头上,绝缘座16、限位凸块15插在限位凹槽内,使用方形和弧形的限位凸块15,可以进行定位,避免充电插座和充电插头错位。将电动车上电量不足的充电电池7放在单元箱体内,然后按下控制开关按钮5,电动伸缩杆13将单元箱体拉回,然后关闭盒盖。行人可以从存储盒11中拿出雨衣使用,方便了行人。遮挡罩2上的太阳能电池板可以进行发电,并存储在蓄电池中,可以为路灯或充电电池7提供电能。

1.一种伸缩式电动车电池更换装置,其特征在于:包括路灯灯杆,所述路灯灯杆底部外围包绕有横截面为圆环形的存放箱,所述存放箱由若干独立且横截面为扇形的单元箱体拼接组成,所述单元箱体包括一体连接的箱底、箱外侧壁和箱内侧限位板,存放箱上方的路灯灯杆上设置有圆环形的箱盖,存放箱下方的路灯灯杆上设置有圆环形的封堵底板,所述单元箱体的箱底底部设置有可在封堵底板表面滑动的滑轮,每个单元箱体的箱内侧限位板与电灯灯杆之间均连接有电动伸缩杆,所述箱内侧限位板与箱外侧壁之间设置有充电电池,所述充电电池底部设置有充电插座,箱底上设置有可与充电插座相互插接配合的充电插头,所述充电插头电连接有电池充电器,所述电池充电器外接供电电源,每个电动伸缩杆信号连接有一个控制开关按钮,所述箱盖顶部设置有与单元箱体一一对应的操作盒和二维码门禁控制器,所述操作盒铰接有盒盖,所述盒盖设置有与二维码门禁控制器信号连接的门禁设备,控制开关按钮设置在操作盒内。
