conveying a large amount of waste gas mixed gas into a circulating spraying device through an auxiliary gas inlet system for atomization spraying treatment, wherein the direction is from left to right, an internal spray head is vertically downward for continuous spraying, and primary treatment of waste gas is carried out;
thirdly, the mixed waste gas after primary treatment enters the circulating filter device under the drive of the auxiliary air inlet system and the fan blade driving structure in the circulating filter device, and is further filtered while circulating, so that secondary treatment of the waste gas is performed;
controlling the exhaust rate at the exhaust control valve according to the actual filtering treatment condition, shunting the mixed gas through an exhaust port of the circulating filter device and an outer layer circulating pipeline, and discharging partial waste gas after multi-layer filtering in the circulating filter device;
and step five, refluxing the shunted circulating gas to the circulating spraying device through a circulating pipeline of the circulating filtering device for spraying again, and repeating the steps from the first step to the fourth step for circulating treatment.
Preferably, the circulating filter device comprises a filtering inner pipe, an outer ventilation sleeve, a backflow interlayer, a backflow pipe, an inner movable filter barrel, a movable sealing ring, a movable paddle, a filter screen plate, a filter core, a transmission shaft and a motor reducer, and the left end and the right end of the circulating filter device are respectively connected with an air outlet and an air inlet of the circulating spray device.
Preferably, the whole circulating spraying device is of a horizontal structure, spray heads are uniformly distributed on the top of the inner side of the circulating spraying device, and a corresponding sewage collecting and treating system is arranged at the bottom of the circulating spraying device.
Preferably, the outer side of the filtering inner pipe is provided with an outer ventilation sleeve, a backflow interlayer is arranged between the filtering inner pipe and the outer ventilation sleeve, and the inside of the filtering inner pipe is communicated with the backflow pipe through the backflow interlayer.
Preferably, the auxiliary air inlet system and the exhaust control valve are respectively positioned at the outer side of an air inlet of the circulating spray device and an exhaust port of the circulating filter device, and an inner closed gas circulating structure is formed between the circulating spray device and the circulating filter device.
Preferably, the inner movable filter barrel is positioned at the inner side of the filtering inner pipe, the inner movable filter barrel and the filtering inner pipe are mutually attached and rotated through a movable sealing ring, and movable blades are uniformly distributed in the movable filter barrel.
Preferably, the movable paddle is of a spiral structure, a filter screen plate is arranged on the side surface of the movable paddle, and a filter core is filled in the inner side of the filter screen plate.

conveying a proper amount of waste gas mixed gas into the circulating spraying device through the auxiliary gas inlet system for atomization spraying treatment, wherein the direction is from left to right, and the inner spray head is vertically downward for continuous spraying to perform primary treatment on the waste gas;
thirdly, the mixed waste gas after primary treatment enters the circulating filter device under the drive of the auxiliary air inlet system and the fan blade driving structure in the circulating filter device, and is further filtered while circulating, so that secondary treatment of the waste gas is performed;
step four, keeping the exhaust control valve in a normal semi-open state, shunting the mixed gas through an exhaust port of the circulating filter device and an outer layer circulating pipeline, and discharging partial waste gas after multi-layer filtering in the circulating filter device;
and step five, refluxing the shunted circulating gas to the circulating spraying device through a circulating pipeline of the circulating filtering device for spraying again, and repeating the steps from the first step to the fourth step for circulating treatment.

and step five, refluxing a small amount of the shunted circulating gas to the circulating spraying device through a circulating pipeline of the circulating filtering device for spraying treatment again, and repeating the steps from the first step to the fourth step for circulating treatment.
The circulating filter device comprises a filtering inner pipe 1, an outer ventilation sleeve 2, a backflow interlayer 3, a backflow pipe 4, an inner movable filter barrel 5, a movable sealing ring 6, a movable paddle 7, a filter screen plate 8, a filter core 9, a transmission shaft 10 and a motor speed reducer 11, and the left end and the right end of the circulating filter device are respectively connected with an air outlet and an air inlet of the circulating spray device, so that the internal circulation connection processing of the device is facilitated.

thirdly, the mixed waste gas after primary treatment enters the circulating filter device under the drive of the auxiliary air inlet system and the fan blade driving structure in the circulating filter device, and is further filtered while circulating, so that secondary treatment of the waste gas is performed;
regulating at least the opening state of the exhaust control valve, reducing the outward exhaust rate, and shunting the mixed gas through an exhaust port of the circulating filter device and an outer layer circulating pipeline to enable most of the gas to be refluxed and repeatedly filtered, and discharging the residual waste gas after multi-layer filtering in the circulating filter device;
and step five, refluxing the shunted circulating gas to the circulating spraying device through a circulating pipeline of the circulating filtering device for spraying again, and repeating the steps from the first step to the fourth step for circulating treatment.
