Matching according to the identified positioning characteristic information and the embroidery position information of each embroidery template in the taken-out embroidery production file, and taking the corresponding embroidery template which is matched to be the embroidery template which needs to be taken out, so that the corresponding embroidery template can be found out from the taken-out embroidery production file according to the identified positioning characteristic information, the embroidery position on a product to be embroidered is positioned according to the identified positioning characteristic information, the positioned embroidery file is generated, and the positioned embroidery file is issued to the corresponding embroidery machine.
The production task ID information and the positioning characteristic information on the product to be embroidered are represented by the two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code can be directly arranged on the product to be embroidered or placed on the product to be embroidered. When the embroidery machine is actually used, the two-dimensional code and a product to be embroidered are placed on the embroidery machine together and are identified through the identification positioning module. Therefore, the products to be embroidered can be identified to comprise the corresponding embroidery templates needing to be embroidered through the two-dimensional codes, and each product to be embroidered can have different quantities of embroidery templates needing to be embroidered.
The identification positioning module is a machine vision identification positioning device or a bar code scanner or an RFID recognizer. The identification and positioning module not only plays a role in identifying the ID, but also plays a role in automatically positioning the image.
The workstation feeds back the task allocation information after the embroidery files are allocated to the corresponding embroidery machines to the embroidery management server, so that the embroidery management server can clearly know the embroidery task condition executed by any one embroidery machine.
The request signal can be generated by a request button arranged at a station, an operator sends the request signal to a workstation after requesting the button in sequence, the request button arranged at the same station and the embroidery machine establish a binding relationship to enable the request signal and the embroidery machine to be bound, and the workstation sends the positioned embroidery file to the embroidery machine which sends a request identification signal correspondingly.
The workstation finds out all embroidery templates in the embroidery production file according to the positioning characteristic information, and positions all the embroidery templates to the embroidery positions on the product to be embroidered, so that the positioned embroidery file is generated.
Fig. 2-4 are three different actual embroidery template samples, each embroidery template sample including embroidery pattern and positioning characteristic information.
And after receiving the embroidery file, the embroidery machine performs automatic embroidery according to the embroidery file. Of course, after the embroidery file is received and the confirmation signal is acquired, automatic embroidery is performed according to the embroidery file, so that whether embroidery is needed or not can be confirmed.
After the embroidery machine finishes the embroidery task corresponding to the embroidery file, the finished embroidery information is uploaded to the workstation, the workstation uploads the finished embroidery information to the embroidery management server, and the embroidery management server updates the embroidery task finishing state according to the received finished embroidery information, so that the embroidery server can acquire the currently finished embroidery information.
