本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种健康环保涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
“就中云幕椒房亲,赐名大国虢与秦”(杜甫《丽人行》);“梨园弟子白发新,椒房阿监青娥老”(白居易《长恨歌》);《汉书·车千秋传》颜师古注:“椒房殿名,皇后所居也,以椒和泥涂壁,取其温而芳也。”古诗中“椒房”在未央宫,为汉代皇后居住的宫殿,以椒和泥涂壁,使温暖、芳香,并象徵多子。
中医认为:花椒有温中散寒,除湿,止痛,杀虫,解鱼腥毒,治积食停饮,心腹冷痛,呕吐,噫呃,咳嗽气逆,风寒湿痹,泄泻,痢疾,疝痛,齿痛,蛔虫病,蛲虫病,阴痒,疮疥等功效。
现代医学表明花椒有:一定的抑制胃溃疡作用、一定的对抗肝素的抗凝血作用和止血作用、镇痛作用、抑菌作用、驱虫作用等。
花椒的化学成分经过分析为:
(1)花椒果皮中挥发油的主要成分为柠檬烯(limonene)占总油量的25.10%,1,8-桉叶素(1,8-cineole)占21.79%,月桂烯(myrcene)占11.99%,还含a-和β-蒎烯(pinene),香桧烯(sabinene),β-水芹烯(β-phellandrene),β-罗勒烯-X(β-oximene-X),对-聚伞花素(P-cymene),α-松油烯(α-terpinene),紫苏烯(perillene),芳樟醇(l8inalool),4-松油烯酸(ter-pinen-4-ol),爱草脑(estragole),α-松油醇(a-terpineol),反式丁香烯(trans-caryophllene),乙酸松油醉酯(terpinyl acetate)、葎草烯(humulene),乙酸橙花醇酯(neryl acetate),β-荜澄茄烯(β-cadinene),乙酸牻牛儿醇酯(geranyl acetate),橙花叔醇异构体(neroklidol isomer),香草木宁碱(kokusaginine),茵芋碱(skimmianine),单叶芸香品碱(haplopine),2′-羟基-N-异丁基(2E,6E,8E,10E)-十二碳四烯酰胺(2’-hydroxy-N-isobutyl-(2E,6E,8E,10E)-dodecatatraenamide),青椒碱(schinifoline)就是N-甲基-2-庚基-4-喹啉酮(N-methyl-2-heptyl-4-guinoli-none),脱肠草素(herniarin),二十九烷(n-nonacosane)。
(2)花椒果实的挥发油中含量最多的是4-松油烯醇,占13.46%,还有辣薄荷酮(piperitone)占10.64%,芳樟醇占9.10%,香桧烯占9.7%,柠檬烯占7.30%,邻-聚伞花素(o-cymene)占7.00%,月桂烯占3.00%以及α-和β-蒎烯,α-松油醇等。
(3)花椒籽的挥发油中,主成分是芳樟醇占18.5%,其次是月桂烯占10.2%和叔丁基苯(tert-butylbenzene)占11.8%,还有香桧烯,a-蒎烯,柠檬烯,1,3,3-三甲基-2-氧杂双环(2.2.2)辛烷(1,3,3-trimethyl-2-oxabicyclo(2.2.2)octane),松油醇,辣薄荷酮、(E)-3-异丙基-6-氧代-2-庚烯醛((E)-3-isopropyl-6-oxo-2-heptenal),(E)-8-甲基-5-异丙基-6,8-壬二烯-2-酮((E)-8-methyl-5isopropyl-6,8-nonadiene-2-one),4-(2,2-二甲基-6-亚甲基环已基)-3-丁烯-2-酮[4-(2,2-dimethyl-6-methylenecyclohexyl)-3-buten-2-one),α-羟基-4,6-二甲氧基苯乙酮(α-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone),1,1-二甲基-4,4-二烯丙基-5-氧代-2-环乙烯(1,1-dimethyl-4,4-diallyl-5-oxocyclohex-2-one),β-古芸烯(β-gur junene),长叶烯(longifolene),α-金合欢烯(α-farnesene),γ-荜澄茄烯(γ-cadinene),丁香三环烯(clovene)。
如何用现代技术提取花椒的有效成分并应用于内墙涂料中,并能够在比较长的时间内保持花椒的特有香味和功效,是一种有趣的研究课题。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺陷,本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种采用新工艺、新配方制备一种健康环保涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种健康环保涂料组合物,其特征在于,含有花椒提取物,所述的花椒提取物采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成:
所述二乙二醇醚可选用二乙二醇丁醚或二乙二醇乙醚;
所述的花椒粉为花椒籽粒经粉碎过20目筛网的粉末部分。
本发明一种健康环保涂料组合物的花椒提取物制备方法为:
步骤一:将二乙二醇和/或甘油、二乙二醇醚、丙烯酸乙酯加入去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入花椒粉,充分搅拌;
步骤二:将上述步骤一产物加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度40-50℃,用超声波提取5-6小时;
步骤三:将步骤二中的产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。

所述的含硼醋丙乳液由以下组分的重量份数比组成:
所述的醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯经引发剂引发聚合而成的醋丙聚酯树脂是优良的内墙环保涂料基料。保证涂膜的硬度、柔性、耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐摩擦性、耐候性、耐沾污性等性能良好,且安全无毒。
所述的环氧大豆油具有优良的热稳定性和光稳定性,可赋予内墙涂料较好的机械强度、耐候性、耐水性和耐油性,安全无毒。
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是环保型非离子表面活性剂,优选商品型号:AEO-6、AEO-9、AEO-10、AEO-12、AEO-15中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的椰油酰肌氨酸钠在本发明中是低刺激性的阴离子表面活性,具有抗菌、防霉、抗腐蚀性;对环境无污染;且防锈性能好。
所述的过硼酸盐为过硼酸钠或过硼酸钾,作为引发剂使用,同时生成的硼酸盐有比较好的防腐杀菌作用。
所述的含硼醋丙乳液的制备方法为:称取醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、环氧大豆油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰肌氨酸钠、过硼酸盐、去离子水置于反应釜中搅拌加热75-85℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应3-5小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
所述的蒙脱土、钛白粉、碳酸钙提供内墙涂料的良好的基料和颜料,合适的比例可以增强涂膜的光泽、耐冲击性。
所述的钛白粉可以选择粒径100nm以下的纳米级钛白粉,使用纳米级钛白粉的好处:因其比表面积大,可以在有紫外光的条件下,成为光触媒,有效吸附和分解室内空间的甲醛等有害气体。
所述增稠剂可以选择甲基丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素钠中的一种或几种混合物。
所述环烷酸盐选自环烷酸钙、环烷酸锌、环烷酸钡、环烷酸锰中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的消泡剂可以选择二甲基乳化硅油。
在本发明中健康环保涂料的制备方法为:
步骤一:按比例称取花椒提取物、蒙脱土、钛白粉、碳酸钙、环烷酸盐在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间一般控制在1小时左右,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤二:将含硼醋丙乳液、醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
上述步骤一、步骤二的顺序可以倒置,也可以同时进行。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料浆料和环保涂料基料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂、消泡剂搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
本发明的作用与效果
在本发明所采用的方案中,花椒提取物的有效成分并应用于内墙涂料中,能够在比较长的时间内保持花椒的特有香味和功效。
在本发明中含硼醋丙乳液是环保型水性涂料基料,保证涂膜的硬度、柔性、耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐摩擦性、耐候性、耐沾污性等性能良好,且安全无毒。
在本发明中的蒙脱土、钛白粉、碳酸钙提供内墙涂料的良好的基料和颜料,合适的比例可以增强涂膜的光泽、耐冲击性。此外钛白粉选择粒径100nm以下的纳米级钛白粉,使用纳米级钛白粉的好处:因其比表面积大,可以在有紫外光的条件下,成为光触媒,有效吸附和分解室内空间的甲醛等有害气体。
在本发明中,醚类和多元醇除了是优良的溶剂外,还可以是一种优秀的成膜助剂。而醇酯类,特别是醇酯-12则是一种优良的成膜助剂。
在本发明中,环烷酸盐能起到表干作用,可作为一种优良的催干剂来使用。
另外,采用本发明的配方体系和制备方法获得的健康环保涂料,能实现各组分的有机融合,在不影响各组分效用的同时还能相辅相成,实现优秀的环保涂料的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例一
称取100g二乙二醇、200g二乙二醇乙醚、200g丙烯酸乙酯加入1000g去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入300g花椒粉(粉碎过20目筛网),充分搅拌后加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度50℃,用超声波提取5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
健康环保涂料的制备:
步骤一:将上述制取的花椒提取物1000g、蒙脱土2000g、钛白粉1000g、碳酸钙2000g、环烷酸钙30g在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间控制在1小时,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤二:将含硼醋丙乳液2000g、50g醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料浆料和环保涂料基料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂甲基丙烯酸钠50g、消泡剂5g搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
上述硼醋丙乳液的制备:称取醋酸乙烯酯1000g、丙烯酸丙酯300g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯200g、环氧大豆油100g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-6)50g、椰油酰肌氨酸钠50g、过硼酸钠10g、去离子水500g置于反应釜中搅拌加热75℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应5小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
取上述健康环保涂料按GB/T 9756-2018标准进行检测,性能指标如下:

实施例二
称取200g甘油、100g二乙二醇丁醚、100g丙烯酸乙酯加入1000g去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入200g花椒粉(粉碎过20目筛网),充分搅拌后加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度40℃,用超声波提取6小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
健康环保涂料的制备:
步骤一:将上述制取的花椒提取物1000g、蒙脱土1000g、钛白粉2000g、碳酸钙1000g、环烷酸钙10g在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间控制在1小时左右,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤二:将含硼醋丙乳液3000g、20g醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
上述步骤一、步骤二的顺序可以倒置,也可以同时进行。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料浆料和环保涂料基料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂丙烯酸钠20g、消泡剂二甲基乳化硅油2g搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
上述硼醋丙乳液的制备:按重量分数比称取醋酸乙烯酯100份、丙烯酸丙酯20份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯30份、环氧大豆油20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)2份、椰油酰肌氨酸钠2份、过硼酸钾0.5份、去离子水40份置于反应釜中搅拌加热85℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应3小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
实施例三
称取150g二乙二醇、150g二乙二醇乙醚、150g丙烯酸乙酯加入1000g去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入250g花椒粉(粉碎过20目筛网),充分搅拌后加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度45℃,用超声波提取5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
健康环保涂料的制备:
步骤一:将上述制取的花椒提取物1000g、蒙脱土1500g、钛白粉1500g、碳酸钙1500g、环烷酸锌20g在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间控制在1小时,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤二:将含硼醋丙乳液2500g、40g醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料浆料和环保涂料基料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠30g、消泡剂2g搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
上述硼醋丙乳液的制备:按重量份数比称取醋酸乙烯酯100份、丙烯酸丙酯25份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯25份、环氧大豆油15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-10)4份、椰油酰肌氨酸钠3份、过硼酸钠0.6份、去离子水45份置于反应釜中搅拌加热80℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应4小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
实施例四
称取100g二乙二醇、100g甘油、160g二乙二醇丁醚、260g丙烯酸乙酯加入1000g去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入260g花椒粉(粉碎过20目筛网),充分搅拌后加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度45℃,用超声波提取5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
健康环保涂料的制备:
步骤一:将含硼醋丙乳液2200g、30g醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
步骤二:将上述制取的花椒提取物1000g、蒙脱土1600g、钛白粉1600g、碳酸钙1600g、环烷酸钡20g在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间控制在1小时左右,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料基料和环保涂料浆料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂羟乙纤维素钠30g、消泡剂3g搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
上述硼醋丙乳液的制备:称取醋酸乙烯酯1000g、丙烯酸丙酯260g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯260g、环氧大豆油140g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-12)40g、椰油酰肌氨酸钠30g、过硼酸钠8g、去离子水450g置于反应釜中搅拌加热80℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应4小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
实施例五
称取100g二乙二醇、50g甘油、150g二乙二醇丁醚、180g丙烯酸乙酯加入1000g去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入280g花椒粉(粉碎过20目筛网),充分搅拌后加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度50℃,用超声波提取5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
健康环保涂料的制备:
步骤一:将上述制取的花椒提取物1000g、蒙脱土1200g、钛白粉1800g、碳酸钙1200g、环烷酸锰25g在混合器中混合均匀后,加入研磨机中进行研磨,研磨时间控制在1小时,得环保涂料浆料。
步骤二:将含硼醋丙乳液2300g、35g醇酯-12加入混合器中搅拌均匀,得环保涂料基料。
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的环保涂料浆料和环保涂料基料一起加入混合罐中、加入增稠剂CMC30g、消泡剂二甲基硅油乳液3g搅拌混合后再进行研磨,即为一种健康环保涂料。
上述硼醋丙乳液的制备:称取醋酸乙烯酯1200g、丙烯酸丙酯220g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯220g、环氧大豆油130g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-15)25g、椰油酰肌氨酸钠25g、过硼酸钠6g、去离子水4300g置于反应釜中搅拌加热80℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应4小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
取上述健康环保涂料按GB/T 9756-2018标准进行检测,性能指标附合一等品内墙面漆标准。
取上述健康环保涂料涂刷一间实验内室,每天开窗透气8小时左右,经180天室内还保持怡人花椒香气。
Claims (10)
1.一种健康环保涂料组合物,其特征在于,含有花椒提取物,所述的花椒提取物采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成:

所述所述二乙二醇醚可选用二乙二醇丁醚或二乙二醇乙醚;
所述的花椒粉为花椒籽粒经粉碎过20目筛网的粉末部分。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种健康环保涂料组合物,其特征在于:所述的花椒提取物的制备方法为:
步骤一:将二乙二醇和/或甘油、二乙二醇醚、丙烯酸乙酯加入去离子水中搅拌均匀;加入花椒粉,充分搅拌;
步骤二:将上述步骤一产物加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度40-50℃,用超声波提取5-6小时;
步骤三:将步骤二中的产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种花椒提取物。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种健康环保涂料组合物制造的健康环保涂料,其特征在于:

所述的含硼醋丙乳液的制备方法为:称取醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、环氧大豆油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰肌氨酸钠、过硼酸盐、去离子水置于反应釜中搅拌加热75-85℃,保持反应温度搅拌反应3-5小时,即为含硼醋丙乳液。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种健康环保涂料,其特征在于,

所述环烷酸盐优选自环烷酸钙、环烷酸锌、环烷酸钡、环烷酸锰中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述的消泡剂可以选择二甲基乳化硅油。
10.如权利要求4-9任一项所述的一种健康环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:
